@Matt_H_UK @Telstra Thank you. I know the kind of connection you mean (I was a broadband product manager once)... but this connection just works with a device inside the house. It has a light indicating the signal is poor. It wasn't always bad though. There is some kind of network issue.

@Matt_H_UK @Telstra This is supposed to be 5G, but only ever gets 4G. My mobile phone with a different provider is fine though. It worked well for months, and now suddenly it's unusable. I think I'm going to cancel tomorrow!

@Telstra Still nowhere. 2 ******* hours with no phone services, multiple calls end with nothing and ended. No chat support, can't log into the app or my account. Nothing. It's been this way for 40 ******* years.

@brettg1974 @Telstra The signal strength with 4G was so poor downstairs it barely worked at all but upstairs on the right side of the house it was strong, that was before I had the antenna on the roof. I do remember the first network retiring one tower, the service went to pot, and changing provider.

@Telstra Well, I’ve never paid late! So I shouldn’t be penalised for those who do. Pass on the feedback by all means but I know it’ll come to nought. @telstra does what it wants and to Hell with providing good customer service.

@BartMcCarthy3 Hi Bart, besides notifying our customers about these SMS', we've also had over 100 of these sites shut down. In addition to this we're working with telecommunications providers, including Optus, Telstra and Vodafone, to identify and block phone numbers sending these texts. CS

@Telstra Just wondering if you actually want customers? Have been one for ten years. Need to upgrade my phone, tried to make an appt online (want to see if the phone fits in my hand) system was down. Went into store, told they dont have anyone available and wouldn’t let me look

@Telstra you absolutely stink by forcing customers to pay by direct debit even those of us who’ve never been late paying a bill. We never gave you permission to withdraw money from our private bank accounts yet you do so with impunity. It’s disgraceful. #telstra #auspol

@telstra I get $10 international roaming charge everyday for last 6 days. “Gold service” can’t help, Telstra Store says it’s a glitch and should turn off my “roaming” - I live in Brisbane. Stop it!!!
