@Telstra There's no reference number, it's been closed by Telstra. The next complaint will be when we get the next bill for a plan we're not on. Tomorrow, it'll be 4 weeks since the plan upgrade was requested.

@Telstra unbelievable. Absolute disgraceful service. After being on the phone for 1 hour 18 minutes, my issue was not resolved. During this time I asked 7 times to be put through to a supervisor within your so called “Gold Member support”service centre and was refused!! Dreadful.

@BreakfastNews we have had no phone access since Monday. I’m using my emergency Telstra wifi hub; nbn out for who knows???? Shelves at Coles bare. Woolworths was closed till yesterday.
