@Telstra Yes seems fine and as far as I know I can get sms from other numbers,I actually have a prepaid service as well and I can send and receive texts from it ok but if I send a text from the prepaid to her it doesn't get the reply either..

@NBN_Australia Yes but your reply does not make sense. The unexpected challenges that you are facing is because of your poor management. I wish I had selected 5G Service that Telstra provides. #TPG already charged me 300 dollars as an installation fee and now I cannot get that refunded

@NBN_Australia could you please advise how a customer can make a complaint about a technician not showing up for an appointment without notifying? Neither Telstra nor #nbnco customer service can provide any assurance that said technicians face any repercussions

Now past 2.5Hrs on the phone to #Telstra... WAITING to get our phones reconnected!! FFS they find it easy enough to disconnect! It seems our last (of 5) people has gone to lunch, left us on hold!! Can't settle a dispute, can disconnect a phone service, then send you to #India!

@Telstra just spent 45 minutes on hold only to be given an engaged signal and hung up on. I'm trying to report a landline fault for my mother, who is without power and her mobile phone is about to run out of charge. wtaf

Hey @Telstra just had a missed call from a mobile number with no message - rang them back, they had no idea who I was, said they never rang and phone has been sitting on the desk. Boss had a similar issue with a different number calling this afternoon, is this a known issue?

@captincool @Telstra Agreed! I pay $145 a month and can't even get any service! 5g is poor and notifications come through half hour late.... telstta just try to blame it as a phone issue.
