    Customer service and @Telstra don’t go hand in hand. My elderly aunt wanted to update her credit card details. After waiting 1 hour she was told it couldn’t be done because she didn’t ring from her Telstra phone-ie she wasn’t at home. Obviously validating identity wasn’t enough.

    Yet another outage with @Telstra this week, now only to be told wait for another three days, woops. This is not good enough, for Australia's most expensive NBN carrier. Get your **** together.
