@NBN_Australia The whole Wholesale model is flawed, the whole technology being rolled out is flawed.. Any Communications engineer will tell you its CRAP! Would have been better off leaving it to Optus & Telstra to run out their own solution - Better Quality, better service and cheaper for GOVT

@FOXTEL_Help As a "Foxtel from Telstra" customer I do not appear to be able to set such preferences. Have since obtained an IQ3 box after discovering by accident, while visiting the Foxtel website, that a number of services for IQ2 users are soon to be withdrawn.

Wanting to Stream tonght... But Telstra is having issues! Download: 5.79 Mbps // Upload: 13.84 Mbps My speed is usually in the 70 Mbps Download.... All support can say is "We’ve identified service congestion is impacting your speed" We are fixing it... #TelstraSucks #Telstra

@Telstra and our internet is down yet again. Speed test is at 0.01mbps 🙄 tired of being asked if we have turned the modem off and on. We try everything before going through the pain of dealing with your “customer support”
