I'm at my wits end. I had to leave my home 40k from Cooktown two weeks ago when my internet/phone stopped working and have been in Cairns spending hours at Telstra office and spending further many hours waiting for Skymesh 'support' to answer the phone. So far neither of them....

  • JoGwatkin Joanne G-W (@JoGwatkin) reported

@Telstra Sorry but I seem to be spending a lot of time telling you what our problem; where we are; that we have had no phone for 3 weeks; that we have no satellite phone & are getting no help; what more to say? If you can't help with the info you have then, what is the point?

  • LesterWikid Charlie (@LesterWikid) reported

@mickloughlin48 Sounds like you need to talk to the "right" support tech at telstra. Good luck i hope it gets fixed fast.

My concern is that many impacted by the dreadful service from @Telstra during this time and left, may have ignored the email. Please check (remember mine arrived on Sept. 9) to see if you are eligible. You only have until Nov. 20 to register your claim. #nbnspeedrefund Cheers

@88888sAccount They didn’t update that binance didn’t follow through, pretty on brand for telstra to never doing anything properly

  • CharmsYahoo ♦️CharmsVic♦️ (@CharmsYahoo) reported

@MarcTennant @elonmusk said he aims to help communities with few resources 🌍 wide BUT remember Australian Fed Law includes universal telecomms responsibility by Telstra NBN with minimum internet speeds compliance & if NBN did their sums - providing free Starlink cf NBN install - no 🧠er

  • FrankChloe Chloe (@FrankChloe) reported

@vodafone I’m sick of #shinternet when are you going to improve your service coverage?! One bar all day where I was today & nothing loaded. I’m moving to @telstra I can’t deal anymore 😣

  • FunWithTreason FunWithTreason (@FunWithTreason) reported

@PaulMaric @Optus @Telstra well you are totally wrong, sorry. anything online is vunerable to a breach. and shockingly a large network will take time to investigate. "Like I said, nobody is immune to a data breach" you have repeatedly said it COULD have been, not COULDN'T.

  • Dragonator_The 🏳️‍🌈Relinthia🏳️‍🌈@LittleDragonStudiosGaming (@Dragonator_The) reported

@Telstra get your **** together. I have zero service. Whats happening?!

  • isaacwasleski Isaac Wise (@isaacwasleski) reported

@kels_316 Given the ******, slow and expensive options for large parts of Australia with Telstra’s satellite networks it has a market.
