@Telstra you guys screwed us. Called on Sunday seeking assistance with no internet to get told we will have tech on Friday. To just find out now that we won't till next Thursday. So great service didnt even get a sorry for screwing us around. Cant do uni or work for two weeks..

@andy_penn Telstra has put barriers in place to even the international help desks! Decimated and eliminated ALL AUSTRALIAN based help, what is the use of “crowd support” indeed wtf is it? And even the help desk is a bot! When finally u reach a person via text, the grammar’s unintelligible

This is ridiculous. My only option currently us Telstra velocity but they refuse to give me a service with 0 reason. I lodged a complaint with the TIO in November and still nothing from the TIO.

@ellenmfanning All of them should have to pay....bank error in your favour. $50 min and per hr your time to fix. Rms, my gov, centrelink, telstra, the banks, insurance, power. Then the fvckers might get it right occasionally.

Got a call from the "Telstra Tech Department" claiming my internet/PC are being hacked. Oh no! Directed me to d/l remote desktop software. I spent 20 mins on the phone pretending to type etc. Told them .NET errors appear when installing. They gave up eventually. Bye, Felicia!
