@Telstra Hi Kaitlyn, Thanks for proactively seeking these requests out. I have tried installing Kali Linux virtual machine several times but the same problems is still occurring so I'm thinking it may be a network issue. I was able to update it a month ago though.

@Telstra Been there and done that before in a private DM on this channel and still no resolution. You’re here to manage Telstra’s public image not resolve my case. Pointing out that there are humans behind these issues that impact deeply. Family member is now end of life now. Too late.

@Telstra If Telstra’s plan to restructure its company goes ahead How soon will it be before they franchise their service division to small business that under Telstra’s control will still remain untenable? #LPOAUS

@Telstra can you please advise if there is any ongoing issue with the NBN in Kings Park Vic 3021 area. It’s been over 3 weeks now and it keeps dropping in and out. I’ve replaced a cord and it’s still happening. Thanks

Dealing with @Telstra so called Gold support is like trying to rip out your testicles with a spoon. It’s a very painful experience worth avoiding if you can

@Telstra Another week passed, still no resolution. You turned all of these services off. Still no land line, no internet - NBN or 4G back up. My family member is dying and people can’t get in touch to say good bye. The insurmountable stress you are causing is disgusting. SHAME ON YOU!

@Telstra I tried DMing you. I got a generic canned message without even looking at the problem

So, in an attempt to fix my internet account, apparently @Telstra need to migrate me to the crappy new up front billing. For which, I need a brand new SIM card and can’t use an eSIM. Which is a problem as I dual SIM. Thankfully @Optus do eSIM for prepaid.
