    Is @Telstra bigpond all but completely dead for anyone else in #cairns? They say no outage but it’s been unusable all day, won’t even load speed test and I’m currently tethering my non Telstra phone trying to contact their non-responsive helpdesk.

    @Telstra Also, what do retirees do? They won’t have the app! You assume that I am young therefore I will use an app is that it? Why do I get the app? So its another way to show me you can fail, you don’t provide stable internet, why would I think you can create an app?

    @Telstra Then you talk to someone and the first thing they tell you to do is sign in. This isn’t my first or second or third or fourth or fifth etc rodeo this year. I know this is an ongoing issue that isn’t being resolved

    @Telstra I've already dmd my details (so to can see them if to go to DM me) and was then told to open a help ticket. I'm sorry but requiring customers to open a help ticket to stop spam seems unreachable.

    @Telstra my point is, under no circumstances should a customer be getting 20 of those SMSs at a rate of one every day and I doubt very much that I'm the only lucky one getting them!
