@johnallsopp I have a couple of services joined together on Telstra. Not the cheapest but 5G service and data is consistently good.
WTF is going on with Telstra/NBN connections for Internet in Werrington 2747 postcode area. For over a week now there have been drop-outs & service failures & a web site just saying its being fixed. When? Do I get any consideration for time and money lost? @Telstra
@Telstra Everyone from your team is just asking me to do the same steps over and over again to reset the modem but no one wants to give the solution. It’s be 3 days. Do I get any compensation for the time and money I lost? I probably need take my business elsewhere
@Telstra tried online chat with no luck for information, is a voip service the only solution to keep landline with 5G modem?
@Telstra_news But Telstra give NO HELP to flood victims? Any $ handed out is probably just going to come back in to pay Telstra bill for NO SERVICE!!!
For the crappy @Telstra 5G coverage in Garema place (city centre shopping district) I was told "that is a 5G black spot, you need to use 4G" there are no current plans to fix this.
@Telstra Don't bother i have waited days already for Telstra accounts to adjust my latest bill that had hide to charge me for Foxtel that i haven't had since 27 January despite telling them on previous bill and getting adjustment. I told them loud and clear then to cancel it. System broke
Well, Telstra ADSL worked for almost 24h before they confirmed yet another outage (only after my reporting it) - again, no explanation of cause, but at this stage they think only a couple of days to fix. This is par for ‘regional Australia’, <40km from centre of 680k pop. city.
@Telstra I am in Beverley in Western Australia, seems. to have gotten worse in recent months, my problems include call dropout, message bank not working because of call dropout I figure, town community page full Telstra issues, I run a business, calls dropping out mid call. #embarrassing
