@Telstra Thanks Greg, same booking was made for yesterday, but no one turned up. So 11 days no internet. Mobile backup is so slow its not worth having on. No one is listening to me or willing to actually help.

@Telstra So I'm annoyed. My elderly parents have apparantly been on a terrible landline plan for YEARS that charges *$1 a minute* AND $55 a month, even though the current plan is unlimited? WHY were they not told? I guess they just suck up all the lost money? How many others?

@Telstra I have sent a DM yesterday with my details AS REQUESTED YESTERDAY. How many times? How many phone calls? No, I have not heard from complaints team. I am not at home today. I was promised a call back after 6pm tonight. Fix it, @Telstra.
