    I have never been more disappointed in @Telstra. The "Gold Member Service" is the equivalent of being kicked in the groin while they take your money. Time to move on. Any recommendations for Mobile and internet?

    fmd @Telstra you are USELESS. You're *this close* to overtaking Centrelink as the most incompetent, ignorant, and uncaring service in Australia. You've just sent me ANOTHER incorrect bill. I've dealt with 5 people now all saying they'll sort it out - and they just won't do it.

    @mikejanda @timinclimate I remember Telstra a long time ago employing unemployable. Paying them wages and living their lives. Then they said they weren't efficient, sacked em. Made a huge profit and now we them pay them dole with social problems. Profit or wages?
