@deemadigan Optus ads look like fun. Telstra looks dead serious, as if something terrible is just about to happen. Maybe going for the Daft Punk look?

  • DarkMatterzine Dark Matter Zine (@DarkMatterzine) reported

@AlanBixter The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is FANTASTIC. I’ve complained to them periodically, including several times about Telstra when I lived in Lyndhurst (Melb). Every 2nd month they got my bill wrong and refused to fix it until TIO...

@Telstra Is there an outage in 3149 area? Home telstra network.

@davidjmsamson Only justice I’m aware of is some people being able to return to jobs 12-18 months after mandates were introduced. Nothing positive for many private & public roles still (crazily) mandated in Vic (eg. coles. Youth justice. Vic pol. Telstra customer service. child protection +)

  • gcoving GAC76 (@gcoving) reported

@Telstra outage again. @Telstra has also made the mobile coverage so bad, you have to think about paying them more for a landline just so you can call an ambulance if, god forbid, you need one. Told we will get internet back in 3 days! Yay! Do not have a medical emerg till Thurs!

  • TheATrader The Aussie Trader (@TheATrader) reported

Nearly 3hrs dealing with telstra for an order. Customer service becoming a joke these days. Noticing that a bit in general. Are people becoming ruder or is it just me.

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

Telstra Saga update: Two months ago, I received a Telecommunications Ombudsman's finding that Telstra had broken Australian Consumer Law. I lodged a complaint with the ACCC. I have heard nothing. I also wrote to the Telstra CEO. After two months she has chosen not to reply /2

@deemadigan The ad is no more than an attempt to baffle us with bulls**t. Everyone should know that Telstra has had a major security issue. Why pretend they are absolutely serious about security?

  • deemadigan Dee Madigan (@deemadigan) reported

Am usually fan of The Monkeys’ work but the Telstra ad is pretty confusing. The problem is the security look like bad guys and it’s unclear what is happening. Would love to get that production budget though!

Finally been able to purchase “**** In Boots” on Telstra TV. My daughter will be so happy to watch it tomorrow afternoon (also without her brother to interrupt as he doesn’t sit through movies well) and I’m keen as to watch it too as the trailer looked fun.
