    @northcoasteels @BuchananBlake @Telstra Jump ship!! You’ll feel much better! We did and it’s the best thing we did in 2019. Seriously the time telstra has wasted of my life!! Worst service of anyone I’ve ever had any form of contract/payment with. I’ll never go back.

    @Telstra REALLY struggling with you guys right now. My husband and I both took half day off work yesterday and patiently waited for NBN to be connected between 12-5...NO ONE came! I was on the text chat from 1.30pm until 10pm...still no resolution!

    @Telstra Thanks Ollie for your response. In the service status page, it says “There are no confirmed interruptions in your area” for my address. I will let u know when it happens again. I can say the last one was the 3rd time in the last 1 month or so.

    @AKunowski @Telstra I had similar issues getting through a few weeks ago. I was so annoyed I switched to @Optus instead. Much better customer service

    @Telstra Nah I don’t make calls (does anybody) from my landline. It’s about the consent process. I will contact through the app today and likely be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading over the process.

    So much for all the support during this time @Telstra it’s impossible to get through to someone, and I’ve tried using the app and nobody has been in touch. Isn’t this a communication business?
