    @DarkViperAU @Telstra Use a signal repeater

    @DarkViperAU @Telstra Damn, no capybara live stream now, that sucks

  • whophd Christian Kent (@whophd) reported

    @DavidBe53174057 @PhillipQuirk4 … nevertheless, the privatised Telstra was bundled with the wired network in a sweetheart deal during the 1996 sell-off, and this led to two decades of ADSL quality issues due to abuse of the wholesaler-retailer dual identity — basically a monopoly problem … 3/4

  • JordanCJanssen Jordan Janssen (@JordanCJanssen) reported

    @cat240359 Unfortunately this is for a relative who lives regionally so needs to at least stay on the Telstra network — and they’d rather stay there than go with a MVNO like Aldi Mobile. Agree with the porting idea, the whole thing is a mess.

  • AaronB1994 Aaron Brookes (@AaronB1994) reported

    @DarkViperAU @Telstra That sucks. At least as you mentioned, they actually admitted it. Is there any chance you might get a discount due to that?

  • FGecolarge FG (@FGecolarge) reported

    @NBN_Australia I have spent 90 mins or more trying to solve a problem that was not mine. This happened because NBN/Telstra are not placing this information on the website. At the moment the NBN link you recommend tells me there are no outages - true - its mega-slow! Poor info provision.

  • JonnyGorden Jonny (@JonnyGorden) reported

    @DavidBe53174057 It took Telstra over 20 years to "be able to" correct the incorrect spelling of my name in their system Which presented a particular problem when the same system used that information to verify ID which failed every time 🤦

  • stefanrossi_ Stefan Rossi (@stefanrossi_) reported

    @Telstra fix your NBN and cheap modems. Rubbish service and quality

  • garethrhughes Gareth Hughes (@garethrhughes) reported

    @Telstra Was given the helpful advice of "try again later" and reply back in 24 hours if it still doesn't work. Will be cancelling my account if it doesn't work by that point.

  • garethrhughes Gareth Hughes (@garethrhughes) reported

    @Telstra Is the eSIM transfer actually under maintenance or is it just broken?
