    @Telstra Yeah, the online messaging function is also infuriating. I hope the issue is resolved soon. It feels like you know because you have the best network in Australia you think you can treat your customers with disdain. Monopolies should never be privatised.

    @mitchd_90 That's the point. They wished for better functionality. They got it, at a cost. Yes Kayo was an option, but it wasn't for $5 (It was actually $15 for Telstra customers). If the NRL had offered better functionality on their previous service for $5, plenty would've taken it up

    @rdhinds @della79 5/month for the first 12 months, and you need a Telstra service as well
