    @Telstra Except it’s NOT working. It’s redirecting to my voicemail, not the number I gave it. I tried turning it off again, then back on, no change. Still goes to my voicemail instead of the help desk number.

    @Telstra Norgibgs improved I will take my handset to Telstea Monday for assessment. As someone suffering end stage lung disease I will need a loaner for medical consults while it's being assessed. Thanks for your help.

    which has been impacted by faulty cable joins, I know this because I saw that join be repaired. Which reminds me I need to remind our next door neighbor to get Telstra to send a NBN tech out to fix her crappy connection that NBN said is going to fail soon.

    rang Epsom Australia for help with my printer spoke to a guy who tried to fix it but could not said he ring back waited 1.30 hours before i rang again and spoke to another person who stated it was a Telstra problem, rang Telstra spoke to a great customer service person
