    So @Telstra, two appointments to fix internet service, neither of them kept. Modem reverted multiple times to your 4G service in Southern Highlands. Guess what? General 4G outage across the district. Currently have NBN but slow. How about ACTION !

    @Telstra kaitlyn @Telstra Neither appointment kept. 4 weeks now of non existent 4G +slow NBN. If you had as many technicians as u have social media watchers maybe we’d get some solutions. Do I call for a 3rd time and wait yet another week for what, a 3rd no show???

    Installed Telstra Business Centre App, and it keeps hanging up on all my calls Maybe that’s not such a bad thing 🤔

    @JenBrockie @GreenJ @Telstra I remember a huge blackout a decade ago affecting all over Syd's E suburbs. Outraged locals on the streets of Potts Point (locked out b/c all the buildings are electronic keys) screaming into their mobiles at AUSGRID, :"I don't care! I want this fixed NOW! Do you hear me?" LOLZ

    @Telstra My neighbour is also with Telstra and is having no issues. It’s a localised issue to my house that occurred after a power outage.

    @Telstra Can’t even get the person from Telstra on the phone to get an update. They’re completely “unavailable”. I am unfortunately completely at the mercy of Telstra. I have no idea of when I can get a working service.
