    @Telstra It’s interesting that I can use streaming services without any issues. Why would that be? How can that be with such a very low rate of download speed?

  • billiejoe87 Paul M 💉💉💉🦘💙💛 (@billiejoe87) reported

    @GladysB What a load of ****. This deal will open up the TPG/Vodafone network to millions of people who could never have even considered it before with cheaper prices than Telstra direct. This Telstra/TPG deal will be the best thing to happen to the mobile sector in a very long time.

  • erfbeeass Turdine Cupcake (@erfbeeass) reported

    @Lazy_Bari_Sax @Goodie4petajane Definitely...Telstra are bad news

  • fivewalls DJ LEON BOTSKY 🎙 (@fivewalls) reported

    @Telstra Thanks Elms, I already know what they will say, they want full payment before service can be restored. Just though everyone should know what a terrible policy this is, although I’ve been a customer for eight years, I’ll be switching

  • MaryTay49866112 Mary Taylor (@MaryTay49866112) reported

    @SarkySage Excellent! If we have nearly 1/2 our population who are for privatising everything, I don’t see how this could be criticised. We need to get back more of our major service providing companies this way. The first one should be Qantas. Then Telstra.

  • Vass2016 Vass (@Vass2016) reported

    @GladysB I have been @Optus customer for 20+ years. The past 10 weeks our internet goes on and off 10-15 times per day. Two weeks ago we were lucky to have it for a few hours. NBN & Optus each blame each other. I keep paying the bills for a substandard service. Telstra, here I come..

  • Phil98529731 Phil (@Phil98529731) reported

    @AGW_Emergency It’s the same with all government owned utilities that have been privatised. Telstra is a good example. Australia would have a first class fibre network to most homes & businesses if the government hadn’t privatised Telecom Australia, just to make a few quick bucks.

  • redambition VegoDemocracySausageAmbition ✨ (@redambition) reported

    @Telstra Nothing you can help with really - but for awareness there’s scam callers dialling Aussie numbers today claiming to be from Telstra. Good old internet scam (download to give us access etc)

  • Lazy_Bari_Sax Eric Smith (@Lazy_Bari_Sax) reported

    @Goodie4petajane @erfbeeass To be fair, though, I don't think it is in the best interests of TPG customers to be exposed to Telstra. We went to a LOT of trouble to go to TPG specifically so we didn't have to deal with Telstra!

  • mammalalien Long Peter (@mammalalien) reported

    @Jickle You're opinion on a big company will always be coloured strongly by the representatives you deal with. Yesterday I talked to an Apple support rep who was 110% and reinforced all the Apple fuzzy-wuzzies. Today I talked to one who must have been on loan from Telstra.
