    @A1nowy One of the biggest sofferences between Japan and Australia is the internet speeds, Australia averages at 50mbps (mine is 7mbps) whereas Japan has an average of 170mbps and has broken the world record for the fastest internet before. Our internet is so bad because of Telstra.

    @Telstra Hi, when the flooding occurred in Brisbane on Feb 27 I received a text saying my modem had switched over to the mobile network, and I would be informed when it would be fixed. I haven’t had any updates and NBN still seems to be down. Any advice please?

    @katieqs @Telstra There is obviously something seriously wrong with you to think that somehow damage to which you have no idea about can be fixed in 5 minutes! I’m sure Telstra didn’t destroy their infrastructure to be funny, & are assessing the damage & the best and fastest way to get it fixed!
