@Telstra Cheers Tom, I get you can’t have anymore details then there is and ofcourse the technicians can’t be working around the clock, but I do hope this is resolved soon as it’s been nearly 30Hrs since it went down 😞

The Government monopoly, NBN Co sells substandard Internet to Telstra, Optus and TPG. The Government organisation, the ACCC then sues the Telco's for selling a substandard Internet service that was sold to them by the Government. Hypocrisy!

@rtralphy The AFL talk about moral codes but take money from morally bankrupt companies like Telstra! They also have no issues having the game blanketed in gambling ads!

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Yeah we switched from iiNet when our internet went down for a day and they told us it was because ADSL had been switched off by Telstra and we had to get NBN. It hadn't, and we didn't. (We ended up changing to NBN, but with AussieBB instead - they've been good.)

@Aussie_BB I am pretty annoyed at being forced to move onto the Optus mobile network with your SIM cards. Need Telstra coverage for when I travel to Newman for work! #NotHappyJan

@albericie @acccgovau Had original 'world's best' NBN taxpayer funded proceeded, would there have been a need for retailers; Telstra/others? Surely a free service for all basic users nationally was expected, with business & higher data users paying by scale, without potential for scamming & skimming.

@basedpersona4 @deathbyfrag My friend got telstra its good the issue is it doesn't support older systems so I can't use my vita,3ds or ps3 online with it, when I brought my ps3 there he had to set up a hotspot on his laptop so I could download persona 4 it wasn't done downloading after I woke up.

@MelanieTait @Apple Same crap happened to me with Telstra. Needed a new mobile phone, online site says delivered within 3 days. That was the entire reason why I purchased it from them. Three weeks later…

@Telstra Really disappointed and will be looking into other ISPs - it’s the afternoon of the following day and still no Internet here, according to Telstra tech support at 11 thismorning there is an “ongoing outage” estimated to be resolved yesterday… Really disappointed!

@Telstra I spend huge amounts of money for premium speeds of 250Mb AND for a booster and every time I go through tech support it is just more trouble than it is worth, it really is. I have been going on the same issue since April (really, it started in Sept)...(cont..)
