Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

  @VodafoneAU is unable to match telstra with there back order on iphone 14 pro max, where u pay for the phone and dont make anymore payments on the phone till you revive it. You just get told that we cant to do that and have no care for the customer

  @WAusJackBauer @Telstra Doesn’t help when people are being told there is no outage and to restart their devices as most of the support aren’t trained to deal and just look at the outages section of their own website

  @Telstra you might want to check about "power lines down".. the lines down are affecting 7 customers and are nowhere near your exchange - they are in the rural part of Wanneroo, well away. Your excuse doesn't explain northern suburbs NBN issues either.

  @Telstra Your customer support agents are a joke. Was trying to report the outage this morning only to be read a script on loop saying there is no outage it's my device and to reset it. Plus refused to escalate the chat to someone with a clue. You guys hiring robots or people?
