  @Telstra you absolutely suck. Both my kids are overseas (18 and 20) and one is out of data and I can’t add more for both. I’ve been talking to Telstra for 8 hours and still no outcome. My daughter has no data left: Telstra suggested we get a 3rd party ESIM. The Worst Telco EVER.

  @Telstra Yes, my ps5 is in a different room to where the modem for internet is. Plus on some apps on my phone it says connection unstable. Never had this problem till now. Do someone need to out and look at the connection or do need to another modem for the rest of the house.

  Yo Aussies anyone else with telstra (or companies that use their network, like belong) having issues with data?? Woke up this morning and the wifi wasn't working, turned on my data and... that wasn't working either. And my roommate's data isn't working either

  @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.

  Telstra....missed your recharge message because the service has been so fuckung bad for weeks that people's personal SOS devices haven't been working. Have been hotspotting with Optus device.

  @TheChopperLady It’s ok. I’m already thinking of suing Telstra for ******* up my payments and putting me in this situation! So much for government assistance right? These corporations and governments are pathetically slow!
