@Telstra I haven't spoken to the technical support team. The issue is with the service. Since the upgrades service has gone back to pre dial up, it's horrendous all around the north east of Victoria. @Optus customers have zero issues, only your customers are having issues

@Telstra This has been an issue since you did upgrades in Feb. It gets so bad that a text message struggles to send at times. I've tried everything available
