    @Telstra That’s great? #Telstra’s way of describing a 15 hour outage? What is going on here?

  • bellfrog Froggy (@bellfrog) reported

    @slsandpet I’m having trouble with everything. If you ring any major business or government enterprise you will have trouble talking to a human unless you are buying something one one exemption Telstra or NBN

  • PrincessPeachey sami peachey 🍑 (@PrincessPeachey) reported

    @cameronwilson i agree but i’m yet to find an esim signup that hasn’t been a hassle. i had to get SparkNZ support to manually send me a QR code. T-mobile USA doesn’t let you log into an account so you can’t recharge & you can’t reuse email addresses. I hear Telstra post you a QR code 🫠

  • CudmoreJock **** Cudmore (@CudmoreJock) reported

    @Coopsy25 @Telstra @PhilGould15 How was Gus able to post a tweet on the internet talking about poor internet connection if he didn’t have some semblance of connection?

  • staffordvp Stafford (@staffordvp) reported

    @techAU @Telstra A bit like when the power company down in Tassie trialed being an ISP with broadband over powerlines. I reckon your idea has better legs.

  • Tavern_Crawler Tavern Crawler (@Tavern_Crawler) reported

    @Telstra unable to connect to my twitch account, attempted restart a few times, but was fixed as soon as i changed my network from the phone to my home network (which is ****)

  • bwrigley BDubAus (@bwrigley) reported

    @Telstra Really? The @Telstra app confirms there’s an outage in my area, as does the WhatsApp neighbourhood group chat where people are going berserk about it. 15 hours now. Why would I waste my time doing that?

  • stirlospace 𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚛𝚕𝚘.𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚌e (@stirlospace) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @cameronwilson Also v handy for checking “does X network actually provide service where I’m at /. Work or live?” Without having to sign a contract or >1 month typically. Where I’m at in aus Telstra and Vodafone seem to be the best combo, Optus just does NOT work. At all, YMMV etc

  • supremeturnip Matt (@supremeturnip) reported

    @PhilGould15 @Telstra Yup there's a problem - it's Telstra.

  • AlexHMandl 💧Alex Mandl (@AlexHMandl) reported

    @NBN_Australia My NBN service is rubbish. Telstra is my provider. FTTN is a band-aid and what I really want to know is when you will get FTTC at the very least and FTTP into my neighbourhood. In fact, my street. The only information currently available is whether it is there or not.
