I had to order a new phone online through Telstra because there was no stock in town and in my most optimistic moments I’m like 80% sure I’ll never see the phone

  • PetaWessen Peta Wessen-to 1q7 (@PetaWessen) reported

PHONE SCAM Very subtle but I was 95%certain #telstra, #OptusSport It started about identification of blocked numbers and problem of calls to a fixed line. Then it started checking my postcode then the last numbers of my credit/debit card. SCAM ALERT That's wrong I hung up.

I love when Telstra blames your gaming pc and things like that rather than admitting they are too lazy to fix the copper because it gets flooded in the rain

  • PapaMo75 Ben (@PapaMo75) reported

@Telstra Ive been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to fix a Telstra created account issue. I had to call back several times due the automated assistant’s inability to assist me and ending calls. After 20 years of being a Telstra customer (aka ‘sucker’) I think time to move telcos

Since the @Optus hack my work emails have been haywired. Lets just say @Telstra I would like an infringement placed on Optus for what's happened as well, they had more then enough time to fix the problem and offer the peoples money back or compo. Out of time.

@Telstra after months of struggle finally Telstra replaced NBN modem. Telstra deleted all chat history from Telstra app. Telstra tried to make unautorised transections on my card. List is too long. The worst support possible. Please stay away from Telstra if you can.

A few things that are certain in life. Death, Taxes and @Telstra having poor customer service

  • anncherie49 💧Ann McGlynn (@anncherie49) reported

@ToWhich We were charged no fee connection to landline by our ISP. National Broadband Network is not owned by Telstra.

@theprojecttv The problem here is not the bank.. it’s the mobile service provider.. they can easily stop the spoofing of the message thread, they (Telstra) have defused for years .. and worse it’s *simple* to stop!
