  @AlboMP @TaodeHaas The most serious problem now is that they are seriously floating the idea of selling it to Telstra ... who have already profited from the NBN at our expense, by selling obsolete infrastructure which then had to be written off by NBN Co.

  @Telstra the link carries forward some long twitter quote in the URL - if I delete that, it takes me to the login page. I can log in... this is not the problem. Once I am logged in, I cannot go to the Telstra store, or rewards store....

  @alexmakin @Telstra The reason it was every second month: they’d overcharge, I’d get it fixed, then the next month they’d charge less to fix the account, then they’d charge more “because we didn’t charge enough last month, no we won’t look at the previous month” ad infinitum.

  @Telstra unable to resolve my issue with the app or online. Need to speak to a human! Moving house on Monday and need internet connected as my partner works from home for VicPol. Currently email says connection April 19th! This is urgent can someone PLEASE call me!

  @Telstra This problem extends to all online services. For example, if I am logged in, I cannot even access the Telstra store... if I log out, I can. This is not an issue with the app, its an issue in Telstra internal systems.
