    @Telstra it's all good, too much of a hassle. I had a similar problem when I first tried, and I left it and forgot about it and then it was linked, maybe that will happen this time.

    @Telstra Literally the worst customer service I have experienced. I have been trying to fix several issues for over a week!! The Telstra app help messaging service is like talking to a 3 year old who has no idea

    @Telstra Thanks for your reply. I have managed to get a couple of items at the lower end of the points requirement but that's problem. How bluetooth speakers do people need? The higher end products in the Rewards Shop are simply out of reach for many people.

    I think the Apple & Starlink collab is going to be ******* fabulous. No more Telstra, no more AT&T, no more Verizon. No more telco companies who are ******* terrible at customer service.
