💧Jen 🌼 (Morrison - King of the Sewer Rats) (@GasIsTheNewCoal) reported@Telstra The problem with that advice is: Cannot use the app or internet to troubleshoot when the internet is not working. When the internet is working, it's not going to identify a problem!! No mobile access here, so can't use this either.
-
Jamie Nicolaou (@JamieNicolaou) reported@Telstra As I said, we had one of your Country Wide Techs look at our issue, he simply said the Tower was the issue, plenty of service, minimal bandwidth due to traffic. Seems to be an issue everywhere in regional areas.

💧Jen 🌼 (Morrison - King of the Sewer Rats) (@GasIsTheNewCoal) reported@Telstra my internet has been out for about an hour both yesterday morning and this morning. There don't seem to be outages in my area, but I can only checkonce I can get online! Phone line works. Can you advise whether there is a problem? Postcode 2454.

Jamie Nicolaou (@JamieNicolaou) reported@Telstra Same issues as we’ve been having in our town, just like many other people all across regional areas, Telstra just doesn’t seem to want to fix their issues.

Helen Dyjak (@singingeyes) reported@Magpie1954nBird @MSMWatchdog2013 @Telstra Put a complaint to telephone Ombudsman & ACCC !look for alternative & block bank direct debit!
-
SeejayOz (@ColinJ3614) reported@MSMWatchdog2013 @Telstra Many/most service providers (Telstra, elec companies, etc) have major discounts there for the asking. But you have to ask, ‘cos otherwise they won’t tell you. They rely on people not asking.
-
Spikeyhair (@AnnieWyer) reported@MSMWatchdog2013 @Telstra Take your complaint to the Ombudsman. Telstra can’t get away with that.
-
Dallas Lewis (@DallasLewis_Aus) reported@MSMWatchdog2013 @ToneSaysGoLeft @Telstra Get an Aldi prepaid. Uses the Telstra network. You do have to BYO phone.
-
Michael (@MSVLKnight) reported@DarkMatterzine My fave was rolling over you ComSuper into Telstra Super on an accumulation basis, while those who had always been in Telstra Super were accumulating 20% of Final Average Salary per accumulated years of service. Telstra knew that was better so they never offered that.
