    My @Telstra cable internet got cut off on Saturday. Waiting over 2.5 hours for online support for the 3rd time just for a human to acknowledge let alone try to fix. Nothing. No other way to contact them. Time to move to a diff telco, one who uses humans in Australia.

    My mum somehow upgraded to a new phone in the 5 minutes I had my back turned trying to fix her Telstra account. LIKE I LEFT YOU ALONE FOR 5 MINUTES. Anyway I have her old iPhone X and it's been like 6 years since I used an iPhone ahhh

    @vincentMnard2 @elonmusk @SpaceX Out of interest, is your mobile internet bad? In Australia my Telstra 4g mobile internet is up at 200Mbps, and would be a real alternative if I didn’t have cable internet. (If push came to shove and my whole suburb needed it it’d be less congested that all going to Starlink too).
