@redruby17 @Telstra @iiNet I have Optus NBN with backup (it's been just fine), and I have generally had good service from Optus for many years. I tolerate Telstra at our farm, but their service has always been terrible.

We had issues with our nbn & the tech was meant to come yesterday & nobody showed. Today telstra says they're gonna slow our internet as using mobile data. Call up & ask what's going on. Apparently nbn changed the port we use & nobody told us. Working fine now

@Optus @dougfknsteele If you are an existing loyal customer who ordered an upgrade a couple of days before Optus got around to sending around the $200 device discount, you are treated as an idiot worthy only of contempt and utterly ignored in all complaint proceedings. I'll be moving to @Telstra

@Telstra My business phone account has mixed up the corresponding numbers to the relevant phones , i have been trying to ring someone to fix it , but instead your recorded message tells me your too busy and refers me to your useless msg service
