    29July Click & Collect Brighton, WA. Parked in approp. bay, phnd nmbr on wall sign, no ansr cut off x 2. Phnd alt nmbr stuck to sign w/tape didn't ansr, rang out. Spoke to 2IC sd Telstra probs. Still WILL NOT PUT A SIGN UP. Customer DON'T Care 28 min still on hold. COLES IS CRAP

    @Aerohaveno and they are calling from Telstra. I tell them I’m not dealing with Telstra and hang up, and my mother’s callers are told she doesn’t HAVE the Internet! I’ve had several in a day from the same scammers, with different voices.

    @PaulFletcherMP @couriermail Many Melb homes with no landline since 17July during LOCKDOWN. Too bad for elderly/disabled with no mobile, & with medical condition. Telstra promised to fix by 23/7, then by 29/7. But still NOT FIXED. So much for Universal Service Obligation. 3rd world country.

    @Telstra It's true, your outages site claims there are no interruptions to service. But it's wrong and has been for a week. I'm sick of being told the computer says there's service so restart your phone. Binda 2583 tower is not working. Can you understand that? Try harder.

    @marcpbailey @Optus @AussieBroadband Welcome to the Aussie Broadband club mate - I was with Telstra before I switch to NBN. Got Telstra to put in my NBN NTU with no contract and then switched over the next day to Aussie and never looked back - good to see these old monopolies get a run for their money!
