@Telstra @NBN_Australia your service in burleigh waters is so crap. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, constant drop outs. No drop outs all weekend and again today, drop outs. Such a bad service and makes it really hard to work. 😡

@Telstra Telstra incoming emails have not been working for some customers for 2 days. Telstra wants to charge $66 month program for tech support to fix a problem they admit is their fault. This is crazy. Feedback from customers makes no difference. Pls fix now for free.

@Telstra This is the response “Thank you for patiently waiting,. I have checked the account further and I can see that the incident ticket INC18503006 that was raised yesterday has already been escalated to our Level 2 Technical team and currently being investigated to resolve the issue.”
