    ... Most government departments fail to comply with the most basic cybersecurity protocols. This is about Dutton and his PR team boosting his stakes. Is another Libspill in the offing? Fabulous, as it is, to have a Telstra boss in charge of anything to do with security.

    @thegrumpypoof There are other mobile phone companies that use Telstra Network at a fraction of the cost of Telstra. Get onto them. Try Telechoice cheap reliable and Telstra Network. Really **** Telstra.

    @Telstra What caused this issue?

  • PaulGeake Paul Geake (@PaulGeake) reported

    @Telstra so I've been a loyal customer to @Telstra and now you want to charge $140 instead of $110 or drop my speeds back. Whereas I can get the the same speeds I am currently on from another provider for $100. Goodbye Telstra, thanks for your loyalty.

  • BeerKristy Kristy Beer (@BeerKristy) reported

    @Telstra no incoming / outgoing calls available on Business line in Belgian Gardens QLD 4810. So far only seen outages listed in other states. Anybody else with issues in NQ?

  • Zaunny Tom Zaunmayr (@Zaunny) reported from Derby, State of Western Australia

    Day 2: how any business happens in Derby is beyond me, truly the worst reception in an established town I have experienced. Telstra, Optus, Govt etc should be offering free service until they fix this mess.

  • bkhawks70 bkhawks (@bkhawks70) reported

    @Telstra all services are down in Airport West Vic, NBN and DOT. Dropped out about 40 mins ago...

  • mcewenrobbie Robbie McEwen AM (@mcewenrobbie) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

    Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. I spend $8k per year @telstra between my home, business & mobiles. Cancelling all of them

  • RobbiePBro Robert Broekman (@RobbiePBro) reported

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra After Telstra saying they would fix it. Good move.

  • jblair71 Jason Blair (@jblair71) reported

    Tried using @Telstra messaging service to find out about Bundle Plans & if I can combine my existing mobile services. Agent kept referring to home internet plans & wanted me to wait 10 minutes. It didn’t seem like they had a clue what they are doing. Experience -10 out of 10. 😡

  • psmayo paul mayo (@psmayo) reported

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra Mate, I had a telstra bloke want to charge me $90 to look at an unused modem, and then connect HIS phone and say it worked. Turned out a password had been put on it that was not factory and it was brand new. I’ve never been so angry at someone so smug.
