    @Telstra 12 hours to fix the outage. Totally unacceptable. Heads need to roll for this. Absolutely not good enough.

    @Telstra To others reading this, I fixed my phone by turning aeroplane mode on, waiting 1 minute, turning it off. Voila, problem solved. Turning the phone off and on did nothing - hope this helps someone else
