@Telstra hoping this team can please help and explain to me why you cut my business’ internet? And can’t be reconnected until Tuesday. And what guarantees do I have you won’t cut my mobile ? 1.5 hours on the phone to be told you cut my internet. No one knows why or can fix?

@Monster_Dome @Telstra Bad day for service. Cafe in Drummoyne, Sydney, where Ive taken prob 200 of my walkers in last 2 yrs rude and refused access to their bathroom. Post Covid, they seem not to need the business and have assumed an “attitude”. Oh well. Next cafe!😎

@Monster_Dome @Telstra Why I am not surprised you could not contact Hell$tra. My personal recommendation, use a different carrier. I have recently had Hell$tra in front of TIO for 3 issues to do with a $40 prepaid sim. They are a pathetic joke.

@Telstra Thanks for the reply. That’s another 24 hrs this community has been completely disconnected from services. The issue appears to be ongoing & I trust that Telstra can do a better job in keeping rural & regional Aus connected in 2022. #auspol @ScottMorrisonMP @D_LittleproudMP

@Telstra recharged my phone weeks ago and my data still hasn’t loaded. I’ve contacted customer support numerous times and told to wait 3 days.. still nothing.. what are you going to do about this?
