    @angharadyeo @Telstra I remember the time they said the issue I was having was because I hadn’t updated the app from the new one, released in 2019. It’s quite laughably bad.

    @Telstra Phones. Duhh. But, put a list of mental help line phone numbers in each booth. (Don't know if there is or isn't, because I live in the 21st Century)

    @GlennHampson @EmergencyBK @Telstra Get a telstra call guardian home phone. If screens calls. Call centres don't proceed when asked for their name. So you'll never get the call coming through 👍

    @Telstra after an hour with customer service it is apparently impossible to connect a Telstra Account with a Telstra ID cause during the creation of the ID they didn't link so now I have to wait 3 days for it to be deleted so I can remake it and i p much have no internet til then 😬

    @nbnouttage Love this thread. My biggest issue with Telstra is that they keep blaming my iPhone for me not having a mobile phone signal… odd thing is that it happens with every phone in the household… as if 4 iPhones are all miraculously having the same fault simultaneously.

    @PhotographixByJ @Telstra @Scamwatch_gov Yep, my point is if you can identify it, so can Telstra & they should be stopping it, as party of the service they provide and we pay for - not extra inconvenience and work for us
