@FetchStep @jmil400 @Telstra To be clear,r u suggesting ministers shouldn’t ever be on holidays ?That might be the dumbest thing you’ve posted in a strong field.Emergencies r never programmed, she reacted brilliantly to it,she was at work quickly.Dealt with the problem and is still there.

2nd: Does Telstra check critical updates (by their own staff) before they are uploaded to the entire network. Especially if the external supplier uses software coders in the global south paid a pittance, and likely to be influenced by others or to do just shoddy work.

@_benny4 It’s ******* laughable. Dear Leader putting out press releases demanding Telstra pay compensation. How about get stuffed Jacinta. You’ve neglected the infrastructure for years but sure, let’s blame someone else. ******* this government needs to go.

@ruicharadrius To make it worse in some area emergency services via Telstra mobiles went down with over 600+ failed calls and Telstra has to send out welfare checks with the police, they are now investigating a death that may have been avoided if the outage didn’t happen.

@PaulBongiorno Pathetic!! It is patently clear that Telstra deliberately created the problem, specifically targeted Bongiorno, is taking extra time to resolve it, and will not advise Paul what to do to restore the service. Pathetic

@PaulBongiorno Paul you are a technical dinosaur turn off & restart so you connect again to Telstra Network

@OsherFeldman If she had an ounce of understanding she would know anyone ringing 000 when there’s a failure of a network like Telstra would know that the call is diverted to another network & it takes about a minute to connect through, as I heard today. Education people

@AFL The Freo outage sponsored by telstra.

@NoticerNews From the 90's Telstra plan has been shedding technical jobs. First their engineers then the technical officer, next the technical trainers, then the technical support staff. Keeping marketing people then their jobs to contractors. Control switching equipment system to India.

Looks like with three recent Telstra outages, and the apparent network weaknesses, China wouldn’t even have to fire a rifle in order to knock Australia out.
