@tofar1 Yes I have been getting them also and deleting them, I rang one back that was was supposedly Telstra cutting off my NBN which I don’t have and a lady in WA answered which definitely wasn’t her calling so they are using anyone’s phone number, pity they can’t be tracked down.

Hi @Telstra - I’ve had a “next level” bad experience with your online customer service rep tonight. I’ve been overcharged after cancelling my account in June (because of poor customer service). I’ve wasted another 80 mins trying to resolve. Help a lady out?

@thegigpiglet @Telstra Absolutely astonishingly terrible. The whole reason I wanted an esim was because i could activate the thing quickly.. instead they mail it to me a week later.. like what’s the actual point? And it doesnt even seem to be attached to my account.. like.. what???
