    @Telstra yet again my phone line is unusable. This is becoming a monthly issue and considering I've had an ombudsman case open since April, I think it's time the issue is either properly fixed, or I will need to take it further. Paying for a useless service.

    Good news: Telstra is shipping my new phone today. Bad news: Telstra is shipping my new phone today, rather than having it in the store for me to collect, creating yet another unpredictable constraint on my plans for later this week.

    @Telstra I have spoken and requested a technician via the my Telstra app and was told that the case manager would be contacted to contact me back regarding my technical fault. Why was the case closed without my knowledge and no resolution to the problem?

    @egadheg @clothedvillainy Boooo. Yes that's the other downside - phone must support it, and your plan must support it (Telstra support on all postpaid and prepaid plans, Optus is postpaid only as is Vodafone)

    TELSTRA -organised an NBN for Mon 4/1,then ring to cancel and change to Fri 8/1 - now have a msg advising that the appt is Jan 18th - WTF is going on TELSTRA/NBN !!!!!

    @AWuornosFan My parents' house got around that issue by having two phone lines (but we never gave out the second-line number to anyone). Having to pay 2x line rental to Telstra for a convenience we take for granted today!

    day 2 and I have no internet connection. Telstra is not contactable you need wait hours for some form of technical support or even information on an outage and how long it will last the system is so fragile it goes off with rain. I live less than 10km from the cbd bugger Telstra!
