    @earthma23 Yes, I regret his silence too. I'm at the coal face of his silence and the LNP's poor decisions. I live 90 mins out of Melbourne. Our single mobile tower is congested, has been for over 2 years. Despite letters to Telstra and the Telecommunication Ombudsman, no resolution.

    In my rage against Telstra, I’m an idiot and set up the Optus eSIM on the old phone rather than the new phone… and @Optus also wants me to go into a bloody store to transfer the eSIM. What is the ******* point of an eSIM if I need to go to a physical store?

    @Telstra Nope. Even though my confirmation email said it would be delivered on the 19th and your chat support said yep delivery on the 19th I haven’t heard a thing. Pretty disappointing service

    @benhoad it showed up when I wasn’t on wifi and was using the Telstra data directly. Need to go into the service and tap the triple dot and it was there for me

    After 6 days of my Optus mobile data & phone service running on 1/2 of one cylinder I gave them the boot and transferred over to Telstra. Wow, 5G is so much faster!
