Small progress today in the @telstra debacle. As Customer Support has failed for weeks I reached out to an ex-Telstra employee who called a Telstra GM who put a good tech onto the issue.

@Telstra Yes I do have the app... phone has been ok since the wifi came back. I only seem to ever get a max of 2 bars on my phone at home. I’ll contact the help. Thanks

We changed to iiNet last yr & all the problems we had with Telstra went away. He was like yeah it’s because infrastructure changed what? We haven’t been living here long. He was like you mustn’t have been having much problems. Um? We were in contact about the problems constantly.

@Telstra Yeap.... everything stopped working for about 10 mins.... My phone was on the network not wifi and my iPad was on wifi. Both were just scrolling. I cleared caches, restarted phone and iPad and nothing. We are on nbn but appear to have a really slow connection a lot of the time.

I've moved house 6 times in the past 5 years. Every time I move Telstra tries to choke our nbn and not give us speeds we are paying for. **** you scummy *****.

@Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman The Board of @telstra and their senior executives must be amongst the most egregious parasites in Australia. The effing customer service is abysmal: insufficiently trained people in another country (no doubt on **** wages), some of them unintelligible on the phone.
