    @Telstra Ain't this LITERALLY why y'all try to sell us these 'SMART modems'? Yet at the same time they NEVER swap to the mobile network. I had to unplug the DSL connection just so that mine would bloody switch over. Smart Modem more like TODDLER TIER DUMB MODEM.

    Hey @Telstra Are you broken? Can’t access chat or outages ‘404’. I have no internet at home. I had a day of gaming lined up. Now I have to remove tree stumps and vacuum. 😭

    It’s hard enough atm to make a living. Now phones and www are down. #Telstra @Telstra spent 45mins on resetting to find that telstra fault. Thanks for the heads up not!!
