@TelstraEnt We purchased a mobile phone plan with Telstra. 6 months later moved to a new inner city location & the phone was useless. If a call came in u had to go into front yard to answer & it still was static. 3 seperate attempts to get the service fixed over 6 months.Had to pay plan out.

@Telstra @madebygoogle Google Assistant tells me “There was a glitch” or “Something went wrong”. It does not do that when connected via iPhone Hotspot. @madebygoogle think it might have to do with IPv6. However, I never changed anything, and it worked fine in the past. No probs w/ the other devices.

@innocent_abroad @mal2153 @MikeCarlton01 Everyone needs to know 2 things, Vodaphone (3) built a large portion of the Telstra network and Optus built the cable connections too US and the optic fibre connect on the east coast. So privatisation worked for us in telecom!

@UncleMatt29 @Tsarinasalma Poor example, given that Telstra was terrible as a nationalised business, and NBN Co is terrible

@Ctl_Alt_Del Drives me mad actually. I gave Telstra some feedback once after they had simply done their job on something - I told them to stop sending stupid requests for feedback all the time!

@innocent_abroad @mal2153 @MikeCarlton01 Telstra wasn't privatised for another 10 years after the entry of Optus So that is not a success of privatisation that is a success of deregulation Once we privatised Telstra the infrastructure turned to **** and the competition started to slide Nice try tho
