@_AnthonyWA @JaiRitter3 @JJKALE2 I live 100kms from a Telstra shop. Was told to solve my issue had to go there. WHAT THE!!! Telstra is OK if you have no issues, deplorable if you do. Look up their current record number if complaints.

  • PhilippaBateman Philippa Bateman (@PhilippaBateman) reported

.@telstra Hello why when I have global roaming and the extra data pack I’ve paid for do I not get my email when traveling OS? It’s also very slow and I cannot always connect to the internet.

  • Troy_Mackey33 Troy Mackey 🇺🇦 (@Troy_Mackey33) reported

@vexenis1 @PRGuy17 It never said static IP genius. It said 26 Direct Telstra IP addresses. That means the IP is provided by Telstra... Like I said, not many.

After 25 years as a loyal #Optus customer, putting up with the worst customer service, no brand loyalty to their own customers, no service in my suburban home, today for the first time ever, I have just purchased a #Telstra plan - Time to experience what a mobile plan is about

  • _thomasparkes Thomas Parkes (@_thomasparkes) reported

@Telstra having issues with 4G Eftpos at Stawell 3380 & Halls Gap 3381 not transacting, timing out, yet there is no outages on your list.

  • JKRLMazur 🇦🇺Julian 🇦🇺 (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, State of New South Wales

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

@nineislands Maybe you should join the Telstra I’m with, they’ve been better than any other crap providers out there.

  • PaulLeo14128526 Lenny the Wolf (@PaulLeo14128526) reported

@bustdboozehound @nineislands Yep. Aldi mobile. Two phones, 45 Gig, rollover unused data. Unlimited text and phone to international included. Telstra network without inflated cost. Bonus.

  • sacarlin48 Anne Carlin #WeAreAllPRGuy (@sacarlin48) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@bustdboozehound @nineislands I do too. Great plan. Everything included. My modem died at home and the family all used the 25gig I'd rolled over to access the internet while I got a new one. They use the Telstra network.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading Telstra is similar. It is an added cost for them to notify you especially if its a letter. Reduce costs and make the customer do the work, less jobs ensue. Cashless society because big business already has your cash in perpetuity.
