    @JulianBurnside Tried for six months to get Telstra to hook up our NBN. They literally couldn't be bothered. A "technician" came out, kicked the dirt and said, Nah. I called Skymesh to see what they could do. Two days later it was up and running. Telstra is the worst.

    @Telstra Ivan, I can't access the tool. Twotter is the only internet based service I can use at all, it must use minimal data. I will DM.

    @JulianBurnside The large telcos Telstra, Optus customer support for residential and small business customers is almost non existent. If you want great a customer service experience with onshore capable and trained technical astute staff - ASX listed TelcoAussie Broadband is wins by a mile

    @JulianBurnside Telstra service has been non-existent since the pandemic and other weather events shut down their O/S customer call centres. You can’t get through in the phone and now have to go to a store. They’ve lost a lot of customers. I switched to TPG. Great value and service.
