    @Telstra phone fault however your faults department isn’t open???!!My 82 yo dad with Parkinson’s sat at home waiting for a technician today for 8hrs, no one showed up! Is this seriously the service Telstra provides??

    @ScomoThe I’ve had depression and anxiety for about 12 years but I’m always high functioning. I’m suffocating now. The never ending threats from Telstra to have my phone restricted and from the electricity provider to have my electricity cut off etc, is killing me.

    @Tiny_Doughnut @Telstra @SuperNetball Same happened to me, didn’t get a response but I cancelled my subscription (Telstra customer though) then resubscribed after closing and opening the app a couple of times - if that helps?

    Been back and forward with @Telstra support for a few days regarding a modem that has died, whatever morons they hire for support should be fired immediately. Asked me to perform a speed test on a broken router. Absolute Morons.

    @Tiny_Doughnut @Telstra @SuperNetball And you know what the worst thing was. When I turned on my phone just before 7pm, there was a great big reminder notification there telling me the game was about to start. The game that I can't watch! So anyway, I'm going to have a try at deleting it and reinstalling it.

    @Telstra I'm very upset with you because I have just recently recharged my prepaid mobile broadband service. I've also reset my computer's data usage stats so it would reflect the same data usage pattern on my balance. Apparently you have been leaking extra data from me NotHappy!

    @Tiny_Doughnut @Telstra @SuperNetball I subscribed and got in. I wasn't having any luck at all doing what I was doing so I gave up trying to get in as a Telstra mobile customer and I subscribed. It's not much money, so I'm not upset about paying it, but still...

    …to have dropouts, another client Telstra facilitated running a new copper line to the building of a client who’s service kept dropping out and never connected the new line, just copper cable hanging outside the building, @telstra blaming NBN and NBN blaming @Telstra

    Basically had to prove I was no longer at the address, have legal documents signed etc etc. I have not had any @telstra service in our household for a very long time. My dealings with @telstra have been on behalf of my clients.
