    @Telstra HI Telstra, I ported to Boost mobile on the 13th of April 2021. After my old sim stopped working I put the Boost sim in. I cannot make calls or receive data since. Telstra support says it's their issue. I have had no service since. Please help me! I'm desperate.

    Cancelling an insurance policy with a UK insurer is like you've asked to commit a crime 🤨. The only time I've seen anything as like it is cancelling broadband internet with @Telstra, some 9 years ago, which involved the sentence, "please don't cancel".

    @Foxtel Everyone knows only new customers are important for FOXTEL...Once you have signed up you will never be able to speak to them again...long term members are treated like crap hence why they need as many new customers as possible. Worst Company ever aside from maybe Telstra.

    Literally spent an hour on the phone to #Telstra doing an order, only to be told that as I'm not an active customer I must pay a $750 deposit? How about no. What happened to your customer focus @Telstra 0/10.

    @Telstra I can’t see the hotmail on Telstra 24. Try to connect watch will this acc accepts password and states acc not linked. Have done this with 3 or more Telstra team with the same results. No one has an answer just the same solution that’s doesn’t work.
