    @Telstra All sorted when I cancelled most of my services with you. @Telstra is less trust worthy than a drug dealer. At least dealers give you something to make you happy. Telstra just scam their own customers and make it difficult to get a resolution cause their phone team r **** house

    @DuffmanGay @Telstra @jriewolod Currently in dispute with Telstra over a soft disconnection to our copper landline after we had nbn put on and Telstra agreed to let us keep Copper network. TIO has a 9 week wait. Telstra closed our case without resolving it.

    @jriewolod @Telstra It’s a disgrace and Telstra services appalling, specially overseas call centres these idiots don’t know what they talking about. Can’t get help from them, you get the runaround. Shame on them.

    @jriewolod @Telstra My late Elderly mother was taken advantage of by by several and ironically they were so called charitable , non profit organizations funded by the federal govt to support our elderly , When it came to Telstra they were GREAT !

    @Telstra @jriewolod Doesn't sound strange at all. @Telstra were charging me for a mobile that was returned to them for over a year. They do this hoping it slips thru. Outrageous they've ripped off a vulnerable old lady. Telstra is as bad as the overseas scammers. Grubs.

    @jriewolod @Telstra Keep escalating the issue to Telstra, complain to the state Fair Trading Office, the ACCC and / or the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (or better yet, all of them). This is illegal and they should refund all of it.

    @jriewolod @Telstra Telstra done the same to me years ago … only paid a small amount back … I left them… but be reassured if it was the other way round they would want every cent… and I was a loyal customer always paid on time… but that doesn’t count…
