Having been watching a few videos about scams, today was the first time our family received a call from those scammers, saying they were from Telstra and our internet has a problem. Really tempted to have fun with them, but realised it wasn't worth the effort.

@Telstra These are not drop outs. This is a failure to obtain an internet service. The times i listed were when I tried to access an internet service. These issue continually occur ever long weekend or holiday. Also failed at 16:00 and 17:58

Calling Telstra tomorrow:)) 1 month without internet but they’ve apparently had a solution for a while??? **** company, running the internet out my *** would do a better job

@Telstra Hi Ivan, I appreciate the offer of help but it is too complicated to explain through text. As a customer I would like to speak to someone on the road hone directly. Does Telstra provide direct person to person phone service for their customers?

@theKoala_Man @Telstra I've spent an awful lot of money with Telstra over the years and only cancelled my last service with them 3 months ago. On the upside, Optus is over $30 a month cheaper for more data and the same phone

@Telstra I pay $90 for wifi & $100 for phone data! BUT today I couldn’t use either in Casey ACT!!! Your internet service is a disgrace!
