@Telstra I spent an hour on the phone waiting for someone, did the messaging thing and he said he would get someone else to help me and I’m yet to get contacted. I finally got through on the phone for help on a landline issue. It was not satisfactory but the final person was very helpful

Hey @Telstra thanks for the 0 star customer service. Been without internet for 3 weeks, messaged your useless app countless times and now I’ve been on hold 2 1/2 hours. If my internet isn’t restored by 5pm tomorrow, after 10 years a loyal customer, I’m switching service providers

@Telstra Did all this the other night. Called for technical help. You don't have technical assistance after 8pm anymore. I got on my phone & messaged. But no-one answered. Then you disconnected me after 20 minutes. Disgusting service from an iconic Australian company.
