@Telstra No because last time I did that I was harassed & bullied by 3 Telstra staff & still didn’t fix my problem. Your a phone company! Give me a no. I can ring & talk to someone in Aust. It’s called SERVICE! Try it for once!

@jriewolod @firstdogonmoon @Telstra years ago Telstra charged me on a direct debit for bigpond for years after I cut off the service. endless phone calls. in the end the same as you - they have a policy of only paying back for 1 year. imagine needing a policy for wrongly charging for more than a year...

@Telstra That’s the problem. No one in Telstra who interfaces with the public has the MEANS to fix complex problems. Going on 12 hrs phone still disconnected. Less marketers more technicians

@jriewolod @ItsBouquet @Telstra Took me 3 months, over 12 phone calls days of holding on the line, being disconnected, being transferred to the 'right department' - being grossly inefficient when you want to disconnect, is part of their business model. Same as #foxtel. Will never use #telstra again, ever.

@jriewolod @jeremyvisser @Telstra I remember when after 20 years or so of paying rental for my Telstra handset (basically the hardware support) and decided to terminate it (and move to a another service provider) they demanded I have back that aged handset (which they almost certainly would've trashed)

neither the @Optus nor @Telstra iOS apps seem to support Dark Mode and opening them is like AAAAAAAA MY EYES DEAR GOD NOOOO 🙀👀
