@Telstra Hi Tom, I mean the NBN one, and I am actually asking the policy that after 21 days what Telstra may help me to improve? Will this service affected by current lockdown situation?

  • jhem1733 Judith Hemsworth (@jhem1733) reported

@katea76 Annoying and unethical as it is for our personal phone numbers to be sold by Telstra, Optus etc, the biggest issue is that CP has ‘bought’ himself a candidate to again exert influence on the outcome of a federal election. That to me is the bigger issue.

  • NealPortenza Josh Ladgrove (@NealPortenza) reported

@Telstra Hi Anto, this was unexpected as I was obviously exaggerating somewhat, BUT since you're here... The Gen 2 Arcadyan NBN modem constantly loses its 2.4Ghz WiFi signal, likely due to a hardware fault. It's a known fault. Do you know if there's a firmware update coming? Cheers.

@Telstra I need Telstra to stop lying, and quit the deceptive conduct. I want same access to network as you have. I don't want to drive to next suburb with dongle and laptop to upload and download files. Telstra can installs a cell tower within suburb on Council-approved land but won't.
