    @MelPalling @Telstra Hi Ivan, you've clearly never been to Clyde, Victoria. It's a bottomless pit for Service. You cannot get service inside anyone's homes, and once you find a 'service' area, you dare not move, as it will drop straight right out. It's a huge growth area

    @the_LoungeFly @Telstra 1/2 I'm guessing there's an issue with privacy My messagebank was switched off without my consent When I called to get it switched back on the operator changed my plan I called asking for it to be reinstated (it was an obsolete plan) and spent a week arguing with a 'manager'...

    @Telstra you absolutely suck. Both my kids are overseas (18 and 20) and one is out of data and I canโ€™t add more for both. Iโ€™ve been talking to Telstra for 8 hours and still no outcome. My daughter has no data left: Telstra suggested we get a 3rd party ESIM. The Worst Telco EVER.

    @newscomauHQ The ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ government does the same, on a much larger scale. Federal agencies (Immigration, ATO etc.) and major contractors have long outsourced call centres, customer service and IT work to the Philippines and India, thousands of roles. Telstra, banks and others do the same.

    @Kate3015 Itโ€™d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesnโ€™t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If itโ€™s not there itโ€™s not real. There are couple I can think of.

    The power was out recently, just came back on. Telstra sent a text asking how the power outage was affecting my internet? Im not sure what type of special order electricity they use, but l use the run of the mill electricity. No electricity, no modem!!!!!! ๐Ÿคก๐ŸŒ

    @NicFromOz They use Telstra wholesale network, coverage shouldnโ€™t change from what you have now, 4G, no 5G, I have used them, changed to Superloop though, tied in with NBN plan for bundle discount.
