@cathywilcox1 @Optus Just moved from Telstra to Optus because of terrible customer service from T. Today I couldn't enter a store because I didn't have the bars/ coverage to sign in with the govt Covid app. Love a duopoly.

@cathywilcox1 @Optus Possibly inner west. Very limited coverage in our flat street in Newtown. Had to go outside to make calls. Also, on a trip to the Kimberley, fellow passengers on Telstra having Eureka π‘ Iβve got coverage moments coming over red dirt hills. Best I ever got was Emergency Only.

@cathywilcox1 @Optus I highly recommend Boost mobile. Here I am in very remote Newman in northern WA and because Boost link to Telstra infrastructure, i get good coverage. $300/yr for unlimited calls and 250G data (which I need for my work). No links to the business just a happy customer.

@Telstra And now the "24/7" chat is down until 8am... We will try calling again in the morning.. if we keep being hung up on we will change provider. When Twitter of all things has better customer support, you're in a terrible state.
