    @Telstra I have been a pre-paid and postpaid customer for several years, and really don't appreciate what you are inferring with your last comment. I have been at this for more than an hour now, and I CANNOT find any page that will allow me to add a new payment method for that service.

    At this point @Telstra I'm about one more useless support reply away from lodging a TIO complaint. Multiple NBN drop outs per day for a month, and support won't even book a technician, only 'watch for dropouts' Same issue every few years yet can't book a tech this time...

    @Telstra I am having issues with hackers having access to my bigpond webmail account and compromising my other social medias etc. I’m am trying to change my password but it’s saying My Telstra isn’t available. Is there anything I can do!? Help!!

    @Telstra I understand that replies may not be instant, but I also don't expect to get zero replies for 20+ minutes. And yes, I want to update CC details for a prepaid service but I cannot find where to do that.
