@Telstra Just got a call on our landline claiming to be from you with notice of a planned landline outage overnight due to urgent work. It had a "Press 1 to confirm you've heard this message or press 2 to speak to a consultant" prompt. Is that a legitimate Telstra call?

@Telstra Hopefully my complaint will be sent to your techs because signing in to your app is a nightmare. E.g tried to verify my details via email , in 60 seconds said the link expired !

@Telstra hi. Wondering if there are/has been any problems with mobile data in the Dromedary Tasmania area. We used to have ok but has deteriorated to pretty much zero data. Not just me either. Very intermittent, mostly can’t use it .

@Telstra After hours on the phone. Wifi is still weak. Ask the techs who have to keep calling back due to drop outs. Only 70km from a capital city and have to stand outside for a signal. No 4G. And spruking 5G?

@DavidKehoe10 NCP=Competitive tendering public service. Disaster. It cut back funds to services that it didn’t value and left PS workers to work harder to fill the gaps. Process= Aus Post corporatised. Optus created as a Telecom competitor and later Telecom became Telstra privatised by Howard.

Hey if anyone else is having problems with @Telstra mobile data in our area please report it. Seems like one or two complaints is not enough , they seem to want more !

  • RobynDa34986311 RobynD (@RobynDa34986311) reported

@iamemilymayo @Telstra I gave up after 5 years. The bill is addressed to me personally, half of Telstra says it's a personal number, other half says it's still attached to an old business. Impossible to get either half to fix it.

  • KaneCaster Kane "Blueh" Critchley (@KaneCaster) reported

@remivicious When I had no net for months, I got the 5G plan from Telstra until they fixed my ****. Actually really good. Speeds are actually insane, both up and down. Gaming on it was fine, only a couple of instances did it bounce around a bit, but it was barely noticeable.

@Christi49154364 @xskinn That's why i said try. I'm with telstra and they're good. But might be a bit pricey for Ian. Exetel are ok but iinet are great. Internode are poor. Optus is poor.

  • frost_farms Frost Farms (@frost_farms) reported

@Telstra No… I put my email in the sign in page then it said do I want to verify thru phone or email…I went to email pressed verify and said link had expired. I gave up
