@gtvone @barefootbloke @Telstra Rubbish! They don’t call and when they do they open new cases and assign numbers and then promise a call back in 24-48 hours which never eventuates. They are no longer competitive

@Telstra So after ponding the bullshit $15 late fee after 26 years of loyalty I’d like to ***** and moan about you deliberately changing the app so the little red dot that alerted me to the bill has been removed. Then hiding the bill even further down the line. Just **** really from you.
