@Telstra when will Disney+ be available to use on Telstra TV? Its been 2 years since Disney+ was released and it is on every other service such as Foxtel boxes, gaming consoles, smart TVs. Are you suggesting that your customers move to something else to use the services?

@JesMullins @Optus We're switching from @Optus to Telstra today. We've been unable to make or receive phone calls at our home for two weeks. Optus won't even acknowledge the issue. We've reported in nine times.

@MrVegemite @Telstra Trust me you’re not the only one frustrated with their customer service.. Same issues and had to call on Ombudsman as it’s ridiculous. Ordered an upgrade on 27th Jan- in store,online msging stuffed it up, recreated 8Feb, still no phone n contract in my hand.

@Telstra What is the deal with the 4G/3G in Millicent, SA? It's been out for three days now and according to your outage website it was originally scheduled maintenance but now it's just saying service interrupted with no time / date when it'll be back!

@JonDeeOz @Telstra Hope you get it sorted. So many people put up with Telstra even though they have shockingly bad customer service. I get that their mobile coverage is good, but get out of the Aussie relationship for everything else. NBN should be with @Aussie_BB
