    Telstra network in Clyde North, Berwick, Cranbourne & Dandenong is terrible. My UberX and trucking business depends on my phone, but calls and data keep dropping. Paying premium prices for poor service is unacceptable. Do better, Telstra. shame shame @Telstra @TelstraBcast

    @joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog Holy **** you’re dumb. Boost is a budget provider, they are never going to give you the same PRIORITY as you’d get with Telstra otherwise the people that pay twice the amount would be getting the same service No one with boost is expecting the same speeds and priority

    Just been asked to complete an oxymoron. A Telstra customer satisfaction survey. Reminded me of a 1980s Telecom survey that found customers hated them, leads to a management recommendation to educate customers…(who they called “subscribers”)

    @Telstra When are you getting us a cell tower @Telstra?? This is dangerous! NBN connections are so bad we had to sign up for Opticomm, which until today, was awesome. But an all day outage and I'm working from my car.

    Same with Telstra. Anyone who has hearing issues finds it very frustrating when you are speaking with someone from overseas with a strong accent.
