@Telstra No response from @Telstra and nothing on the outages page but just so anyone else knows (after an hour on the phone...) Telstra have a problem with a NIPT DNS server in Victoria at the moment. If your SIP phone system is down, it try using the NSW DNS resolver

@HKlonaris @Telstra Finding the exact thing. The Internet seems to be fine but the Wifi connection is just flaky. Rebooting has a limited lifespan before the whole network just grinds to a halt again.

@Telstra I logged a case 10 days ago after months of issues and multiple store visits, and I’m still yet to get a response... please look into this for me?

@Telstra Yes, but NO resolution provided. Still the same words - "your order is still in progress and we have to wait for it to be cancelled before a refund can be given" Been 47 days now. How long does it take to update systems and process a refund ??

@Telstra and @andy_penn still battling to do their job for customers. Theee days down - no landline, no/low speed internet. Spend 47mins waiting on their 1 800 834 273 connection mgmt line only to be told their systems are down. And Andy wants his contacted extended!!

@Telstra can you please explain why I can't move to an Upfront plan from a BYO plan? Live Chat told me I couldn't do it because of a promotion, but I never asked for the promotion to be extended.
