    @AshConnell @marka_eth That would be some kind of technical error unfortunately. You’re supposed to get thru to a Telstra operator first who asks you fire, amb, or police and then they transfer and stay on the line till u make contact w the appropriate emergency call taker

    @Telstra why has the website for booking appointments at your “OrionSpringfield QLD” store been broken for months now? Talk to staff in store, and they say “Yeah we know, no clue who is meant to fix that” , Try to call to book, calls never answered and messages never returned

    @chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.

    Seems perfectly legit, reward people for failures …. 🙄 Telstra has paid its chief executive, Vicki Brady, $6.8m for the year ending in June, after docking 20% of her bonus in response to the network’s nationwide outage in July. The company reported financial results on Thursday. Its board met on Monday and decided to cut Brady’s bonus by $607,000 – but she still took home a $700,000 pay rise as she was awarded a total of $6.1m the year before.
