    Ok @Telstra I'll try this avenue before the TIO. Getting support on a business service is disgraceful. It's a month now. Incident INC000097213228, Case number 17638613.

    @Telstra Why did my order complete automatically, without my confirmation, porting my number over and losing my service with my previous provider. When I do not even have the phone/sim I ordered yet?

    @Telstra have had trouble with my internet and home phone for a week and no matter what you do it never fixes my problem. Going to have to escalate this to the ombudsman.
