    @EFTM If you think that Optus is handling the data breach badly, try and get your international roaming working!! My wife has been overseas for 2 weeks now, and hers is still not working, after being in contact with Optus for hours on the phone! We are both migrating to Telstra!

    @joshgnosis Sorry from Optus means nothing.... i recently changed from Optus to Telstra after over 40yrs with Optus because i had no service for 4 weeks no nbn for 4 weeks and couldn't get anyone o/s to understand that this was unacceptable

    @MaggieMAB @AnimaeOK @cheryl_kernot Virgin mobile was a wholly owned subsidiary of Optus. Resellers are companies such as TPG, boost, belong, kogan Aldi mobile, circles etc - they all run on a network of one of the 3 telcos - Optus, Vodafone, Telstra

    @Asher_Wolf A few months back after calling Telstra, a rep changed my email address to another customer’s and emailed me bills from that other customer. When I complained all I got was “oops, we’ll do better next time”.
