  Well I tried to call which is hard since mum & I don't have a mobile plus I'm not up there to help trouble shoot. Well then I asked if they could at least check if her area is down and then he went to, and hung up Oh my Lord. Mum needs to switch over to Telstra Optus sucks

  @Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau After 10 years with #Telstra as a business customer, even the help it provides, using its broken system, is dismal. No one can join the dots to resolve customers' problems. Its service is simply pathetic. AVOID #Telstra, whatever you do.

  On 6 sept I ordered a @Telstra phone. After 8 days I seek an update. No response. 3 days later, I follow up. Order cancelled internally, no contact, raise complaint. Today, I get contacted (after inquiring twice) & offered inferior product at the same price. Bye 👋

  @ACSial I was shown specifically Telstra outages all across Melbourne. I believe Telstra operates majority of the network.
