    @Telstra It's back up, but quite slow at times and drops out randomly. It's the same for several in our street. I guess there are some issues still with the network.

    @Telstra Iv was message all night they are sending out a guy to fix it but no joke iv had up would make of 10 technician last year wires from pol to house changed but there always seem to be something wrong like iv been all about telstra number one for years well over 15 years

    @Telstra NO ETHERNET OR EVEN RJ11 CABLES INCLUDED!! Did you specify that? Or are you waiting for people to complain that you sold them half an internet set up! Stupid company. Looking for more ways to piss us off. Don't even tell me it's because of sustainability..it's not. You're idiots

    @JamieNicolaou @Telstra Just a thought but I wonder if they could siphon of some transmission space and allocate to calls only. Leave internet traffic to its own demons but at least make calls uninterrupted. We had a slight emergency in Cordering today. Plenty of phone signal but it just won’t connect

    @JamieNicolaou @Telstra It is all about where you live. I drove from Perth to Margret River, 4G signal there and back. Drove from Perth to Nannup, struggled to get 3G most of the way, on site 1km out of Nannup zero signal been that way for years.

    @drPLeach Over 3 hours to Telstra… 2 days in a row. Had to hang up both times to live life

    .@Telstra I am so frustrated at your treatment of older Australians struggling to navigate your services. After spending hours - 3 in fact - on the phone or via the internet to sort out your NBN service, you now charge them an exhoribtant amount to fix your mistakes. #furious
