@skaye @Telstra @Telstra I’m getting this problem too. I messaged the Telstra Member Support desk like you said and they said that “orders can take a while to be full filed”, I haven’t been able to place an order yet!??

@icathler @Wolfie_Rankin @JBHiFi I don't have one. I have a phone that does. A Pixel 3a is a Google designed phone. It has the ability to ID incoming spam calls and SMS. That's the solution. Perhaps Telstra could talk to Google?

@Telstra WTH. My wifi has been slow since April. The people I’m speaking with on the phone refuse to get nbn out to my address. I want it rectified. Paying upward of $100 for nothing

@icathler @Wolfie_Rankin @JBHiFi Don't misrepresent me. It's Google's solution, not mine. Anyway, this the same Telstra that sends an email to the account you forgot the password for to do a reset? That Telstra? Gotcha.

It's taken almost 2 hours of waiting on @Telstra support just for then to tell me the wrong information about my account. Ffs. I'm literally just trying to change internet plans. It shouldn't be this hard.

@Telstra #Telstra #telstra The people Twitter Telstra got to message me did not help. They messaged me the number for scam calls. Scam calls gave me the wrong number for billing. I now have a second number for billing.

@SilkCharm @accc @Telstra Agree. For example, Caller ID Spoofing is still doable in 2021. A problem identified since 2004. How is this still acceptable?
