@Telstra Your team will then say there hasn’t been any issue with dropouts on their end, so clearly the fault is from the phone pole to the router.

  • naomi_t_81 Naomi Elle (@naomi_t_81) reported

@Telstra Apparerntly an order has been raised for both a phone line AND internet connection WTF?!?!? The whole point of the site cancellation was to free up the number to be ported out of @Telstra #telstrafail

  • Tahans_ Josh (@Tahans_) reported

@Telstra Nope, just cut out again

  • LentilsLove love_lentils (@LentilsLove) reported

@Telstra I usually like your service, but not today. I have watched the WHOLE replay of Stkilda V Hawthorn and my issue was not resolved. Over 2 and a half hours on the phone. 🤬🤬🤬

I swear, #Australia is the worst ******* country when it comes to #IT infrastructure & management. @MelbourneIT, @Telstra & @tppwholesale you all suck. Where ******** do your support work from, Tora Bora caves in Afghanistan..?? Even them have better support crew & phone systems.

  • austenite20 Dear Jane (@austenite20) reported

Is ANYONE else having Telstra NBN issues this morning? And yes I have turned it on and off. Our NBN is usually SO reliable in lockdown only had one day of issues in 2020.

  • jarodmellor TBOY_Jarod (@jarodmellor) reported

@Telstra You'd think it would be, but it's ground hogs day everytime I speak to someone. I literally just need a new modem, but every time the person changes they want to go through everything again. I miss Australian support, or just techs who have any degree of initiative.

@romola_bucks Hi, I meant leave it off and set it manually. I think the problem is windows uses your IP address to infer physical location but telstra IP addresses are coming from ES servers. Windows 'auto' detect uses a simple method that won't work in this case!

  • MrA_Game Mr A-Game (@MrA_Game) reported

@Telstra NO. I am sick of waiting for this issue to be resolved with more tests and no action. I message as soon as a drop happens and they can't pinpoint the issue. Another 24 hour test to maybe catch a drop and then going through the whole troubleshoot garbage again isn't good enough.
