2023 and Telstra still hasn’t fixed the same issue from 2021 with my internet while charging more every year I’m shook

  • bingewatchers1 Dushi Albaneasy (@bingewatchers1) reported

@Telstra Nope I have to disagree with you. Never had these issues last year when on train and also when I was with Vodafone I never had issues with video streaming it’s only Telstra. I do have other issues in 2763 with low connection with one bar but the internet speed is fine though

  • DoodyDarren Darren (@DoodyDarren) reported

@Louise_J_17 @Dorothy23897725 @AlboMP The coalition has never saved us from anything. All they know how to do is destroy, corrupt or sell. Medibank. Medicare (WIP) NBN Airports. Ports. Combank. Telstra. Carbon price. ... ... ...

  • MissKateBarkley Kate Barkley 🐕 (@MissKateBarkley) reported

Another 2.5 hours of my life wasted on the Telstra chat "help".... This is now the 4th time. Once again escalated to NBN co. I bet I still won't have working broadband after they look at it 🙄

  • parmejean possum🦕 (@parmejean) reported

that album was made to be played in Supré while 12 year olds buy *** fits to wear to the bluelight disco come on now. its not necessarily bad but its sooooo unremarkable. the genre is telstra ad that plays in the cinema

  • CarolynJanson 💧Dame Carolyn Janson (@CarolynJanson) reported

@JonesHowdareyou I fixed all these problems by going with a wireless modem. I'm with iinet. If you're with Telstra, I will refrain from saying, I could ahve told you so... grin

  • PSageMaster A Blot 💧 (@PSageMaster) reported

@awelder @rachelrwithers Paul Fletcher was chief of staff to the Minister for Communications in the Howard government, senator Richard Alston who was one of the worst Ministers. Stopped Telstra from building a FTTH and called it anti-competition. Aust should have the best broadband in the world!

  • StanBright Stan Bright 👨‍💻🚀 (@StanBright) reported

@Telstra just so you know, your "Pre-Paid data expiry" doesn't work. I just received a notice that my data will expire on 23/01/23" - 2 weeks in the past. Now, I'm irritated that I've lost the data + I won't be recharging as there is nothing to keep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

  • TheBriway Brian Hobbs (@TheBriway) reported

@Redy5Al @PCKJ3627 @BarnsGreg I’ve had trouble with my Telstra wireless internet since day 1. Dropping out poor service, buffering plus other issues. Their attitude is, this is rural Australia, that’s just how things are out here.

  • bingewatchers1 Dushi Albaneasy (@bingewatchers1) reported

@Telstra Thanks Jimmy but it’s upsetting and frustrating that I pay for your premium service and this is the service I get from so called Australia’s largest network provider. Can you send me a link please where I can raise a complaint formally? Hence I will also trial your method
