@OldGreyRabbit @DonSundey It's a bit sad arse it's still the Telstra premiership but they no longer want to give it free to their customers and owners so you have to pay I know it's not much but it's the principle. I paid for Kayo last year and it was **** so gave up went back to my phone

@Telstra It was obviously a telstra issue as it was back on that afternoon. I was very annoyed I was left on that stupid Telstrafix messaging for 4 hours and the guy just left with no explanation such a waste of my time for nothing

@Telstra I’m trying help my 90 year old father sort out an outstanding bill for an account he terminated last year. We are not getting a clear explanation as to the changes on this bill and there seems to be mobile services he was not aware of. How can we get this sorted?

@Telstra ugh. Your online messaging app support is horrible. Spent over 1 hr yesterday trying to get to the bottom of the issue. End up calling to be told that the fix may take up to 12hrs to take effect. 12hrs later, still down. Crap service mate!

@Telstra I transferred to NBN at a different provider. I managed to get through to chat and I am getting a cheque posted from the 90s to cover it. Also apparently I was going to be charged for a big pong email address that I never used nor asked to be created.

@telstra can you confirm if there's outages/internet issues in Daylesford/Sailors Falls? My parents are on my plan& have no internet. I'm trying to work out if the issue is something they've done to thier tablet. Its almost 100km drive ea way so don't want 2 drive if I no need.
