@hate_gifs @13camel @ChrisMinnsMP In such a philosophy idea is that privitisation leads to assett being more profitable = greater efficiency. But only efficient in making $$$ for company & this contingent upon making it more expensive for the consumer for substandard service/ product. eg Telstra

@Telstra Hi Sean , problem with the NBN box on the house . Tech identified an isolator problem . Issue is it’s double story and the box is located under the eave on the top floor . Said he was going to report this in and they would have to find a way to get to it and replace .

@Telstra I'm just putting this all on social media as Telstra don't deserve customers with policies and incompetence like this. I've wasted so much time dealing with Telstra and their ridiculous policies and poor customer treatment. Telstra OWES ME not the other way around!!!!!

@Telstra internet is still down at 3169, it’s way past the resolved 24 hour mark I got told? The Telstra outage states there is no interruptions in my area so what’s going on here? When will it be fixed I got work to do
