    If you sign up on a plan with Telstra I would advise that you keep the date you signed up as they have a policy of not contacting you when your plan expires. They hope you will keep paying,they even kept charging me after I cancelled a service. Might be legal atm but is immoral.

    @AKatsonis @Optus Yeah nah, I realise that, just as a general sweeping statement, I’m happy I left. Telstra network is far better, Boost is good if you don’t mind not having 5G.

    @Markysegarz @JJKALE2 Telstra imho should have been split, the cables/infrastructure held in public ownership, the service part sold off. All the hardware should be public owned.

    @nineislands Boost mobile prepaid It's on the Telstra network so good coverage but heeeaps better value in terms of data and calls etc .

    The #NBN has been out in our area since 4pm. You don’t think about how reliant on it you are till it’s not there. The outage information said 2 hours. It’s now been 3. Is a network/infrastructure problem so Telstra can’t help. Waiting on @NBN_Australia to do their thing. 😩

    @nineislands Optus? I laugh because I’m an optus customer, experience dreadful coverage here in the country & only with them because they aren’t telstra. Now, that data breach!

    Internet (adsl, country) completely gone since Wednesday 4 am. Estimated restoration of service is 30 September...Every time I ring Telstra they suggest I go to the website....ready to kill
