    @Telstra I owe you an apology mate. It seems my son was downloading a monster file for his computer. I did reboot the modem though. Everything seems alright now. Again thanks for your help and patience. 👍

    Telstra Customer Service is one of the shittiest I have ever experienced. First, the guy from online message couldn't tell me whether a pre-paid sim card needs to pay to activate the sim or not.. He said no, it doesn't... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

    @RobertCawood2 Why do I get the feeling that the other was hacked so Telstra slowly becomes the prominent provider. It’s not like they’re all in on the agenda is it. During the height of this **** show, “letsvaxx” was continually flashing on my phone🤔

    After weeks and weeks of NBN and Telstra denying my issue was their problem the NBN dude finally decided to show up today. (6th time lucky) Final score card is: NBN box: faulty Telstra box: faulty Both companies guilty. Sort your **** out.

    @catherine___c Power knocked out for about 1 hour. Just goes to show how much we rely on technology, even the Telstra 4G went down. Radio stations weren't very helpful.

    @Telstra I have strong 4G access on phone & other devices. Getting a technical expert to diagnose this kind of problem at that level properly, takes Telstra entire days to respond. The first 3 days I get pass the buck HelpDesk getting me to turn my modems on & off !! Useless.

    @vline_bendigo It was a hot day so we can accept the slow trains. The cancellations on top push our patience. What makes it hard to bear is the appalling @telstra service the entire journey: 3G, one bar, 🤬. So we’ve got buses for the next two weeks!?! 💣 #vline

    @cleary_mitch @7NewsMelbourne Newsflash, 20 year old Telstra (or was it a TNT, Myers, MacDonalds, Repco) worker gets busted doing drugs, but not a word in the press. Let's make noise about sports persons only, must be a slow day reporting, or, too many other cases that would keep the press busy.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia 18 months of consistently poor service & I finally lodge a complaint w the TIO. Within a couple of hrs Telstra emails how suddenly important it is to ‘resolve my issue’…arrange a callback in 2hrs…guess who doesn’t call?? Absolute Dogshit…
