@Telstra Thanks Tom, we do not have excellent coverage, the entire suburb has the problem. It’s been discussed in Fed Parliament. However I appreciate the response and suggestions and I’ll try the SIM card option and let you know how I go. Once again I’m not at home to send this.

Optus Telstra Vodafone etc. WHAT IS IT WITH THE ATTITUDE FROM MOST STAFF WHEN BUYING A NEW CELLPHONE? AS SOON AS THEY SOLD YOU A CELL PHONE THEY TOTALLY DISREGARD THE BUYER. GO BACK FOR A LITTLE BACKUP HELP, AND ITS AS IF YOUR ANNOYING THEM. No manners...

@Telstra What a load of BS Cas.....you should see how many times you personally have said that to me yet still no one but you want me to spend more money. Telstra do not want to help they only want my money. But im not paying my bills anymore.

@Telstra I spent an hour on the phone waiting for someone, did the messaging thing and he said he would get someone else to help me and I’m yet to get contacted. I finally got through on the phone for help on a landline issue. It was not satisfactory but the final person was very helpful

@Telstra getting past your auto helper in the app then spending 4 hours including explaining my issue 3 times end result still don't have an answer stayed with Telstra for NBN and it has been one issue after another
