  @Telstra Our entire community is reliant on the Tower. We get our internet via mobile (99%) or satellite. I've just been advised Cumborah (nearby) is having the same issue.

  @Telstra I got the same email saying there was an issue with my 'Pay with Telstra'. I notified you guys,.was told nothing was wrong. I got an email from you guys like a month later saying it was real and had been fixed.

  @Telstra Over 2 hours of my time with 2 Telstra members for no resolution is unacceptable. I was patient for over 2 hours. Put more staff on. I pay a shitload per month for a product that barely works.

  @BRB_1993 @Telstra I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.
