    Am trapping in a never ending series of calls w/@Telstra to to get an issue with our internet fixed. If I don’t get hung up on or spend hours on hold then we get wildly inconsistent answers about what is happening or what to do.Anyone have suggestions other than change providers?

    @Tiny_Doughnut @Telstra @SuperNetball Same happened to me, didn’t get a response but I cancelled my subscription (Telstra customer though) then resubscribed after closing and opening the app a couple of times - if that helps?

When I turned on my phone just before 7pm, there was a great big reminder notification there telling me the game was about to start. The game that I can't watch! So anyway, I'm going to have a try at deleting it and reinstalling it.

    @ScomoThe I’ve had depression and anxiety for about 12 years but I’m always high functioning. I’m suffocating now. The never ending threats from Telstra to have my phone restricted and from the electricity provider to have my electricity cut off etc, is killing me.

    A more recent client was signed up for a 2 year NBN service with a new router because the internet kept dropping out, the issue was with the copper line provided by NBN not the service but @telstra happily took their money, locked them into a contract and they continue…
