    @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

    @Kynes3 It’s a disgrace but I’m not surprised. They sold off Telstra and then NBN has to pay it ridiculous money to have access to infrastructure that belonged to us. Would never have needed the NBN if Telstra wasn’t privatized as it was open door policy to not spend money on maintenance

    @Telstra your customer service in the Geelong Westfield Store is sub standard. Your system of taking names instead of dealing with customers absolutely sucks! Buying a Prepaid handset should not be so difficult or time consuming. This is not the time of year for that

    @Telstra Nobody knows, Renee, and that’s the main issue! It was ordered on 9 Nov, took two days to go from Sydney to Melbourne, and according to the tracking info has been sitting at the Melb depot with no further updates since 11 Nov. It only needed to go another 45mins down the road!

    @thecattery @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU @Optus network was no good at @kardinia_park on Saturday afternoon during the @AFL #AFLCatsFreo game. iMessage & text messages failing to send. Apps not being able to update in a timely manner. I’ve had 3 providers in 3 years and all have been the same.

    Until further notice I will not be playing any game competitively due to the fact that the internet here absolute horse shit @Telstra how are we in 2020 with not even 5mb download speed and 0.2mb upload, it’s disgusting and we shouldn’t have to pay for such speeds.

    @Telstra That is exactly my point! If you sell a plan to me for $75 but max speed you can only provide at my address is 25 AND you sell exact same $75 plan to a customer in the next street but can provide them a speed of 45 then my lesser grade product should be discounted #thatsfairbiz

    @paul_tooney @Buddha14 Wow! My gripe was I was on an old deal with an IQ2 box. No one called me to keep my plan current! Part of the “solution” was to sign me up on a $72 p/m deal. This only alerted me to how much I have been over-paying! #Foxtel via Telstra - two levels of sub-standard service!

    @Telstra No known issues in the area. Im now in a different state and it’s just as bad. Absolutely pitiful! I check daily for outages, haven’t even come close to going over my data, just bad network on your part!

    @Optus Thanks Optus. I just spoke to your team and able to save about $30 a month overall with much more data. Once I sort out the issues with @Telstra (well... at this stage likely the TIO) I think I will be visiting our local Optus store to port everything.
