So I've been incommunicado for several days... Telstra has a national mobile coverage network, but they exclude even their network partners (ALDImobile, etc.) from large chunks of it. :/

Hey @Telstra thx for wasting my time- I lead an emergency service in the #RiverMurrayfloods & need to replace a Telstra phone. V ordinary at my nearest store & told 90 minute wait - not good enough - I’ve never had to wait that long for anybody, let alone just to replace a phone

@Adlplaneboi @Telstra hopefully Apple removes the physical SIM from future iPhones (as is the case with the iPhone 14 in the US) and forces telcos around the world to support eSIM unless they're happy to lose existing customers and also not gain new ones

Please ensure that complaint ref # 52245375 is resolved on Monday 23rd Jan / best to CALL ME on the mobile / this is costing our business $10 to $15K a week in LOST revenue ☹ @Telstra @TelstraEnt Google fixed the minor issue with our website 3 weeks ago!

@janine_hendry I wonder how many people like you? The answer is yes. They don’t care. Thing is you could change to Telstra but your at the lowest rung starting fresh in a **** sandwich. Go prepaid Telstra at the postoffice and start new.

@Telstra I have just finished a 38 minute call to EWS Business operations to try and sort it out after numerous emails advising our POI had been submitted via TBC, and no resolution yet.

@AGLEnergy nbn outage again in Sunbury VIC. I've had several since joining you, none with Telstra in the 3years before that. If you're going to sell the product- get it right. 30min on hold to tech support, got hung up on. Still not working!!!!
