Larry (@Larrymclarry71) reported@Telstra @FortressMelb @sclomency So it turns out after wasting 2hrs of my time Telstra have just told me that the “upgraded” plan that they sold to me as more data that they know I’ll never use was really just an upgrade to the cost, as the simple plan I was on “is no longer available”.

Larry (@Larrymclarry71) reported@Telstra @FortressMelb @sclomency So Telstra automatically put me on a more expensive Mobile plan then send me an invoice. I call the number to change it back but I’m directed to download an app and then Telstra hangs up. Automated customer service at it’s very worst.
