    @Telstra Hi Elms, H+ refers to HSDPA which is a 3G based technology, it was high speed 12 years ago, claiming its high speed today is like saying ADSL is high speed. As to my service, all streaming stops completely, web browsing is incredibly slow, twitter took near 2 minutes to load.

    @roseg @MSMWatchdog2013 Aldi mobile is great (Telstra network coverage is great) $35 plan gets me 40 gig of data and unlimited calls texts etc. $15 and $25 plans also unlimited calls texts etc just less mobile data if you don’t need. Never had an issue. Will cost you $5 for the sim at any Aldi store.

    @roseg @MSMWatchdog2013 We use Aldi too. Being rural/remote the Telstra network is the only one that covers most of the area.

    @Telstra In answer to your question, where is this number to call? As the service provider, do you think the "field technicians" could liaise with the emergency services (I.e., Ausnet, Downer, local government,SES) to establish where the problems are?

    @roseg @MSMWatchdog2013 Aldi $15pcm unlimited calls and SMS, 3GB data with rollover. Perfect if you have wifi at home and live in the time of COVID. Telstra network

    I'm taking a complaint to the relevant authority about Telstra!!! Haven't had no idea about how much credit I have left on prepaid Telstra ID app!!!
