Howard also sold Telstra for about $100 billion, but the saving on interest paid is less than the dividend foregone….it was a net cost. Paddy (@Dabatsau) reported@cookyourgarden @valuetainment They dont have lowband spectrum in Australia (nor in the US) without doing a deal with existing providers (Telstra & Optus) so dont get your hopes up. The spectrum they do have is mid band and would require phone manufacturers to support it, also needs a clear path to the sky to work.

Am sure there must be some arrangement between Tesla and Telstra to minimise this, particularly with the volume of cars in the country now.

NBN fibre is excellent though and speeds are world comparable. Still, many Aussies pick the cheapest slow plans which reduces our world rankings
