    @Telstra @shanon_p How about your customers decide what’s in their best interests? I’ve had a mobile phone plan with Telstra since mobile phones were invented. Never missed a single payment. Why do a credit check at EVERY plan renewal (ie every 24mths) if you don’t trust your customers??

    @TelstraEnt Telstra claimed their coverage when beyond the grave. When they claimed my mother was using her long disconected landline for months after she had passed on. They never did give the money back, just claimed the cheque was in the mail.

    @Telstra having a major issue with 5g speed ever since data plan has been increased. Why has the quality dropped so significantly? This is not adequate. Am definitely in a 5g coverage area. Please advise!
