@bantambaby @Telstra Hi Suzie. Login to the modem by opening a browser, type in the address 10.0.0.138. Click on advanced settings. Depending on the modem (mine is a Speedtouch) there should be reboot or restart function. If all that is too hard, switch off PowerPoint. Then turn back on. TI

I have to say @Telstra I smell bollocks when your Complaints Department confirm the planned outage has been resolved and organise a technician to investigate your NBN service but 4 hours later another Department calls you to advise your wifi functionality will be fixed by 5pm 🤔
