    @andy_penn Are you aware you can no longer phone anyone @Telstra to resolve an issue? Automated system hangs up. No way to keep customers.

    @Telstra Gone are the days of “our network is better” rubbish. The truth is “Our back pockets know better” we won’t be ripped off anymore. The market and technology has caught up. 4G can still operate 100% of phones and apps with no issues. 5G is just convenience for the Uber impatient.

    What in the living **** is the deal with @Telstra customer service? It’s hard to describe the past 7 days. The best I could say is, suspiciously poor service. Like they hate customers. “You want to change your number? Sure, one sec. Thanks for waiting, here’s your banana.”

    @Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

    @telstra how hard is it to get someone to answer a call at a call centre or respond to a message in a 24/7 app. For your technology business - very hard. Another customer gone!

    Oh hey @Telstra classic lack of communication when you have stuffed up my mobile is not working and your Live chat team have been radio silent to my pings for 40 mins and counting. I can't call so how else am I supposed to resolve this issue????
