Just spoke to a guy in a Perth call centre asking for a number for the @Telstra CEO. When he told me he could not do this I asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me he couldn’t do that either and when I told him I knew he could he cut me off. Great customer service, not!

@Aerohaveno @OperationalInc1 I’ve given up on public wifi, especially on moving vehicles. Most of the time it’s a Telstra connection anyway, of which my phone handles it better through my personal 5G service.

@Telstra No definitely not as you keep saying it's the best available instead of giving us a high speed box or send out a technician to fix the problem we have been over this several times

🧵Has anyone changed phone providers, specifically from @Optus to telstra? Hubby bought a phone outright from optus (have the purchase receipt), and signed up to them. He's had no end of trouble, with the service 'dead' for days at a time, even though he has full reception. 1/4
