@shoebil57672266 I see Albanese as the same as Telstra. Offering better deals for new customers only. **** the rest of the loyal long term members. N

@Telstra you absolutely suck. Both my kids are overseas (18 and 20) and one is out of data and I can’t add more for both. I’ve been talking to Telstra for 8 hours and still no outcome. My daughter has no data left: Telstra suggested we get a 3rd party ESIM. The Worst Telco EVER.

The insult is that Telstra is also upping my plan cost by $10 a month so they are simultaneously telling me I'm a risk, but also to go **** myself and pay it anyway.

@joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog Using the network doesn’t mean they get the same priority and boost speeds are also capped otherwise there would be no benefit going with Telstra and paying more. I get what you’re trying to say but your comprehension is terrible.

The telecommunications industry needs a closer look by the Australian ombudsman or whoever regulates fees being taken for service not provided. Telcos with phone only service centres overseas are in the perfect position to rip people off under the banner of Optus/Telstra.

@Telstra How does the assessment process work? U&P doesn't apply from what I can see in that link, but a (very expensive) device appears to have basic paint/coating flaking issues, which should be able to be resolved.

🇦🇺 Australia: Telstra said over 200,000 of its mobile customers connect to @Starlink satellites each day! ...and over 2.7 million customers have connected at least once since launch A Telstra spokesperson said that customer uptake is "exciting", but the real-world impact is more important. "What stands out to us the most is not the numbers themselves, but what they represent," said the spokesperson. "A message home from a remote road, a quick check-in during a trip away, or peace of mind in places beyond the range of our mobile network."
