@Telstra There's no physical damage to the phone or the port (that I can see). This is really not good enough for a premium phone. I was hoping this could be looked at under some kind of warranty before the lease ends.

@Telstra yet again my phone line is unusable. This is becoming a monthly issue and considering I've had an ombudsman case open since April, I think it's time the issue is either properly fixed, or I will need to take it further. Paying for a useless service.

@Telstra Thanks Ollie, it's in regards to #INC12785526 Where my handset (Samsung S10 5G) No longer charges at all via the charge port. It's a leased handset that started having issues in April, but totally stopped recently.
