@Telstra Is there a better place to find updates and impacted areas for this outage? The Telstra Outages page is completely unhelpful for this. It both tells me there are no known outages in the area and displays a notification that some of Tasmania is experiencing outages.

I pity the fool who thinks getting a new modem from Telstra should just be a matter of unplugging the old and plugging in the new. I’m in my 3rd hour of tech support and still no internet.

Why is it difficult to get a 2nd sim from @Telstra. I keep getting to the end of the online process and it wants to know if I want to change or keep my number. Why does this come up, I want a new sim/number for another device. Damn, it shouldn't be this much of a stuff around.
