    I still haven't got my son's new GPS-enabled smartwatch working, two weeks after his birthday. The SIM is showing 'emergency calls only', so I'm gonna have to call Telstra aren't I, and I've been putting it off because I know it'll be like pulling teeth.

    @traderadio Boaks almost never in the top 5 for distance ran on the telstra tracker, hes only in this list so that Cornes can include a port player.

    @Telstra Still unresolved 1 call just received after 4 days while I was on the phone but AGAIN Telstra doesn’t leave a voicemail msg or a callback number except for the wretched 132200 that puts you back to an overseas call centre after an hour’s wait …. Serious comms fail for a telco

    @getmikestevens Please let us know how you "call Telstra". Last time I tried they just push you onto the useless "chat-bot" and then escalate to the even less helpful overseas tech support. Good luck!

    @Telstra Thanks for letting me know. The biggest frustration is not knowing and I have to muster up the courage to contact the customer support team because I know I'll have to explain the whole situation and be challenged at every step. Could we be notified of delays as well?
