    @Telstra got an excellent credit report but I can’t get a phone with you guys unless I do an upfront payment? Never had this problem with Optus…

    @ejfuente Telstra are rude! They emailed me recently saying they were automatically elevating price of WiFi,and adding bucket loads of data I don't use. I went to see them and told them don't do it pls! Rude!
