    Dear @Telstra, we thought nobody could be as unremittingly bad as your Phillippines Call Centres - but your budget Indian one is worse. "Call us back" but it dumps my call cos yr not taking calls?? WTAF? Worst customer service in World? Nearly there.

    @Telstra ref 173480686 INC13620272 - for 4 days I have been following up for updates to get my service restored. Consultants do not read threads or ref history. In the space of 10mins, again I have to supply dob! When will my service be restored? When can I expect an update?

    Ongoing issue with @telstra internet. 3 separate calls to @telstra to get help. On phone for hours. No resolution. @telstra sends Nbn tech. Nbn says not their use. Gee thanks! Let’s revert to smoke signals instead!
