@Telstra They are understanding what my issue is as I said it was a hotspot issue but yeah :P So, the last 4-6 months my hot-spot has been constantly cutting out making gaming impossible. I've had to stick with mobile games but the last week has been even worse 1/2

@Telstra @imfallfromgrace Game streaming is not console-quality, consoles are designed to keep input latency as low as possible, streaming will never match it

@Telstra Got a new service and got out on that stupid upfront plan thing. Now we don’t get a monthly bill and you guys get to dictate when you take money from us, which is likely not when we’ll have it, as we’re both on pension/carer payments.

@maximumcuddles @AmyRemeikis He was using Telstra 4G with high excess usage charges of $1,000/month. It’s quite believable if he was using it as a substitute for a fixed line service even a few years ago.

@Telstra No, it’s all good Viktor. It’s just a shambles that I took action on myself. I’m only complaining here because I just hope someone pays attention to the obvious tension / problem that exists between Franchisees or stores and central customer service. Ty for your offer.
