@NeptunianDreamz Even Telstra's kinda stinks these days. Went down to the Bellarine Peninsula this weekend and there were so many dropouts.

45 mins chat with Telstra to get sim activated. "our system shows we haven't sent you the sim yet".."I received the sim yesterday".. "I can't help you til our system shows we have sent the sim".."I have the sim". "I can't activate the sim because we haven't sent it to you yet."

@freocookster @Telstra I had the worst experience with the last year. Got caught in a loop with their chat bot and then call centre. That went for 48 hours. Only when I complained on Twitter did someone dm me with a special number to call. But it didn’t help got shuffled department to department….

@Telstra Why do ex-customers have to spent days debugging bad systems from mega companies like @telstra? Today's announcement was that @telstra found an old system that contained wrong information about me that wasn't migrated properly to a new system.

Come on @Telstra, you're a phone company so let me speak to someone about my tech issues, ON THE PHONE! Your app and its bots are hopeless. If you care that little about your customers, maybe it's time you were given a clip.

@freocookster @Telstra Was finally told my call was resolved but it hadn’t been. When I called again I was told no notes had been made about my previous calls. You couldn’t design worse service if you tried.

@Telstra Never mind. Obviously you're just there to copy and paste standard answers. There's no way to get connected to anyone in support and it's not as if anyone in 1st level support would know how to fix it.
