  • RiotChords Chris (@RiotChords) reported

    4 hours on @Telstra support chat tonight only to be insulted, disconnected, passed around, and not have any resolution. Name any other organisation that would charge you $140/mo and then essentially refuse to provide any customer service.

  • CalebMcLean05 Caleb McLean (@CalebMcLean05) reported

    @Telstra Is there any information as to what may have caused this outage?

  • 432wheels Greg Lamb (@432wheels) reported

    @Telstra What DNS setting should I use for 5G home modem AW1000? Every DNS provider is so slow compared to my NBN with smart modem 3. No option for manual DNS setup

  • mike_rowe Mike Rowe (@mike_rowe) reported

    @Telstra Hi Cas, support were woeful, but I ended up with a local sales team who came up with a workable solution. It genuinely seems there is no support process for this product. Having to cancel and sign up a new account of the same product seems so very inefficient.

  • joegarretto Joe Garretto (@joegarretto) reported

    @gdwilk @Telstra NBN issues

  • DimSimCard Dimitri Karanasios (@DimSimCard) reported

    @Telstra Have had an internet outage for over a WEEK running on back up mode. A household with 5 people actively using the internet with LESS than 2-5Mb/s is ridiculous and I'm over it! And I couldn't even get an est. resolve time from support!!

  • BrettShearwood Brett Shearwood (@BrettShearwood) reported

    @AdeleOffley @AlexBallhausen @stationmum101 In the last 6 months, the strength and bandwidth of 4G service has been reduced. Fringe service customers will notice. This happens when 5G upgrade is switched on. It’s is a drop in service, telstra are unable to explain the reason.

  • atmrtwbike Stephen Jones - A Thousand Miles 🇺🇦 (@atmrtwbike) reported

    Can't say I'm impressed by @VodafoneUK coverage. Data keeps dropping (unlike my roaming @Telstra service). Also has trouble reconnecting data service once back in range.

  • numloxx Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported

    Slow 4g mobile internet again @Telstra Paraburdoo airport.

  • CalebMcLean05 Caleb McLean (@CalebMcLean05) reported

    @Telstra networks in Aldinga Beach and surrounding suburbs are down for multiple if not all Telstra customers. Mobile connections are working relatively well. This is in-light of Optus’ recent outage, however, it does not appear to be a tower issue.
