@Telstra At n no point in the 24 hour ordeal have any if the 12 or so agents said there is a problem or that I should seek an alternate way to buy something from you. Yep I just want to buy something u spend million’s trying to get people to do that.

@Telstra Why - is it a legal issue and if so? What law do we need to modify please …… Why, when a sim is changed on a service can that change not be undone? At least within a short timeframe? A new sim was added to the wrong number, creating a week of fun and hilarity we didn’t need.

@Telstra No idea. It’s Groundhog Day. We go through the entire process, product, suitability, Verification, contact update, 2FA, disclosure, payment and then they bail out, pass it to another agent who says they will pick up from previous but never do, & we start the ENTIRE process again

@Telstra Did the restart, and it improved speed, but that's more of a coincidence, and it will go up and down. I really think I live in a blind spot to the tower which is less than 2 km away.

@Telstra we've just bought a house that has a current Telstra service, and we're having problems signing up because of the existing service at our new address. Is it possible to set an account up ahead of time, or do we have to wait on the ex-owners disconnecting?
