    @Telstra Hopeless. I want assistance with my landline - it's still out. There is no mobile service here and the disaster relief application only applies to mobiles. We rely on landlines because the wifi calling is impossible to use. I pay my mobile bill because it's available 1/2

    @charmie13 @Telstra @SffRoy Yep in Melb and Telstra is crap. Keep telling me it is on my end. Also told me my house was impacted due to the floods in my area!!! No decent rain here for months but ok!

    @Juanita_Phillip I’m on Telstra 5G 12 months. Been very good so far. If you have good 5G signal then you can get over 100 megabit. For $80 a month it’s a pretty good deal.

    @Telstra ought an online SIM collected from Post Office tried to activate 4 hours later of talking to different customer service operators got told you will have to wait 7 days. Epic fail wish you were this slow to take my money !!

    Turns out it's not just our area getting stinking service from @Telstra since January with large swathes of NSW now without internet/phone services-Uralla, Armidale, Broken Hill affected & no plan to fix soon. @SffRoy on it but can anyone tell me what's going on with #Telstra?

    @Telstra Credits on home + mobile phones - home now been out for three weeks; Stranded for two weeks so no access to mobile (can't get out). Again Telstra's service is impenetrable; it seems you social media people are more proactive than any amount of web presence.
