Recommendations for NBN that aren’t Belong or Telstra? I can no longer connect to online group gaming due to my modem but their tech support won’t help.

@7olympics @Telstra So disgraceful to see the Aussie team disrespecting the Japanese host mask mandates. Really awful. And of course pulling your mask off just exposes who these idiots are.

When I return home I need the hotspot disabled so my phone can connect into my home network because my cell signal from @Telstra is blocked by metal in my walls. My phone should be able to configure itself for the best network conditions.

@Telstra HI Amber, I'd say it is a system problem, and given that you've recently paid a fine to @acmadotgov for failing your porting obligations, I would have thought it would be a pretty high priority to a) notify customers in general, and b) get it sorted. Will DM'd case number.

Surprise! (no surprise) No updates from @Telstra on when I’ll have a phone service. Can we reach a whole month without a phone service? Probably.
