    @Peter_Fitz I used to but not nearly as much anymore. With the telstra scam I ask them my name and if I can get a free toaster. The tax office who want to arrest me I say OK I need a break anyway. They all hang up on me

    @Peter_Fitz Constantly. Tax Office, Microsoft, Telstra scams galore. I usually say “What a coincidence! My husband works for your organisation. I’ll just put him on the phone and you can talk to him.” They can’t hang up quickly enough.

    Hey @Telstra Why do you have the worst customer service ever? Your,so called, live chat is next to useless. Take hours to respond and have to constantly repeat myself. They just don’t give a ****! Employ some locals!!!

    @telstra your technician’s prematurely closed a ticket which had been raised in relation to a fault Telstra had detected with my NBN service, now your automated service is advising I have to wait between 2-5 days for further information, how do I speak to someone and not a robot?

    @Telstra Yep and 6 months pretty much now, the issue is there's no communication. I get a ton of other info about roaming changes but that's it. I went to recharge and saw it's disconnected. Support said I need a new sim. But that's impossible being abroad.
