@Telstra It says 5G which is absolute garbage. It flicks to 4G or 3G but neither work anyway. And it’s when I leave my house too. Have to ask other people to use their wifi so I can access my security cameras and be contactable! Been like this since the day I switched!!

@RoadknightThe On the basis of this tweet, Telstra have now concluded the root cause of your slow internet - bad luck due to your failure to dismantle your Christmas tree after the 12th night. Incident closed and filed under 'user error'.

@Telstra have actually suspended my account because my credit card details aren't current (due to a hack last month), even though I'm in credit (I make weekly payments ahead of billing). Couldn't update the new CC because their app has been down. This is how business is done now.

@Telstra I made the switch to Telstra from Optus - now I have no coverage! As soon as I leave my house and my wifi boom, no service. What the hell?! Seriously Telstra what is going on?! I’m tempted to go back to Optus. None of my info is secure but at least I get great coverage!

@PeterKlages @Telstra That’s wrong in my opinion .. Telstra were worse before they became private .. and the communications world is far more complex now .. you obviously don’t have to get service from councils, states and feds .. plenty of poor service everywhere mate

@Telstra I’m not worried about paying my bills. You seem to be. Not me. Never missed a payment in decades as a customer. What card? You direct debit out of the bank account (which, before you ask, has plenty of $$ in it)
