    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @theage @acccgovau Ever since Federal Government said every premise needed to have access to landline phone &/or offered an alternative method by telcos to call in emergencies: Telstra have milked it for what It's worth & stopped selling Standalone Internet Plans to also help them bundle Foxtel etc

    @Telstra There is a lesson there Tom, I spoke with 20+ @telstra staff in Perth, Adelaide, Townsville, Brisbane, Luzon and other places and no-one would take ownership of the problem. I was abused, fobbed off, told I was wrong, a fool and worse; and spent 40 odd hours on the phone.

    @theage Telstra already notified customers ~2 weeks ago that prices for NBN bundle(s) will increase by at least $1 from April 17th 2021. Why is it necessary for Telstra to force people into NBN + Landline (that's never used) if they're complaining about financial restraints?! @ACCCgovau

    @Telstra We call on Sunday, we spend 1 hour on the phone, they just said that they will see want can the do, after 5 days we call again today...they said the service will be restore today after 7 pm, i have 2 kids at uni, spending extra data which is almost $100

    @HoolyMcg @CranmoreFarming @Telstra The reception on the Bindi-Miling road is *********. Almost as bad as the Goomalling-Northam Rd, which is deplorable. Aren't you glad we pay Telstra a premium for their services. 🙄

    @reallykazcooke @Telstra its atrocious. i am dismayed at customer service these days. im with Belong internet, cant even talk to a human at all. its so angst making and unfair

    @Telstra Yes, there are two lessons actually, the second being that people make the company. Recorded messages, 2 hr hold times, off-shoring and no accessibility to managers/facilitators are @telstra 's problem. Sacking people, then replacing them with an IT buffer system is your failure.

    Net seems to be down atm? With the flooding being somewhat nearby that doesn't seem too outlandish, still real annoying though. @Telstra any updates?
