  Still sans @NBN_Australia They came out Monday, identified the issue & refused to fix it. Told them that I was over them & that I'll be signing up with @Starlink Looking forward to receiving my kit from Starlink soon. Hotspotting with my @Telstra mobile is 1/2 speed of a snail. Painful much. Going crazy. Don't need this stress.

  @Candour100 @blu_boys @Optus Yeah my husband had to switch to the Telstra network because of remote work. Boost was his choice.

  But you get a whoops when your service goes down. You ever order a pizza and the shop takes a slice out and says can't help it? That's what Telstra is. And look at the profits in a cost-of-living crisis, ay. Whose cost of living ?? When do we adjust the books ay ?? @Telstra been with you lot for over 10 years at my address... not once have you even given me a router upgrade or checked if I'm on the best plan... where's your loyalty, ay ?? Winding down my credits and won't be coming back for dam sure. I'll learn Korean first and enjoy it more. 감사합니다

  @TopherField Having previously worked for both Telstra and NBN, I can say NBN satellite and wireless are complete garbage, Starlink smashes it. NBN fibre is excellent though and speeds are world comparable. Still, many Aussies pick the cheapest slow plans which reduces our world rankings

  @blu_boys @Optus Go Aldi...roll over data, plans from $23, Telstra network, and currently double data on some plans for 6months if you start up before the end of September 2026.

  Seems perfectly legit, reward people for failures …. 🙄 Telstra has paid its chief executive, Vicki Brady, $6.8m for the year ending in June, after docking 20% of her bonus in response to the network’s nationwide outage in July. The company reported financial results on Thursday. Its board met on Monday and decided to cut Brady’s bonus by $607,000 – but she still took home a $700,000 pay rise as she was awarded a total of $6.1m the year before.
