@_evelynrae Healthy people, outside, in sunshine and fresh air... Not sure why HBF have gone down this road. I'm guessing all big business in Aus have met with the gov and been instructed to do this since the gov can't quite make it mandatory. Telstra doing it, Qantas, TAB etc..

@andy_penn Andy, the best support you could give would be to ensure that your customer service and complaints teams respond to issues on time. I’ve been trying to resolve a substantial overcharge of an elderly telstra customer for 3 mos but to no avail. Can you please assist with this?
