@Telstra Nothing. They escalate then give up, as usual , then noone calls back. Testra's infrastructure & coverage are garbage. This is Sydney, not Dubbo. I just had broadband for an hr after phoning, now it's gone again. Obvious you're rearranging deck-chairs on the Titanic. #Telstra 👎

@Telstra I thought with the thousands of staff that somebody could fix a problem like "oops, we cut off your internet because we ****** up, ok i can fix it by doing this:" That would be too easy, but nooooooooo you handball me from staff member to staff member who do nothing

@telstra customer service. Been online trying to get help for 9 hours and the usual response "I will pass you on to somebody else who can help". How many people cannot help me in one day?

@Telstra None of which relate. Your lot admit the problems are your fault. Same services etc for years. It usually picks up at 5pm, demonstrating your own tech was right. We're being nerfed to help business customers. Theft and Fraud from #Telstra & incompetent #ScottMorrison

@Telstra I emailed this this morning to tell them that @telstra has once again disconnected my internet because they have ****** things up and I need it reconnected. I also emailed it to my case manager who @telstra last night said would fix thing this morning.... but havent
