@Telstra @fufuad_ Yes true, Telstra customer service is worst. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough options in Australia so we have to stick with these rip offs. Recently, Telstra have been deducting payments from my bank which were not for my account & customer service did nothing to resolve this.

Each time I’m forced to deal with @Optus or @VodafoneAU support I invariably end up annoyed with them. And then there are times like this where I have to deal with @Telstra support, and am reminded what truly horrible customer service is. Wasted hours trying to fix a $2 SIM…

Thank god i still have my awesome Optus mobile plan that still doing an awesome job. Not like yours poor service and customer support. I never use @Telstra before and i think it supposed to stay that way. What a disgrace!

@manaz_d @Telstra Just wait until they ask you to mail it back to them and then claim they never got it and so try to make you pay for it! despite delivery proof from Australia Post and confirmation that the address is the correct phones return address.. that was fun.

@davidcrisp666 @Telstra I spent 30 minutes trying to convince them that I actually have a phone on a plan. They keep denying it, saying I'm just paying for a mobile service, but no phone. The phone's completely dead. I guess I'm about to test backups...

@DerekRobinson2 @cscviews The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is now Telstra's customer service line. Mainly because their own is a decoration with no power to actually do anything.
