@KateEmerson88 If they are working on upkeep then it’s really bad. Telstra have a policy of no upkeep - waiting on new tech to fix these things. I’ve been told this by multiple Telstra techs.
@VodafoneAU How stupid? Already one week now, our family all use Vodafone network. We had to buy Telstra plan just for back up. We r getting angry now. Not any signal at all. Who gonna pay the Telstra bill?

@Telstra I opened the link in a different browser I never used for Telstra sites and got the same 500 error.
@Telstra No because we are busy trying yo run a business. We only discover extent of issue at 6pm last night. Can you please expedite this and stop the ref number from being closed off.
@Telstra my iPhone 4G signal and my 5G on my iPad have both crashed and I’m home where it normally works with no issues, right now, nothing on internet is loading. Is there a known crash in Northern Sydney? (I’m using my Vodafone wifi right now and that’s working fine)
@Telstra OK Ash. No I have not lodged a complaint. As I mentioned in the thread. I travel extensively throughout the Central Wheatbelt region of WA daily. The black spots and poor coverage are extensive, and at least anecdotally, have become worse.
@Telstra I'd have a better chance of Mark McGowan inviting me to his private box at Optus Stadium for the 2022 Ashes series than I would of a bot fixing the mobile service in regional WA.
@farms_sanderson @Telstra It has gotten worse over the last 12mths in the central wheatbelt. We pay to have the best quality handsets, pay a premium over other providers for "better coverage." We shouldn't have to use Cel-Fi to get usable service.
