@tofar1 @Telstra While the ability to not pay by cheque has been removed I’m remaining unhappy. ITS NOT WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT. I can’t send a credit card with staff or others to town to pay the bill, I have to stop work & drive to town. Unfair problem for rural people

@Telstra Charged twice for the same bill - once by MyTelstra, which I was informed at the time was not working and that I would have to try later, and once after I eventually paid the bill by phone. I have one receipt number only, for the phone payment.

@TelstraEnt The most terable and useless service is Telstra NBN and to get support from Telstra you have to wait trogugh the phone sometime 30 minutes very bad service

@AlboMP Oh for God sake another Govt business being privatised? Is there any hope for consumers? Just like Telstra, Aus Post will become all about the money and service delivery will be far from adequate. These workers deserve better also. Stop the privatisation of Aust Post @AlboMP

@aus_tonee @LesStonehouse If they are about 125 metres apart, they could be. The Telstra 5G being peddled is really 4G Plus. True 5G uses beamforming to individually target users within the network. True 5G doesn't penetrate obstacles well. Hence the closeness of transmitters to form the network.

@Telstra Hi Emily, they are not working, This is an unfair tactics to lure customers and then mention that these are valid charges
