If you sign up on a plan with Telstra I would advise that you keep the date you signed up as they have a policy of not contacting you when your plan expires. They hope you will keep paying,they even kept charging me after I cancelled a service. Might be legal atm but is immoral.

@Telstra you failed to take a payment on my card and restricted my service, over a weekend where water was inundating my property. I was unable to call you because your call center is closed. You endangered me and charged me $15 for your mistake.

@KiwiFunknuckle @Optus We are taking over a business my husband has been a contracting to for 30yrs. A friend gave us an iPhone 6 got a telstra sim card (only telstra has service here), basic plan $47 a month. Don't need data just a dedicated phone. Fingers crossed everything goes to plan.

@telstra for 3 bloody days I have been trying to pay a bill. 3 days of error messages. Tried the ‘help’ link in the app cant get past the bot. Tried calling 132200, on hold for over an hour before giving up. Every damn month it’s the same issue. 1/2

@Telstra As I explained to 5 of your customer service reps at the start of every new conversation - it’s a work mobile, I’m not the account holder. I also wasn’t the only person having poor signal issues.

@Telstra I am lucky I had backup access and the water was not so bad - others might not be. If you force people to use your app, and network data - you need to enable those data points on your service for FREE. Unrestricted. Test these things in your app releases!
