    @AussieVal10 Nthn NSW have no Telstra service going on 2 days my entire town is using cash as no eftpos available anywhere servos, shops, Woolworths - No ATM banks here we would be screwed. Don’t rely on digital banking!!!!

    @Telstra Yep @Telstra brother has intermittent phone, we're carer's for our mum. And your system won't let me use the rewards points for my internet. Maybe fix that? The rest I'll handle.

    @jendudley Put in a pre-order last week, was told plenty of stock. Telstra just texted me they'll be a delay as they dont have stock! Haha no surprises there. But the deal seemed ok. Sting is the insurance and upgrade to 5g network. Ill prolly buy outright in a month & keep the goodies, ofc

    @Telstra Exactly why I redacted the image. There is no identifying information. Your colleagues who have verified me couldn't help. I've basically been abandoned by both Telstra and Microsoft have put in complaints.

    @Telstra Nothing to troubleshooting here, that vertical green line is a display issue. It will come and gone until it becomes permanent. This was confirmed by Samsung.

    @XboxANZ I had Xbox ultimate game pass subscription until Aug 2022. I redeemed one month subscription offer from Telstra and now can't see the pre-existing subscriptions. Please help

    @Telstra not sure what’s happening but I think our internet has been down since last night. Tried turning off and turning on the modem but that hasn’t worked.
