@telstra I’m in Bali and I’m paying for an international day pass but I can’t get it to locate a network. I’ve tried switching on and off again. Several times. Problem is not at my end. Your chat tells me to call and I can’t - obviously

  • JRap67 julian r.🌻 (@JRap67) reported

I'd like to know who at @Telstra or @VicGovAu has sold my number to overseas operators... I'm sick and tired of texts, calls and god knows what from overseas codes that have no business contacting me to scam me. Please help me.

  • petewnr Peter Worthy (@petewnr) reported

.@Telstra Different departments clearly do not communicate with each other and people do not read through the chat histories. How can your systems be so bad?

  • rizvie Riz Jaimon (@rizvie) reported

The answer is No and for Mum to call up @telstra again on Monday during business hours. I can't imagine the infrastructure and processes required to reliably service 20 million customers across the country. Generally until now the service has been solid.

@talk2GLOBE as ****** service as always. Their bot CS is so infuriating. Did Telstra really backed out?

  • skyedoherty Skye Doherty (@skyedoherty) reported

@petewnr @Telstra It’s a never-ending loop. We’re looking to switch. Our internet slows to 2-4mps after rain, every time.

  • petewnr Peter Worthy (@petewnr) reported

.@Telstra I have spent hours on chat trying to resolve the issue along with calls to the courier company (you told *US* to do that). And even drove to our old address (you also told *US* to do that). Now we have to pay for a replacement modem due to an issue with your records.

  • jackie_french_ Jackie French (@jackie_french_) reported

@rizvie @Telstra Sadly posting on social media may not fix the problem either. Telstra no longer has the staff nor the capacity or willingness to fix many problems, nor the managerial efficiency to maximise what they have.

  • TylahHeil Tylah (@TylahHeil) reported

@Telstra Got an alert this morning stating my 5G modem was moved outside of my residence and that my Internet speed would be affected, but it hasn't been moved. My Internet speeds have been awful all day, and online support staff just keep telling me to turn it off and on again.

@bagsnotfirst @TurnbullMalcolm clouds makes ours play up and Telstra is our only option and it's a poor option
