    @RonniSalt @Telstra Couldn’t agree more. Absolutely shocking customer service.

  • joybeth1728 Joy (@joybeth1728) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Telstra has been a nightmare to deal with during the pandemic. It was bad enough before that but now nearly impossible.

  • Learn15856480 Let's all save the Australian Koala (@Learn15856480) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra I rang Telstra five times to get my new phone/NBN service. Each time, after about 8 minutes, the call was ended by Telstra because there was no one available in their overseas call centres. Only got through to them by going to the local Telstra Shop.

  • the_LoungeFly Agent Arioch [Umbra] ✨ (@the_LoungeFly) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra They’re absolutely useless! I live in the inner city Sydney, I’ve told them multiple times that signal strength is poor at 1-2 bars yet they say nothing is wrong. Bandwidth hovers at 15mbps. My Vodafone iPhone at 4 bars draws 150mbps down, 20 up...useless fracks they are!

  • Domimeow17 Domimeow (@Domimeow17) reported

    Who is Telstra support and how do I high five them

  • MiaCamp40513113 Mia Campbell (@MiaCamp40513113) reported

    @coaic @RonniSalt @Telstra Awful awful stuff

  • BodyCorpRescue John Edds (@BodyCorpRescue) reported

    @RonniSalt @25MMCC @Telstra I live in fear of having to call the revolving wheel at an offshore call centre where they are all so polite, but equally unable to solve your problem . Handed from one “colleague “ to another for one hour without result.🤔😢

  • nickduncs NotTheRealMe (@nickduncs) reported

    @mattnhodges @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB Welcome to Australia. I don’t think there will ever be a time when tethering from a telstra mobile is not the fastest and most reliable network connection.

  • Robert6420 Robert Tunn (@Robert6420) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Yes I agree I have given up on Telstra customer service How the CEO gets to be paid performance bonuses is a striking example of executive pay not remotely tied to realistic customer experience. A previous good company sinking into a pathetic marketing and service reputation.

  • NesnotNessie Nes, Wear a mask (@NesnotNessie) reported

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Mum spent months trying to get a modem from Telstra while they happily charged her for their non-service. She got her modem 3 months after going back to her old provider. They wouldn't let me advocate for her, even with her permission, she's 86. They are bastards
