@Telstra Hello, I am a customer. If I seem patronising it is because I well conceited with your dilemma having not listened. Goodbye.

@cassandraardQ @PeggyHHenson Yes it's true. I am sure I sound angry sometimes and companies like @Telstra should believe it but I don't even consider blowing them up. More like having someone intelligent employed to run support for every company worldwide would solve hundreds of problems.

  • feegle12 Nick Avery (@feegle12) reported

Appalled by the misogynistic systems at @Telstra. Discovered recently that my work mobile, which I set up, gave my name, DoB & ID for, is in my husband’s name. I lodged a complaint which the staff closed without actioning.

  • clarkycj Chris Clark (@clarkycj) reported

@austrippa But the CEO of Telstra will fix things with cheap imported labour instead of training Australia’s because it’s cheaper and more profitable.

  • Zytheran Zytheran (@Zytheran) reported

  • HocterMatthew Matthew Hocter (@HocterMatthew) reported

@Telstra So, I have been on the phone with "the team" for nearly three hours and was told that someone will contact me and to keep these numbers handy. What's going on? No one seems to have any idea what to do and in the interim, I am without internet. #Telstra #BadCustomerService #Help

@Telstra Telstra said they had a generator problem it will be fixed by the 16th now it is said phone lines are cut off and it will be restored on the 22nd. But Telstra site says Nar Nar Goon area has no outage!!!

  • coder_bec coder_bec (@coder_bec) reported

@Telstra @lants A 2nd issue: why do you allow UAP to use alpha tags? - you may be obligated to let the messages through, but you are perfectly at liberty to stop them using an alphanumeric sender id... Allowing them to do this prevents people from properly blocking them when they want to.

  • CA_22562_AN T:HE:JAMES. HMRH (@CA_22562_AN) reported

@Telstra Also, after opening the web chat I was told I was authenticated and not to repeat any details because the operator can read them, then the operator wanted my mobile phone number over and over but the problem was they did not know what the #100# service is.
