    @AlanBixter @Telstra That has happened to me so many times with Telstra I would never go with them again. One time a Telstra rep disconnected my business from ADSL by accident and we had to wait a month to reconnect. Didn't matter who I spoke to, no one was interested. 🖕🏻Telstra. Aussie Broadband ✅

    So I’ve called @Telstra back only to be told they’ve knocked off for the day. The CSR attempted to call me back only once, I unfortunately missed it. Absolutely woeful service from the national carrier. #platinumsupport

    @AlanBixter I have FTTP but had a couple of bad years. Telstra gave me a new router and speeds returned to 100Mbps.
