They need to set the incentives better and check for robustness before **** goes wrong. This chick is supposed to be my MP. No chance I’ll vote for her.

The wider problem is layers of management over decades not listening to workers. Telstra is a great company. Listen to workers & improve. #auspol

There are so many layers of management it's next to impossible for a technician to speak directly to a CEO about a potential problem. That's my point here. Listen to the technicians & build it with more resilience.
