@BroHilderchump @Foxtel I spend quite a considerable amount per month on 4 Telstra services only because its hard enough to get Telstra to fix issues with their equipment let alone another communications company with no regional tech teams. Yes i have jumped through their hoops many a time too.

@BroHilderchump @tim_rust @Telstra I agree there. I used to work in comms and I knew what was wrong too. When the tech finally came and I spoke to him he fixed it in 15 mins. Problem with these people is they don't have training in the tech and so can't understand anything.

@chrisrockhacker @Telstra I think the problem is when the calls are coming from an Australian mobile number that has been obviously ported out. I had one from a mobile last week that belonged to some old lady.

@Jhxbi @Telstra No worries. The Telstra twitter (social) team are actually pretty good... Phone support is... yeah - no. But if you can get the @Telstra guys to dm you and get you to someone that actually is good, they'll get you fixed up. Anyway, good luck with it all.

@Telstra It would be good if you had a service/telephone number to call immediately after the call to inform your AI indentifing the scam calls, of new details ( line id ) to include in your black list

@BroHilderchump @Telstra Having been the one tasked with resolution in the past, I know they can't always commit to a resolution time right away but should give a time to report progress and next steps
