@Clayton_Edwards @Telstra As I explained the first time I called them I'm sure our NBN dish needs realignment as it's only showing 1/3 bars of signal strength. Anyway it's only a three business day wait once they finally booked a tech visit 🙄

Hi @Aussie_BB ... I'm an ex @Telstra customer. Just switched and you gotta ease up. Doing my head in So far Connected me 2 hours after signup I made a payment and it SHOWED UP INSTANTLY in my account Ordered a Fetch yesterday and it was delivered just now. I'm not used to this

@TheRealTyrantly We've had 2 NBN technicians come in to "fix" the problem. I tried contacting telstra about it but you know, they're incompetent of solving problems and are professionals at neglecting their customers. Changed providers now so hopefully internet will be back on Monday 🙄
