@Optus Hey Optus my son hasn't internet or phone coverage- he's been without coverage since Tuesday ! When is Optus going to rectify this problem - By the way I told my son to switch to Telstra if you can't be bothered to fix the problem.

@Asher_Wolf I had "robo" calls about my non existent Telstra account being cancelled for xyz reason. I start swearing & calling them mofos & the robo accent stops with a quick ***** said & they hang up, lol. Now I get Amazon calls that have wrong subs amounts & cancel threats, I swear again

@voltagex @The_McJones My current gig is over 1 month and 18 (!) support staff for Telstra to get me to authorise someone for my account, so they can go in-store, order an eSIM to be mailed to them, they take a photo and send it to me

Worst customer service award 🥇 4 @Telstra Got a bill for an overdue account, I don't have Telstra account - not a customer Ring enquiry phone line, no human, it hang-up and force to use text chat Person tells me sorry, need to go to lunch, see you in 1 hour 90 min later 😡

Both our @SamsungMobile have locked us out one came back! We have run around town to @Telstra stores for help the men sent us to Samsung for help Samsung told us to find a tech & reset the phone losing all data 😡 mind you they know we run a Law Firm & due to buy new phones!
