    If you sign up on a plan with Telstra I would advise that you keep the date you signed up as they have a policy of not contacting you when your plan expires. They hope you will keep paying,they even kept charging me after I cancelled a service. Might be legal atm but is immoral.

    And it is not doing to be ready until Sunday. Absolutely useless to me since I need the mobile broadband this weekend as only Telstra is avail. where we are going. Piss poor service from @Telstra. All I wanted was a QR Code so I could use an eSim on my tablet for the weekend.

    @vodafoneAU @networkoutage And here we go another outage moving 137 lines to Telstra. They can’t even give credits just data credit I already have unlimited.

    @Telstra Indeed... but in recent interactions, the "support" from Telstra has been lacking in the extreme. The problems have been resolved but I had to expend way too much effort to do this (incl. the ombudsman's complaint!)

    @Telstra Thanks for that - yes I'm well aware of the messaging service and the shortcomings of this service. FYI, it was only when I made an ombudsman's complaint that I was able to get the (phone) technical support I needed to resolve an issue. You need to pick up your game.

    @Telstra I spoke to someone super helpful yesterday about upgrading my phone / contract but didn’t have something required and was promised a call back today…. But nothing. Help?

    @NoelWhittaker @Telstra Same experience except I got a huge bill from them 2 years after I left to go to AB, for my landline home phone which when I rang them they insisted I still had connected to Telstra.I didn’t port it over to AB either.TIO..sorted it.Worst Cust Service from any Telco.
