    @Telstra Also you guys closed my complaint case eve though nothing has been resolved. Now I have to wait another 5 business days for my complaint manager to contact me. You guys find every new way to delay the situation and **** around with me. I’m amazed

    Hey @Telstra what is going on with your service in the Esperance region.. it is absolutely atrocious of late. Cant even txt most of the time. Sure a service outage is understandable but this is beyond a joke 😡

    I was going to post a picture here of the CHEQUE @Telstra sent me for an overpayment of $25.16 🙄 , you know, for people who’ve never seen one before, but realised to blank out all the info was too much work.

    Telstra are only coming out to stand up for Optus because they know their infrastructure is as equally rickety and vulnerable. They don’t criticism of **** security practices to be normalised.
