    @Telstra with no mobile coverage. They have lost business last 2 days and will have to shut down the restaurant bcoz of no Internet as they get all their orders on ubereats, menu log etc

    @Telstra I am trying to help them as they are not fluent in English. Telstra sent a tech today and he left saying that it is consumer nbn in siebel and he only works on business nbn. No care or compassion

    @Im_postle_able @WookieKris @Telstra Customer phone calls were what tipped us off. We have back end access to our customers sites so we can see whether they’re offline or not. All Telstra 4G/4gx sites are down. Finally got hold of someone at Telstra, expected to be fixed by 10.30pm 🤞🏻

    @Telstra Unfortunately Telstra tools aren’t something we usually use. We usually have a direct contact, but they are unavailable it seems. Is there a specific business phone number I can call to help with this issue?
