    @andy_penn Telstra is a phone company. Do you think u can ring someone if you have an issue after hours .just spent 4 hours messaging getting nowhere with who knows what Been a client for decades. Not good enough Andy

    Thank god i still have my awesome Optus mobile plan that still doing an awesome job. Not like yours poor service and customer support. I never use @Telstra before and i think it supposed to stay that way. What a disgrace!

    @Telstra Oh goodness, hullo Telstra. I made a complaint last year about service so details will be on my record. Then, & again recently with an issue, it’s been almost impossible to speak to a person when I really needed to. One time I lost net access for 10d WFH.
