@Telstra When the VoIP phone function becomes disconnected inbound and outbound phones fail. You can still connect to LH100 web interface. You only detect these bugs when you try phoning in, or out, and your Internet stops.

@Telstra Hahahaha…@Telstra has had 6 months to refund a product that was returned. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time chasing it, but now on social media you want to rectify it? I’m sorry, but your customer service is awful

@Telstra The rest of the people not involved would like a proper answer. This is a generic issue relating to a systemic issue. A glib response is no answer at all. This needs to be embedded in training. Find out who this needs to go to to make that happen. Women are sick of this ****!

@Telstra I’d been experiencing these issues ever since late 2020 to early 2021 and the issues are still persisting, it is really frustrating and I’ve tried changing my local IPv4 Address, restarting my router, reinstalling network drivers on my PC and still nothing
