    I have just been using the @Telstra chat function b/c they never answer their help line. I have been trying to resolve an issue since 6.02pm...it's now 8.23pm.

    @Telstra Hi Lauren, I actually really appreciate/respect you responding here, unfortunately after spending 3 hours on live chat I have ended up moving to a new ISP. Telstra cannot provide a service that meets my requirements of 40mbps at a price that is competitive in the current market.

    @Telstra Have left 3 messages with contact at CEO office over last 9 days. Still not a single call back? Phone started 'gargling' again last night. What's the go with your office @andy_penn ? Poor, non call returning 'customer service representatives'. @3AWNeilMitchell

    @Telstra Yes, it is odd. Tels encourage use of the chat but as you may see from this thread, I spent from approx 6.02- 8.23pm on chat with no resolution (having been disconnected by the operator mid-way). Not everything can be done online...sometimes a cust simply needs to talk to person

    @3AW693 hi, why is there total news suppression of the leak of mobile numbers from Telstra network providers? I've been receiving multiple scam text messages per day for 2 weeks and there is no end in sight. Friends and family report the same thing.

    Never in the field of human endeavour has anything been more pointlessly difficult than trying to contact @telstra - by phone, website or by app - to upgrade a mobile plan. Tried each, repeatedly. Too busy to answer. AI too stupid, humans too busy to help. App won't respond.

    @Telstra absolute disbelief how bad your customer service is. All day on chat trying to get our internet restored and nothing resolved still!!

    Hey @telstra I am truly amazed at how bad your online support is. Seriously so far trying to establish data sharing across devices has taken 6 hours and I still haven’t progressed past getting the new sim.
