@Telstra I tried to do that using my Telstra app and it just dumps me. iPhone 8. It’s a terrible system that no matter how many times you report something the next rep has to have it repeated to them. Telstra don’t return calls. Hang up on you constantly. I’m gonna use telecom ombudsman

Very very very very bad customer service experience. i did apply for sim card port from another provider to @boostmobile by 15dec 11 Am, still my sim is not activated, representative say it will activate in 15 minutes and now it’s more than 35 hrs without using mobile. @Telstra

@AboutFair @chrismurphys @Telstra I’ve heard that about Telstra-I had a few problems that looked like they weren’t going to be sorted out so I contacted the Telecommunications Ombudsman, and the problems were sorted very quickly.
