    I’ve decided to spend the first day of my holidays on chat with Telstra to fix email problems. I think they’re at the “looking behind the couch” stage of trying to find years of lost emails. Sigh.

    @Scamwatch_gov @ACCCgovau What's with all these incessant scam texts from Telstra mobile numbers? It may be coincidental: but, I have only started receiving these texts soon after dealing with Telstra support & receiving telemarketer call from someone with similar voice etc.

    @AnthCondon Also low risk environments have been mandated - eg non customer facing office staff in NSW govt; Telstra, etc. low risk because they 80% WFH.

    @Telstra I signup with Telstra for eligible mobile sim only plans with offer for Disney plus, however your customer service keep saying it's not for mobile but it listed on your website. Can @Telstra provide consistent correct support for customers?

    @Telstra It's resolved now. But a month outage was totally unacceptable. He has 3rd party provider, who at least kept him informed. But Telstra owns and runs the lines. Maybe if you put back all the technicians and linesmen that you sacked or outsourced.

    @BelongAU @Telstra this is a company you own and hence are responsible. I juat had a call with NBN and this is a 10 minute conversation to fix. With belong its now been 1 month of no internet. It should have also not cost us $300! NBN has said as much! @BelongAU when will you call?

    @Telstra Its been a problem on and off since Nov '21. I was told it had been fixed mid Dec. Now its the same problem again for past 2 weeks. Supposed to be fixed yesterday. What is really going on? #telstra #fail
