    Have used @Telstra for past two years had no complaint.. I feel i landed on something which isn’t worthy for.. why do you people have ref number and some claim someone if following up..?? None contacted me so far from Vodofone reg complaint.

    @Telstra absolute horrible customer service from you guys. Got my son a Telstra sim as he is remote camping. Been waiting nearly 24 hours for activation. Been in store and for nearly 2 hours on the phone with your ‘customer service’ team and no help. #shitservice #NeverAgain
