Never thought I’d cop worse CS than I did with Telstra but @EnergyAustralia have surpassed them. Same story, dozens of hours on the phone with off shore staff who are poorly trained and just give you incorrect information as to what’s wrong. Legless operation.

@goldsteinelissa From local FB groups it appears that Telstra and Optus are out. SES can't get signal. We've lost contact with friends too.

@Telstra good morning. Can you please help me. My mobile phone has not been able to send SMS messages since yesterday afternoon. I have re-started the phone but it makes no difference so I'm presuming it's not a phone fault as I can make phone calls no problem.

3 cheers to the LNP for stuffing up the NBN. I would have both that and a landline if they hadn’t, and not be relying on an intermittent 3g signal for info during an emergency. cc: @telstra where’s my phone signal gone??
