    @Telstra you’re a bloody joke. 3hrs on messenger to sort out your mistake and still they wanted more time. Ordered an eSIM, contacted the service desk to make sure that is what was delivered and guess what, a SIM turned up.. I just can’t believe the ineptitude of your service! 😤

    @BrendaJ69492764 I missed it! on the phone with Telstra still (!) trying to fix password issue. finally got a wonderful girl who is sending a report and will call back. may take a week. hoping my bills will wait that long 😳😳

    @TheCynicalHun You'd have thought we would have learnt not to hire foreign CEOs after that Sol Tegeho ****** ran Telstra into the ground in the 90s. The little gay leprechaun is a garbage human at best. Oh and makes deal with countries that persecute gays.

    @Telstra Really pathetic service from Telstra. I enrolled for NBN during peomotional period where i was promised 50000 points which were never credited and upon raising a complaint , customer Rep talked rudely and said we can not honour the points.

    @Telstra The issue isn't when I'm calling you. The issue is when you call me unprompted and demand I prove my identity. I'm not sure normalising my reading out one-time codes to anyone who rings me and claims to be Telstra is a good idea?

    @Telstra Activating a telstra prepaid is the worst experience ever. ID info is all correct and say error. If its too hard for your company to activate we will take our business elsewhere.

    @Telstra It seems to have returned now. Initially one bar (possibly distant cell), now the customary two (terrible reception here; I assume the new tower about 500 metres from my side fence is not yet on :) )
