@Telstra hi Telstra! Just wanted to let you know you’re Hornsby store contains the most disengaged, poor customer service I’ve ever received as a customer - of anything. On a positive note - there was an @Optus store in Westfield Hornsby 4 doors down! Another phone changed.

@Telstra Just a dead line. Neighbours phones work so must be at my place. Second time this year. Yesterdays floods might have caused some damage to Telstra infrastructure though?

Packet loss from @Telstra services are so bad in my area I can barely load google’s homepage right now. Services are technically still up so it’s not an outage, but my neighbours and I are all having to use phones as hotspots

@Telstra Partial joke Ollie. Telstra said line be fix by end of March(1month ago) & would send me satellite phone. No news&no phone. Still 12 days to go tho. Is that your cable in video in what was a road and verge? We don’t have electricity here.

@kymtje I spent 90 minutes yesterday with Telstra website, phone and eventually internet chat to make a final payment for Foxtel and cancel the subscription, my last link with Telstra. They flipped me to Foxtel re return of the box. What a disaster... probably worse. Still unresolved.

@NBN_Australia I might add, I NEVER get 25mbps download. The best I do is about 20 on a good day. I will need faster, stronger and better satellite delivery soon. I am discussing with Telstra putting an aerial up and going with 4G. And abandoning NBN.

@Telstra you are the most useless internet provider. All we are asking is for a technician out to our house. You keep running tests on our line and sending a new modem. We know what the issue is and your people keep ignoring it. This has been going on for 9 months
