@Telstra i’ve been trying to run 2 business from home since July 2020 and every single day our internet continues to drop out and Telstra is NOT providing any service at all!!! We need to fix this ASAP

@Telstra Have you actually used the links you suggested? It runs a test on the internet connection I am connected to at the time. Obviously it's a going to say everything is ok. You cannot run a test on a connection that is not working.

@Telstra yet again my phone line is unusable. This is becoming a monthly issue and considering I've had an ombudsman case open since April, I think it's time the issue is either properly fixed, or I will need to take it further. Paying for a useless service.

TELSTRA -organised an NBN for Mon 4/1,then ring to cancel and change to Fri 8/1 - now have a msg advising that the appt is Jan 18th - WTF is going on TELSTRA/NBN !!!!!

@PerrettReport Ignore it as Telstra no longer take or make calls. @Telstra Anyone at Telstra making calls is a fake. As far as I can tell if you call Telstra they hang up. I now have a complaint with the telecom ombudsman as you cannot contact any Telstra departments and they do not call out.

If anybody from @Telstra is working I am still awaiting a connection. So far I have been told it doesn’t work and will take several weeks to resolve, it has been resolved , it may work if I change my plan ,and the problem is being escalated to a TIO what ever that means
