@NeptunianDreamz Even Telstra's kinda stinks these days. Went down to the Bellarine Peninsula this weekend and there were so many dropouts.

So, @Telstra have broken roaming for prepaid customers. Completely; not even receiving texts. This breaks access to online systems like banks when overseas. Replacement to come "Late 2022/early 2023". This is a breach of trust IMO; first job when I get back is to ditch Telstra.

@Telstra just spent half a day with no resolution trying to get my points from my mobile account transferred to home account,normally this has been a quick easy”instant transaction with 24/7 chat.But today now they say it’s done but will take 5 to 7 business day to go though WHY

@LanaMurphy @Telstra That’ll be minor compared to the issues you’ll no doubt face in the future when the battery gives up…..now that’s expensive on your wallet and the environment to fix…..also prey it doesn’t catch on fire in your garage….they couldn’t put it out if they wanted to…😳

It has often been "Telstra" saying I have a problem with my account (which I actually did) and I had to verify who I was. My reply is asking if they verify who they are and why don't they just fix the issue. Then hang up

@RoadknightThe Dealing with Qantas and Telstra is like a war of attrition, they rely on us giving up. Unfortunately for them you and I remember when companies survived on good service. If you had a problem you were put through to the manager, now they hide from their customers. Go get 'em RK!

@Telstra @Foxtel Alex sorted everything out on Monday afternoon. However, Dad kept getting calls throughout the day yesterday. I spoke to someone last night and I'm not sure why they needed to call and confuse the situation. I will be making a complaint about the whole process as it was trying.

@Magpie1954nBird Change provider. I had no end of issues when a Telstra customer twenty years ago. Got onto another (Optus iirc) to provide phone, fax and internet. After a certain number of breakdowns through them, Telstra as lessor became subject to penalties. Win, win.
