@WittaTwitta @rubin_angela I am sorry for the frustration many of you are experiencing, I have never had anything to do with Telstra since the 90s, best decision ever, and it sounds like the culture of incompetence & bureaucracy has not changed whatsoever.

@CGrandma55 @rubin_angela I actually cancelled and that was just as frustrating. Telstra “help” is NON EXISTENT. I went to a telco with less good coverage purely because of my rage with their “help”.

@PaulBongiorno Rather than having a vendetta against theABC, Minister Fletcher should be investigating Telstra and their failure to provide an acceptable standard of service to their paying customer & their failure to provide any access to their staff to address the service delivery problems .

@boostmobile @Telstra I'm still not connected to my new boost mobile connection after 60hrs. I've spoken to 6 agents who can't tell why the service is not active after 60hrs. Horrible customer service.

@wendyemily2 @LesStonehouse So many things have been privatised and we have been told that it would be cheaper. Mostly this is rubbish. Take energy for example. Opening up communications stopping Telstra's monopoly has kept costs down. I shudder to think how much we would be paying if it was sole player.
