    @lamalalamb ...the app is **** lol. It's so buggy..you have to enter & exit it multiple times to get it to work, stream randomly stops, it says HD but isn't, it's delayed by 10ish secs. We just watch the footy on Ch 7 with ads now. Glad we get it cheap with Telstra so not paying $25/month

    @Telstra stores need to be consistent in their advice regarding IDs. If they require me to carry around my passport, despite my never holding the passport of a country other than Australia, they should make this clear. Shame on @Telstra !

    @angharadyeo I kept one "this is telstra IT" scammer on the hook for 2 minutes by pretending to be older, and saying "oh, the wife does all the computer things, I'll just go get her". Put phone down, and went on with my day.

    @Telstra I can't upgrade to a bigger Essentials plan because of constant "technical issues" and support staff tell me my account "isn't eligible" to use Upfront plans.. please help

    The lovely @Telstra has reached a new low. While trying to transition to NBN I was refused a copy of terms & conditions cos I rang rather than going thru app. This is not only garbage but am pretty sure is illegal.

    @Telstra You may not be able to cover it but your staff can at least stop being so rude. Just because I have brown skin, it doesn't mean I cannot be a lawyer. Your staff should also be conscious of the need to act responsibly re covid.

    @JayPeeterman @Optus A few years back took up an internet bundle through Foxtel, worst we’ve ever had, constantly dropping out and unable to reconnect , really frustrating, went back to Telstra, more costly but no problems since👍
