After 26 days of waiting @telstra case managers have failed 2 make any contact. What level of hopeless is that. After refusing to provide any guidance as 2 when my phone will be provisioned my only option is to terminate the contract. #tio #auspol @PaulFletcherMP @ScottMorrisonMP

@Telstra how can it be so difficult to order an e-sim and have it activated? A week to get it in the post... then activation fails and it gets hand balled from person to person. Terrible experience. 36 hours without service post “activation”. #customerservice

@bigseb93 @YoungA0404 It makes no sense in Australia But where reception is bad ( smart phones and iot devices loose connection) it is perfect. My telstra roaming used multiple carries all thru Asia every day. HENCE MASTERCARD, APPLE AND FINANCE COMPANIES ARE ON IT

@PNikandrow @Telstra It’s doing that in my area too!! Telstra sent me a message saying that they are upgrading the mobile network! They had better improve it because I’ve had a f**king gutful of switching from 4g to 3G and back again because they keep on slowing down!!

@GusWhyte We had the same issue with @Telstra for 10 days after Xmas. Only managed to get some sense from a Telstra tech after lodging a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman.
