    Hey Greg. I did get a call and some follow up emails but no resolution. TIO case has been opened. @Telstra really don't care about their average / bread and butter customers anymore.

    @Telstra They said I did, but couldn't tell me what was open and that I was legally allowed to go to. He's chatting that up to the case manager, so we will see. Happy to go if Telstra provides me a letter to leave my lock down area ;) I do thank you for you answers btw ash
