  @Telstra Yes only Foxtel. I got a message yesterday that said the issue was resolved but it's still unresolved. Foxtel have assigned a case manager, haven't heard anything else yet

  @Egrange2080 @Telstra Not that I know of . It has been an absolute joke how long @telstra has taken to fix this problem. Try to lodge a fault and the phone cuts out 🤬 WTF. Anyway hopefully someone is half competent and sorts it .

  @Telstra If I have to go to all this trouble I will research every company. I spoke in store and was told there are only 4 exceptions to no direct debit (have print out) - for domestic violence you have to provide proof. Proof. A victim is not going to do that.

  Incidentally does anyone actually know how to get a Telstra service disconnected? They tell us it is disconnected, but it is just suspended, so he keeps getting bills. Only in Australia. @Telstra_news

  @knightd73 We’ve had a celfi for years but it is still only as good as Telstra’s (lack of) reliability. Satellite NBN a couple of years ago was an improvement. 6m pole to be installed on the house today and hopefully will connect to the fixed wifi network in town. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

  Hey @Telstra, bit unreasonable to threaten to cut my service if I don't speak to a rep - then have the system hang up on me before I get to a rep. Also, I'd like to know why my extension request - and my ability to join Telstra Plus haven't been processed.

  @VodafoneAU So where are these so called "free data services" definitely time to switch network even Telstra's a better option at this point
