Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Roaldan1000 Bob F (@Roaldan1000) reported

Good old Velocity (owned by whoever @Telstra sold it to who have done nothing with it) powering along at 5.1mbps. At least give us the chance to abandon the out of date heap of crap.

  • TechDesignau David (@TechDesignau) reported

Let's nationalise the network infrastructure completely, all of it. Remove @telstra from any control and have the infrastructure run by some one else with phone company's just providing access to and not brokers into it.

  • samanthaleesays Samantha Forge (@samanthaleesays) reported

@SallyOD My parents have SkyMuster+ and it is decent most of the time, though I can't help with comparisons to Telstra 4G as they can't get Telstra at all.

  • cryptohodlpod iamcryptohodl (@cryptohodlpod) reported

@Telstra Stupid scumbags can’t even contact them online their chat bot doesn’t work properly then go into the Telstra George street store and can’t even be seen they have no staff until Sunday! If nobody can help me then I’m going straight to the ombudsman! Terrible service

  • amc_yanchepnews Yanchep News Online (@amc_yanchepnews) reported

@Roaldan1000 @Telstra It has been an ongoing issue. I might check on some local pages in case it is a wider issue.

  • TonyVarsity Tony夏铭轩 (@TonyVarsity) reported

@Telstra Thanks for replying, it's not really an outage, the home internet is just running incredibly slower than usual, maybe there's an update going on in the system?

  • BabyFaceBren Brendan Roberts (@BabyFaceBren) reported

@iiNet Too late. 3 ppl could do NIL. I uttered the magic word (disconnect) & was whisked thru to #customer retention or loyalty (I doubt you call it THAT), THEN the offer! $80... AFTER connection🙄 @iiNet catch-22): I'd still have to pay $80 b4 SITE CHECK @Telstra's #CustomerSERVICE won

  • marchdigital Chris Walker (@marchdigital) reported

@Telstra Everything is up to date (iPhone and watch) but Telstra support just keeps transferring us to different people who then tell us they’re confusing as to why we were transferred. It seems there is no solution - or at least no one at Telstra knows what’s going on.

  • GossGirl1954 Marilyn Smythe (@GossGirl1954) reported

@RuncibleH @sszinglehead Yes Keating privatised Qantas and Comm Bank, but it was Howard in 1997 who privatised Telstra. I don't have a problem with HECS, at least it gave kids who didn't have wealthy parents the ability to go to university. Having said that I still feel strongly about free education.

@Telstra Who will be happy to help remove the $200 charge from my account?
