    Hey @Telstra , iv had internet drop outs all month. Spent hours on phone, 2 scheduled technicians appointments that didn't turn up, and chatted with over 5 telstra service people. I can't even close my accounts with you guys. Will be contacting ombudsman. With @Telstra 10+years

    @belindasmilne @geoffrey_payne @AlboMP NBN working with the copper mess that Telstra left. Had been bodging up our phone service for ever. Ask anyone who had a clue, should have been fibre. But no! Had to go ‘cheap’? Screwed Australia’s digital future.

    @Andy_Penn, you sir are a joke. You’ve known for a year you’re short staffed & that your systems are exhausted. In a year of a pandemic & record unemployment you’ve failed to hire Aussies to fix your rotten #Bigpond! 2 hours to get thru to level 1 support is a joke! #Telstra

    @Qldstew @andy_penn Here’s one for you. The Telstra Technician errored and cut my business internet. I called them immediately to fix. 7 weeks later they still working at it, and staff from CEO office involved. #TelstraworsethanCovid

    @Telstra I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account for months. I have been promised the issue would be resolved, but it hasn’t. I have called numerous times and been put on hold for hours. How can it get this matter resolved please??

    @Telstra hi my home cable internet is not working. Tried chatting on Telstra 24x7 on the app but no responses there.

    @Telstra Telstra have taken months to fail to connect me to the NBN. Three times engineers failed to show, multiple txt & calls. No action, no response. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Why would you trust them with a handset? Customer support is non existent! Avoid!
