@PhilGould15 @Telstra I consider myself to be mild mannered and patient. I once threw a telephone across my office at a window. It only happened once. I was talking to Telstra. I am still patient and happily retired but have promised myself I will never deal with Telstra again

  • ShaneDuff72 MAD About Racing (@ShaneDuff72) reported

Dear @Telstra I have just wasted an hour on a chat with your support team that provided me with incorrect information. Can you please get in touch with me

  • DamionBWright Damion Wright (@DamionBWright) reported

Apparently, the new internet cost $140. I pay $119 for the service we’ve got with Telstra. He’s offered to pay for the new service. I am bracing for the poor choice regarding that. Does it sound like my abusers to give me an extra $119 each month? Them creating an opportunity.

  • kaakoda_moore Kenneth Moore (@kaakoda_moore) reported

@Tim_jbo Yes. I would boot Telstra as my mobile & data service if I had another option. The mobile tower is Telstra. In rural communities Telstra should be made to share their tower with other providers.

  • zharoId . (@zharoId) reported

@PhilGould15 @Telstra easier solution would be just make a new throwaway email account and register with that, or even use the misses’ email address. with most apps etc these days you can’t have two accounts under the 1 email, but if you really want the old one ring kayo support 🤝

@RobertCawood2 Perhaps she can take a look at my dismal internet speed. I recently changed from TPG to Telstra in the belief that it would be faster and more reliable, certainly no less. Turns out for 10 bucks a month more, it is worse than TPG's service to date.

@ellenmfanning Sounds Telstra promising me they will fix my nbn

  • kennethw Kenneth Webb (@kennethw) reported

@Telstra @tdmalone There is a difference between reception and bandwidth. Even if you have full signal (eg head to Melbourne central on most days), the amount of people using the network have caused bandwidth availability to drop. This I assume is what Tim is experiencing
