@millienankivell Oh, yes! I have lots of Telstra poor customer service stories too. :(

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@RyanWil62993886 @Telstra They do, but it is now n the hands of the TIO, so the people here can't help. They have offered many times but then they have to leave it because of higher involvement.

  • VeeVeeBooch 💧VeroniqueBouchamps (@VeeVeeBooch) reported

@ALDIMobileAU Mobile phone not working. Other people, in my area, also have same problem.Tried to ring you and supposed to go through huge parade of questions- others in my house (on #Telstra), did not have this problem. Week later- #StillNothingDone

  • the_LoungeFly Arioch (@the_LoungeFly) reported

@Telstra Hey Ash, thanks for replying… I just thought that a call from one device to another in the AU network would be discernible to one that originated from another country. Phone call packets contain the foreign country of origin, yet with a local number aliased aren’t filtered ?

  • mcbridesride cmb_au (@mcbridesride) reported

@cameronwilson If you have ever been subjected to the Telstra online billing system w more than one account (unable to bundle a mobile/internet) the prospect of two factor authentication is horrible.

  • bjwilliam Brian Williams (@bjwilliam) reported

@samthe_eagle @telstra for the never ending spam sms trying to convince me to go to direct debit. Harvey Norman for high prices and poor customer service.

  • jackie_french_ Jackie French (@jackie_french_) reported

If anyone can correctly guess: .how long it will take Telstra to fix our phone .how long it will take Telstra to accept there is no mobile service in this area .if Telstra will ever give a working satellite phone as promised they will have naming rights in my next book. #Telstra

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@Telstra Three calls in a row just now from different numbers purporting to be from telstra (Asian male) stating I have been hacked and how to fix it by clicking the link he wants to give me

  • CapybaraHappy Happy Capybara (@CapybaraHappy) reported

@Telstra It sounds like they're doing the bare minimum, which is nothing to be proud about. I'm not convinced this won't happen again to other customers and as someone who sends across around $150 per month, it's simply not good enough service.

@bennyb082 @RoadknightThe Yeah for sure. I just hate telstra. Worst company in Australia.
