    About to scream and cry, I switched to @Telstra mobile 3 days ago and the activation hasn't worked, and I can't speak to anyone as their call centres are closed??? I literally got lost driving and COULDN'T GET HOME BECAUSE MY PHONE DOESN'T WORK SO I CAN'T USE MAPS PLEASE HELP ME

    @craig3352 @mariewalsh18 @Telstra Shite... Contact your bank(s) and let them know. Access to your email, or even porting your mobile number to another provider, is a way to get access to your bank account. With the email, or phone, they can get passwords reset... and 2 factor auth. Telstra need to fix it.

    @Telstra Hi Telstra, yesterday I bought a prepaid SIM with you because my local Optus network was down. I wasn’t able to activate the SIM because it kept saying there was an error. I looked at my internet banking and I’ve been charged 3 x $30 for every time I tried to activate.

    @jiangyin @Telstra She was so rude. I know she could’ve helped if she wanted. Even if she couldn’t issue the refund, she could’ve got on the phone and sorted it out.

    @Telstra I'm trying to help my father log into the my telstra account on his phone but all he gets is a message saying "we can't display your account". We keep getting directed to use online support which doesn't work and your phone recognition system it no help. Please help.

    @telstra (part 2) I went in to my local Telstra shop and showed them my internet banking. They said they can’t help with prepaid. She was really rude. I’ve been charged $90 for a SIM that isn’t even active. There’s no data or recharge on it.
