@LadyCBean1966 @Telstra No but I honestly thought they’d stop with ******** ups after calling them multiple times. The other problem is being time poor, sitting on hold for 40 minutes isn’t a viable option.

Plus after spending 2 hrs on the phone last night your outages page confirms no outages. Even your support team said this is incorrect. WHAT IS GOING ON TELSTRA. You’re Australia biggest corporate and the service right now is what i expect from a start up

@Telstra Samsung rips Australians off. The Americans get the better hardware at a cheaper price. We get the left over Exynos **** that over heats. Watch the phone heat up on the on Australia's Exynos version with the camera app. We pay more and get ripped.

@strongcaffe @Telstra I might go into my local Telstra shop tomorrow, easier to talk to them in person rather than get a different person on the phone every single time. There’s no continuity in their customer service.

@BrittMezher @Queen_St_Eatery @Telstra 😔 time for the ombudsman if you can’t get a response. You’ll soon get one if you lodge a complaint.

@Telstra Still having internet issues at Harrington Park NSW. It’s been over a week now. We were promised it would be back @ 7pm tonight. Still nothing, and the wait to speak with someone in c/service is over an hour & a half. Not happy Jan! We both work FT from home. Need fixed.

@Telstra 8 days now and still no internet in Leppington. Plus you send us texts telling us to reconnect modem and if we don’t you’ll decrease speed. I DONT HAVE ANY SPEED TO DECREASE. Then when i call your support they can only escalate and not provide any meaningful ETA. HELP

@BrittMezher @LadyCBean1966 @Telstra Call the ombudsman. When you do, telstra gives more continuity of service because you get looked after by a special team. Thank god you're cool with your ex and its not a DV issue - mistakes like this are potentially dangerous

@TelstraEnt A text message service for customer support that takes days and multiple different staff and slow responses. Extortionate pricing and competitors doing it better in every way. Can’t wait for “come back to Telstra” advertising, you’re losing customers hand over fist.
