@VodafoneAU For the last 4 days, network in CastleHill (NSW 2154) is terrible with multiple call & internet drop. Called 1555 only to find out planned maintenance 13-18 sep. No info to consumer. 1555 Customer rep (Natasha) disconnected. Poor service. Time to switch to @Telstra

Not only have I been with @Telstra over a number of years, never had an issue with getting a new phone, and now I’m asked to pay $1000 upfront because I can’t be trusted to pay the exact same amount I’ve been paying to you for the past 2 years???

@UnwissendTas @Telstra That doesn’t sound correct. JBHIFI have it in stock through Telstra so… it’s most likely an error on their website. All other service providers have stock to pre order

I cancelled my Telstra internet service after nearly 20 years earlier this year because of how bad the service was. I never thought I'd have to switch on the mobile side too. I'm literally shocked. But here we are. There's no value to being a long-term Telstra customer. 7/7

It's utterly unfathomable how terrible the iPhone 13 Pro ordering process with @Telstra has been. I'm pretty close to just giving up at this point and switching to Optus after being a Telstra mobile customer for decades. The whole process has been woeful and doesn't work.

Congrats @Telstra - I’ve given up trying to pre-order an iPhone 13 Pro with you. Your busted site and horrific customer support app has defeated me. Tomorrow, I contact Optus and end our decades long relationship.
