@Signora_Borgia @Telstra @NBN_Australia We've had nbn for 5 years that they installed and I've complained since day 1 of slow speeds. They offered a free, super fast modem and posted it out. I hooked it up as instructed and we've had no internet for 3 days now.

@GusWhyte @Telstra Repairs are done by contractors. Why drive all the way to the bush for a job when you can just do local stuff. If the job gets escalated then so does the price paid to the contractors. Supply and demand. Remember, we don’t own our communications network anymore.

@Telstra I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account for months. I have been promised the issue would be resolved, but it hasn’t. I have called numerous times and been put on hold for hours. How can it get this matter resolved please??
