    Hey @telstra. Need some help from technical people pls. Been talking to your people for 15 days. Ageing, ill mother in Cape Town has a new phone number. No Telstra phone can dial it successfully. Not landline, not mobile. Yet a @VodafoneAU mobile can. Can you fix it?

    @Telstra Didn’t really need a response Greg. It’s been explained to me by your customer service team multiple times, but that doesn’t make it any more acceptable. Nobody wants an individual invoice for every single day of their international day pass, but don’t let that stop you.

    Finale; eventually get through to spend the first 2/3rds of my 15 minute conversation with the Telstra representative declining their attempts to upsell the service I was trying to cancel and the services I currently have.

    @VodafoneAU After ditching #Vodafone broadband to my mother's house...for terrible service and drop out after drop out and not a phone call to her...#telstra called today to update us on the Gen 3 modem and more. Not 1 drop out yet since Friday. This is service is so welcoming !

    @Telstra The issue is with the Warriewood Telstra store selling us the wrong product. I had to get on the phone again with You yesterday and only received a credit for what I pod for. Not my 7hrs of time wasting. Still no phone or watch connected. Really upset.

    Trying to cancel my internet; A @Telstra Story. Call via their app, says the robot voice. Ok says Dar... It then hangs up on me after 30 seconds.
