@Telstra So why is my up speed been reduced to 20mb/s UP instead of 35-40 (50) mb/s after you guys removed my extra speed plan then fixed it back again? It’s never been that low.

  • kellybakermedia Kelly Baker (@kellybakermedia) reported

@aristotle1974 @Telstra I have paid for Foxtel for at LEAST THREE YEARS and never EVER used it. Ever. But it is impossible to contact @Telstra to get them to remove it.

  • ozcjr Chris (@ozcjr) reported

@adam_turner I loved Vodafone for roaming, but honestly their networks are really hit and miss here, and Optus…. Well it’s been a long time since I’ve found their network reliable. Telstra’s the only option unless you’re in the CBD or inner suburbs. Sad but true.

  • sassisam Sam “SpikeVax” Winter 💉✌️😷 (@sassisam) reported

@kellybakermedia @Telstra They have THE worst customer service and processes. I set up any accounts with them via third parties. Much easier to navigate. Hope you can get it sorted soon. xx

  • adam_turner Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported

Question for the telco experts: do you get the exact same mobile performance from the different Telstra Wholesale partners (apart from Boost & Belong which use full Telstra network). If you're getting **** performance from one Telstra MVNO, is it worth trying another?

  • wayfarer6123 wayfarer (@wayfarer6123) reported

@Telstra no modems for 5G home internet, register interest…Communication is quite broken, no acknowledgement email..ideally should take the orders with tentative timeframes for modem delivery…didn’t like level of information being provided, not something we expect from Telstra.

  • kellybakermedia Kelly Baker (@kellybakermedia) reported

I have attempted to cancel Foxtel by Telstra at least a dozen times by phone chat, messenger, text and phone call and I AM STILL PAYING FOR IT. @Telstra what do I need to do make this happen?

  • Naomi_U2Sydney NaØmiD (@Naomi_U2Sydney) reported

@yaakov_h @Telstra I ditched telstra last year for aldi. Highly recommend. At least I’m not paying for customer service I won’t get anyway.

  • neutralee2020 Lee (@neutralee2020) reported

@_00_Leesa_00_ @Telstra Telstra are happy to take your money but do absolutely nothing to help screen overseas calls from scammers.

  • BarringtonCoast Barrington Coast (@BarringtonCoast) reported

@Telstra Ok, seems most affected are on the Telstra Wholesale network - Aldi, Woolworths if that’s any help. EFTPOS terminals are now starting to go offline.
