@Telstra You could put in a work order so that rural families aren't routinely cut off & in jeopardy as a result. And then, you could stops thugs from redirecting my mobile service to a disconnected message or changing my voicemail to home voicemail or to short voicemails text messages.

@Telstra And no it has never ever been this bad before not even if I have been capped which has only happened if I forgot to pay a bill not from maxing out the account as your tec team seems to put it

@Telstra I do, and it was Telstra who arranged it Spent 1 hour on phone to Telstra on both Weds and Thurs night running tests, none of which resolved anything. Told on both calls an engineer would attend. Terrible, terrible customer service. Will be cancelling mobile & TV packages too

@Telstra @ACCCProdSafety so nice to see I lodge a complaint about my internet speed and continual drop outs to have them remotely turn my modem off and back one to go from 10 ping and 37 down load to time to 31 ping and 0.3 down load!!! Thanks, Not!

@Telstra Thank you. A further example: the pre-paid package I have with Telstra covers all overseas calls. Everytime I diall a number overseas, I get the message that it's not available from my service, as if the account is overdue for renewal.

@Telstra Hi Telstra,They have now resorted to calling and saying do I want to cancel the IPHONE 12 ordered in my name(which,by the way I haven't).They try and get information out of you to ask you if you want to proceed.I am not even a Telstra customer, so how did they get my number??????

So @Telstra what’s the best way to cancel my woeful #nbn connection? 2 months of constant dropouts, waiting on the phone for 60min+ each time with tech support and burning through my monthly mobile data ….. please take this junk back!! I’m done with this crap!

@manaz_d @andy_penn I Have repeatedly asked to be contacted By Andy Penn or His office and all I get Is Silence or a Message from @Telstra. He would not know one thing about customer service however he bows to the shareholder. What does that tell you.

@Telstra Not one tech help desk person I have spoken to has the will to fix this glitch in my account. all of them prolong the result that isolates me from employers & collaborators I attempt to contact by phone. Your corporate culture sides against the client. Will Telstra fix this?
