    @Gatty54 Worst part was, we called Telstra the next day to say it was fraudulent as payment pending, long story they said we’ll stop it, no they didn’t, 3 days later payment cleared. Others were good and cancelled. In the end we got all our money back, but what a pain in the arse.

    @Telstra moved back to Australia, been 1 month trying to setup a business account and still after multiple emails phone calls etc can't get a ******* answer....you are the worst customer service in this country says everyone ever...**** u

    @eevblog If you turn on Data Roaming when in Vodafone, in areas where there is poor coverage, it will connect to an Optus tower to fill the gap. This only works for Vodafone and not Optus or Telstra.

    🚨 Telstra, TPG telecom clash with Musk’s SpaceX over Starlink spectrum guarantee Australian telecom giants Telstra and TPG Telecom are urging the government to hold competitive auctions for satellite-mobile frequencies instead of granting SpaceX guaranteed priority access for Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell service. They warn that such guarantees risk market concentration and could lead to higher consumer prices.     Usually @Telstra is happy to jump on line and offer a fix (of sorts) to complaints about their terrible service. Not today. They have no fix for no fibre, flooded and archaic coaxial, and massively overloaded 5G. Too long bullshitting govt and shareholders. They just can't cope.
