Fun reminder that @Telstra has no support for transition customers. They refuse to utilise another name other then your legal one and require more documentation then the AEC just to change one thing. @andy_penn absolutely disrespectful and discriminatory considering 1/2

@TomReynolds_AU Mine said Telstra, I said I don't use Telstra. He then said, "It doesn't matter, I'm with everyone, TPG, Dodo, Vodafone, it doesn't matter". I then asked why I had internet issues because I don't use the internet. When the penny dropped he hung up.

@rubin_angela Call the Telecommunications Ombudsman or go on their website, then call Telstra and tell them you’ve called the TIO. They’ll fix the problem instantly.

@Telstra Site at 415 Colins St failing trace routes to the internet at hop 203.45.255.1. Contacted Telstra and they said there's no outage in the area. Can you confirm?
