    @JulianBurnside When we moved into our new home Telstra insisted that it did not exist. We changed ISPs and had the internet connected about four days after moving in without any problems.

    @NBN_Australia When I did get through I was told to call back in business hours at 11am on a Wednesday, 1pm on a Thursday. I was told I needed to employ a technician to fix the problem. Fixed it myself and moved on from Telstra.

    @Telstra my internet is running slow ping 119 download 19.7 upload 0.6 is their outages because can't access my Telstra app because it's running extremely slow

    @JulianBurnside @RobertJohnHenr3 I am sorry to hear that. Telstra being part private has sadly taken away the idea of 'service' from what it should be either way it goes :(

    @JulianBurnside Everything about @Telstra's 'service' is about non-communication. Every interaction is elevated to high farce. I had to go to the Ombudsman to get action.

    @Telstra mother in law has been sent an email RE authorities which needs updating. Ring ya 13 number and customer service????? Is closed. It’s Sat morning! We both need to speak to someone to organize this!!! How. I trying to help a 80+ year old!! No smart phone 4 app.
