@AllBiteNoBark88 Actually. that Telstra outage makes sense. I reckon while they were integrating the emergency system they ****** something up to cause the network to not come back online.

@SkyNewsAust By that logic, all the Telstra CEO has to do as apologise and the issue of the outages will be closed.

@VoteLewko Vline has two comms systems -standard and satellite. Telstra caused both systems to fail with the GPS upgrade. Trying really hard to blame Labor aren’t you? Just stupid.

@NuttElecs @PaulBongiorno i remember a few years ago when a small fire in a chatswood telstra office took out their whole national SMS system. telstra loves single point of failure network design, i doubt they have much redundancy at all.

@FetchStep @Telstra So am incompetant minister returns from leave to assist in a failure caused by incompetence. I won't hold my breath for a resolution!

The @AustralianLabor government communications minister threatening to fine @Telstra $40m for their outage is next level hypocrisy given the carnage the same government has caused to the economy and tax payers with no ramifications.

@JacintaAllanMP @narendramodi Trying to garner support from Indians will fail and won’t save you from being tossed out on your corrupt arse in November . Very firm statement re Telstra earlier today. Yes They should compensate those who suffered a loss due to their negligence. But what got me was your self righteous pointing the finger at them. What hide from a woman who said nothing about the ambulance death of an elderly man who tragically bled to death while waiting 8 hours for an ambulance that was ramped up at nearby Box Hill Hospital. A day after he died you tweeted about the all woman drilling machine crew. Then there’s your turning a blind eye to the theft of $30 billion. You really are a repugnant and disgusting hypocrite.

@Antony_Clements @MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Did you fix it yourself did you? Amazing. I’ll let you explain your solution to the Telstra system programmers.

@DancingDanB If the reports that Telstra insisted on exclusivity and there was no ability to have a backup with a different carrier are true, blaming the Victorian government or any entity involved in operating the network is wrong.
