@ahmcguffin @Telstra They answer every couple of hours, with requests for my details, &ask of I’m having problems connecting to the internet (*sigh, No), so I have to retell them the complicated issue, then they go silent &two hours later, tell me they’re going to fix that for me, &then go silent.

@Telstra had a pixel 5 fail after 35 days and your store refused an ELF replacement. It's the second issue since purchase (on contract) and it will be 2-3 weeks to get it reviewed! Is there anyone I can contact about the ELF replacement I should have received? Pretty annoyed...
@NannanBay @bradhooperarch @Telstra #Telstra have always been corporate thugs. And sending DM’s usually designed to silence bad publicity. Also why Telstra likes to chat in circles on its app. In my case 73 or 74 different operators in the past few weeks to get their constant screw ups fixed ! Still playing games !

@NannanBay TPG NBN FTC (fibre to the curb) if you have a Telstra pit anywhere near your house get this. Super fast never been a day without internet.
Just got slugged with extra $10 on my @Telstra bill. No explanation, just bill arrives. In the middle of an economic recession @Telstra really knows how to support it's clients!!! I suppose elderly small fry like me just aren't important enough! Just straight out corporate greed
Hey @Telstra—three days dealing with incompetence on your app. Customer service is nonexistent. Hours between replies, new people on each reply, endless retelling of my issue and reposting credentials. Hopeless.
