    @BrittMezher @Telstra They are the worst. I’ve almost had breakdowns dealing with their merry-go-round customer (lack of) service. In the end I give up and end up where you’ve got to today.

    @3catHill @BrittMezher @Telstra The problem is there is places in the state that there is literally no other option. Optus is slowly catching up, Vodaphone is years behind. If there was any other option I’d take it

    @BrittMezher @Telstra I will never deal with @Telstra. Not since 2008 when they left my elderly mum with no phone for days because THEY messed up her bill...never again!

    Just had a call from "Telstra Cyber Security" who assured me that even though I wasn't a customer they provided all the internet in Australia and I had problems where people were getting into my internet or some bullshit.

    @BrittMezher @Telstra I have found Optus to be very good with any problems, still some wait times when calling in, but generally very good.
