    @JhinBeats @Telstra @NBN_Australia Wireless is a different issue. Signal towers and such, Hardwire too can depend on any issue, even your RJ Cables or Cat Cables.

    @theheraldsun Stick to your knitting. Telstra is the worst company re customer relations in Australia. They are the worst telephone answering company in Australia as well. Their coworkers in India are quite good as are some from other parts of Asia, but the homegrown organization a disgrace.

    @Telstra It's been nearly 3 weeks and the same issue persists. I can see others have had the same issue redeeming with Telstra Plus. Any updates on when the site will be fixed? It seems a bit silly to have to chat or call to use the points.
