  • aleciahancock Alecia Hancock (@aleciahancock) reported

@Telstra Absolutely not. Spent several more hours trying to lodge a complaint via the app, was told it would be resolved & then received a msg saying the enquiry was closed and someone from complaints would reach out…. And then nothing.

  • KarenBrook Karen Brook (@KarenBrook) reported

**Urgent** @Telstra @Telstra_news @TelstraBcast your website is still showing "There are no confirmed interruptions in your area" (4482 postcode) which is incorrect. All services are down except landline connections. **Urgent**

  • TartNasty Belle Wethergurli🌈🇵🇸☮️🇵🇸 (@TartNasty) reported

@GandWalter @judyvw2 No more Telstra for me. They had a different ‘Case Manager’ every time I called (from a public phone). They were never Australian. And they either hung up or were disconnected every time I started whinging.

  • Dexter__Shay MC Riddle (@Dexter__Shay) reported

@Telstra's abysmal live chat + non-existent phone support just cost them three separate ombudsman complaints and cancellation of all services. Absolutely disgraceful.

  • EurofanTeddy Ford (@EurofanTeddy) reported

@_normstra @SBSEurovision Same cost as if you texted any 04 number. For me, it's free. For some people it might be 1c. The Premium service is no longer accessed by the Telstra network anymore, so most shows are just getting rid of it.

  • AEKezza Kerrod (@AEKezza) reported

Had an awesome stream going tonight but then my internet decided to crap itself. Thanks alot telstra. Playing cod on 20fps is something else haha

  • barecravings barecravings (@barecravings) reported

@Telstra AGAIN. WTF???? So I just upgraded my phone and Telstra forces you to do direct debit. This is illegal. No phone companies can force you to do direct debit but hey, Telstra have. Does anyone know if @Optus do that ??

  • 0309Stevo Steven Taylor (@0309Stevo) reported

@Telstra @thedlsays Was in the Rip Curl store today in Westfield Miranda, did a purchase using AnyPay There is a really poor Telstra coverage in the centre Please add this to your list of needed reviews Asap Cheers

  • KarenBrook Karen Brook (@KarenBrook) reported

@Telstra That's not ok. How are people going to run their businesses without internet or mobile? You'll need to follow up with your superiors on this one. Would never be acceptable anywhere else.

  • GLComputing Mike Lazarus 👹 (@GLComputing) reported

Why does @Telstra or @NBN_Australia never know when there's an outage on my business connection, but @Foxtel (on the same HFC cable) can confirm it?
