    Just ripped the bandaid off and left @telstra for home services after 17 yrs at this address. Tried to upgrade to FTTP w/ them this morning but service & process was so awful that I hung up. Switched to a new provider that made it easy in 5 minutes. #goodbyetelstra

    @Telstra Day three with no internet and the best information I’ve been given is, “could be 10 days, but we’re not able to tell you what’s wrong.” Apparently your phone help team also have no supervisors and told me I’m “wasting my time” talking to them as they can’t be any help.
