@CoaltrainHunter Same mob that destroyed the value of Telstra shares held in everyone’s Industry Super funds by setting up a parallel service. Yep, that was smart.

@Telstra Having the frontline mantra of installing the app does nothing for fixing the problems. Someone has to report and have the issue logged if it is not already noticed then it can be escalated and service restored.

@SynapticThread @RobbiePHannan Our home internet is shite a lot of the time. FTTC but no where near as good as FTTH, despite paying the top tier thru Telstra. Again today I had to connect my Ipad to my phone hotspot, which was on the mobile network, to get online.

@PaulFletcherMP That would have to one of the dumbest lead paras ever. Yes Labor lost office just at the start of rolling out a massive project it conceived in 2010 to fix ur dead lazy holus bolus Telstra selloff. Then you ****** nbn up and are now redoing ur own plan. FFS

were upgraded from copper wires everybody had to be trained for how the new systems will operate. PMG has always afforded opportunities of employment, but has never stood for incompetence, and now Telstra show why Australian ingenuity is at the fore. Or, it must have slid so that

@Telstra @K1rr1ly Typical of telstra. "It's a known problem, we are working on it, there is no known fix date"

@deniseshrivell @BelindaJones68 My partner is an ex- Telstra contractor. I know alot of contractors voted LNP cause they knew it was better for their work prospects at the time. Having FTTN meant they would get more work cause there'd be more issues than FTTH. not everyone sees the bigger picture unfortunately.

@bigjsl Yep, I’m getting similar figures from mine. Pity their router is absolute garbage (which is actually a choice - they have disabled lots of capabilities), but you don’t need to use it. Still get 5 second outages occasionally, but vastly better than Telstra’s Bigpuddle.
