@Telstra Not showing as active. It is again showing the banner offering the free trial, despite the fact I already took the offer I ver a fortnight ago. No one responded; my attempt to message last night resulted in it timing out, with no response received whatsoever. Totally piss-poor.

Been having issues with my 4g modem for 2 months and you guys keep telling me there’s maintenances, even though I reset the modem 20 times and it starts to work, warranty process takes 2 weeks to get the modem back why not just give me a new one? @Telstra

@banginbih @Zuckles @Telstra Every provider that isn't NBN uses Telstra network services in some way, either physical network, on the network layer etc, no way to avoid, NBN is just as bad if not worse.

@Telstra guys my internet service is still down after yesterday’s hungry mouse situation, I’ve tried calling but I’ve been on hold for over an hour, I just need a 4g dongle ASAP, I can’t physically run my business without a stable internet service and hotspotting isn’t great
