@Telstra buying additional data for a business should not take days and days to go through. Why can't I promptly get a service im happy to pay for? It affects running our business and we have decentl sized account. Yes... I have sent messages on the app

@peterastein @Telstra Good luck Peter - the chat does work, I used it a few months ago and it solved the issue I had. It did take 3 days - I had a copy of my issue in the paste buffer so it was quick to “resend” into the chat each time I was transferred to a new agent during those 3 days!

@tomdflynn @missingparl Yes very common. Telstra refuses to interfere despite the awful and frightening threats being made by these swine. You can bet if they threatened anyone important they would be tracked and blocked. It’s a scandal.
