    @Telstra Your lack of customer service is disgusting, especially when you’re charging premium prices for a sub par service and product. How is it that mobile phone tower maintenance and upgrades results in poorer quality signal and you pretend not to know nothing about it???

    @Telstra @telstra wrote demanding that i change to their nbn service then cut me off. No options given. I reconnected withbaussie broadband for much less, and much faster than telstra quoted. No regrets, trouble free service.

    Mildly hilarious. Poor husband is trying to connect to his IT help desk, which after two hours of waiting, resembles a Telstra "help" line.
