@NewKeithM @BrentHodgson Yea, we sold Telstra, that our forefathers took decades to build up, to establish a fund that would be able to buy other stuff that our forefathers have built. All to help balance a budget or two. Genius plan strongly supported by Merchant Banks👍

@Batmanwinskedo1 No idea what that means, but it's now in the hands of the Ombudsman. Telstra has now said they will do nothing to fix the problem. Sorry, the 'issssue'.

@Telstra @Telstra It has worked in the past for me (not recently though). I notice that failing link does work if I switch away from the Telstra Air connection. It would seem that TAPI subdomain isn't included within the Telstra Air pre-authenticated network firewall rules.

@tofar1 @Telstra Telstra are the pits! Nothing but issues. Even had an Ombudsman investigate and fix twice on different priorities and I’m not isolated

@Telstra went online to report a fallen overhead cable near my house. Had to ring because it's on the ground and you want to "address the problem in a timely manner" (according to your website). Proceeded to wait on hold for 10 mins before giving up

@Telstra Please escalate this. There is an error "Connection Refused". Your TAPI server isn't included in the pre-authenticated firewall rules. Your network engineer will need to fix this.

@Telstra It’s a complaint following a call I received at 21:20 hrs last night. I really don’t want to speak to anyone based in one of your overseas call centres. I’m still upset from last night.

Update on the on-going battle with Telstra: I have just received a call from my 'Case Manager' who tells me that Telstra is 'unwilling to upgrade the service at this time to deliver the download speeds it promises and advertises'. I will now re-contact the Ombudsman /2

@Telstra Aka, use my Telstra Mobile app, and start again from scratch. So I cannot keep using my laptop, and I have to type on a tiny mobile keyboard. Typing out all the details of the problem.

Just got a call from a representative from "Telstra" wanting to talk about our Internet connection. When I said that we are not with Telstra they said that Telstra is the 'mother service' that provides the connection, while all other providers are just billing services.
