    @Telstra Hi! After 3 weeks the store admitted they forgot to send it. Then it was sent and I finally got a call, and was told I could just choose to cancel the contract as the phone was so new. Which I did, and the phone was never returned. But now I have a $900 fee on my account!

    @50_Billion_ppl Nbn box is completely dead, no lights. I have the Telstra Smart Modem which falls back to 4G so thankfully I managed to get that working yesterday. Potentially yours has done the same which could explain slow speeds? See if your NBN box is illuminated.

    @Telstra the gentleman from the call centre said he has topped up our 4G alternative in the modem while a repairman is scheduled to fix our internet. How much data do we get until this runs out?
