@wildrift I am at Australia. I’ve not been able to get into a match with Telstra 4G mobile network since the latest update applied. Any idea? PS can enter the home screen but cannot get into a match after champion selection, always failed for connecting. Friend list is empty also.

@JulianBurnside I’m still getting billed for a Telstra service I have disconnected twice!! They are dreadfully. We gave up and swapped providers!!

@RedFiddler Is this for the NBN? I had the same issues. The building is in an NBN only zone but not registered. Telstra and NBN put me on an endless circuit. In the end I called the strata and found out there is only one provider for the building and it’s not telstra.

@RedFiddler @telstra never got a bill correct. I got sick of hours on the phone and moved. Now waiting for @vodafoneaus to respond to TIO complaints about coverage and service: frying pan, fire.

@JulianBurnside Agreed. I live/work remotely where there is no mobile coverage and our Telstra landline can be out of order for months on end. What happened to that service obligation?

@Telstra I've tried to distance myself from Telstra. Over decades of professional and personal interactions with telcos, Telstra's, so called, customer service, has always been slow, uncooperative, incompetent and hostile. Your technicians are great though, but even that's changing.
