@Telstra That’s the problem. Your website won’t let me purchase one. It says I need an id. Which I cant get without a plan. If I have a plan. I don’t need a guest pass. I would like that but a guest pass!

@Technorants @NickRossTech @Telstra Last time i tried to help a friend of mine and lend him a modem while he was waiting for a new telstra one to turn up in the mail they would not give him his voip password and settings i dont know if that has changed but im sure any other isp would

@NickRossTech @Aussie_BB I wonder which one is able to resolve issues quicker? I know it’s taken over a month to resolve internet issues with Telstra in the past. AussieBB usually same day… hmmmm

@Apple People who are not 💉 can’t stand outside an Apple Store and collect a mobile phone on a @telstra plan. Apparently signing the docs constitutes customer service and it’s illegal in Victoria under Labor.

@Telstra Been $98 pm till Oct, it was $101, I quearied it but got no answer. Then Nov $126. I rang and had problem understanding consultant. Not happy.

Very angry. @Telstra cut my internet connection 3 weeks early. On phone to them for an hour. Had to apply for a new connection. Left without internet for up to 72 hrs - rendering me unable to work. Won't do anything about it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
