We were stuck getting 12 on what was supposed to be a 50 plan and when I complained they said it was an issue with the line. Asked if I could pay more for a higher plan, told there’s no point. Switched to Telstra and immediately get 100+.

You won’t take our case seriously because we need to disconnect 5x within the day. When we do disconnect 5x, your system says otherwise.

Helen Larson (@Eviota) reported@Telstra Am now doomed to using 3g only and 4G just doesn’t function. WiFi is hopeless, drops out constantly. We were away in India Dec-Jan and a treat to be easily in touch (via telstra roaming) but a shock to come back and find this.
