    @Telstra I still can't get a straight answer to a simple question. Where can I find where Telstra has a policy or disclaimer that states "Telstra does not guarantee Telstra wi-fi service indoors"? Your technicians quote it so you must have it in a document for customers.

    @Telstra Ridiculous to think you have the answer when two technicians have failed & told me to now buy a smart antenna to get the wi-fi device to work better and say you don't guarantee a service, after I signed up. Why are you signing people up to Telstra if you can't provide service?

    @telstra I got a txt from credit card scammers recently including this NSW number 0280062132. For fun I rang & got thru to a call centre in India. Please explain - if my call was diverted to the scammers by YOUR network - why you’re unable to block known numbers like this.
