@Telstra Let’s start with trying to turn on international day pass. Data in but I need wifi to activate? Logged into the Telstra app but I need to “return to the Telstra app” to confirm my iD? That’s a terrible customer experience and I shouldn’t have to explain why it’s bad.
@Telstra Well I’m sitting in a hotel lobby trying to get my day pass activated. I don’t know what you’re doing if you don’t tell me. If you need 10 minutes you tell the customer that. Particularly since the conversation has been instantaneous up to that point.
After 3 hours in texts and DMs with @Telstra they still can’t turn on my intl’ day pass. They keep saying it’s my phone but it was on in the 13th so no reason it can’t be on today. **** service and an even shittier app. #cxfail

@Telstra @wheelyweb I never get a callback ever from an issue I've had for over 60 days. Now you know why I canned your very slow 4G service to take up Starlink. Once he releases his phone, Telstra won't have me as a customer anymore, and I've been here for decades.
