Having been watching a few videos about scams, today was the first time our family received a call from those scammers, saying they were from Telstra and our internet has a problem. Really tempted to have fun with them, but realised it wasn't worth the effort.

Amazing that @Telstra is still making a profit given its complete ineptitude when it comes to customer service. Countless phone calls, orders raised, cancelled automatically then re-raised. @andy_penn what on earth is going on there. Your company is a nightmare to deal with.

@Telstra It's been over a week still very little if any at all of internet service in our area. Nbn is not putting out the service it is suppose too, grandkids need it for school . It's barely showing l bar on the signal. Again l ask Why. I myself have to go out in the paddock for signal

Trying to get a refund from @Telstra is a whole new game, 2 months in for $74 & still no closer,cant call only message,they say they'll call,noone does,wants a ref# from paypal,didnt use paypal to pay the bill,transfer it to another service?we dont have any

@Telstra I pay $90 for wifi & $100 for phone data! BUT today I couldn’t use either in Casey ACT!!! Your internet service is a disgrace!

@Foxtel Everyone knows only new customers are important for FOXTEL...Once you have signed up you will never be able to speak to them again...long term members are treated like crap hence why they need as many new customers as possible. Worst Company ever aside from maybe Telstra.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia the internet in old Ocean Grove, Victoria has been increasingly unstable over recent weeks & is now fully unusable (from yesterday). Enquiry suggests this is not just our house but rather area level. Telstra chat confirmed instability this morn. Fix pls!!
