    @Telstra Faced with overwhelming engineering evidence @NBN_Australia finally attended on-site and conceded there was a problem and replaced the NTD. Service reliability restored. Monitoring continues.

    @Telstra My issue is theres other providers but weirdly none go to my address and most sit around the $60-70 mark and 45mbps while im paying 80 for slower?
