    @Telstra It surprised me that whole connectivity dropped and my phone was out of service in the morning. Thankfully it came back online after 30mins. But I'm still getting 4G, not 5G even in the middle of the city.

    @Telstra haha already had a case manager who continued to lie to me. your company sucks. What could have been resolved easily is now going to cost a lot of time and money. I hate Telstra. You have also just lost 3 telephone services and my internet.
