    @Telstra Thank you. After numerous phone calls and visiting a Telstra shop, I finally worked out how to connect with a Telstra representative in Australia. I simply had to make a request as “ dispute”. Then I avoided the the call centre, resolved the problem with an astute representative

    I cannot believe @Telstra has been incapable of completing the simple task of successfully delivering a phone purchased online through their store to a standard residential address. More than 4 months of time wasted, still no phone, still no resolution. So disappointed.

    @Telstra Hi Telstra, As requested, I have now messaged you about my poor customer experience that took place on 2/12 with your online chat service. FYI, I also lodged an online Customer Complaint almost 2 weeks ago & haven't received a reply.....😡
