The offshore consultants at Telstra work from scripts only and if the issue is outside those narrow parameters, you're screwed.

    Hi @Telstra, Have tried multiple times to call 132200 today regarding dropouts withy business NBN since Telstra did work on the line 3 days ago. To no avail. They either hang-up or pick-up and I can hear the back office chatter yet no operator. That’s one way to game call stats!

They gave us ONE mobile for five staff members to share for two of those weeks 🙄 Their legal team are trying to break us with continued stupid questions...

    @Telstra If you could actually help I’d be surprised because my wife has been trying for days speaking to people, probably in the Philippines, who have zero clue on how to restore our internet service that you cut off without notice

    @TheNakedFarmers @MichaelAckland3 They will prioritize sending a technician out if you have a person living there with health issues. Also, ring the ombudsman for telecommunications, lodge a complaint. Telstra has to respond to them within a certain time frame.

    Goulburn is so packed with travellers that the Vodafone network is barely working. Telstra is holding up.
