@NewtonMark @NBN_Australia This is what happens when the idiots at the NBN waste $11b buying Telstra's decrepit copper for their failed FTTN experiment. @MRowlandMP fire everyone at the NBN and make them lay for this ****.

  • CaptDaags Capt Daags (@CaptDaags) reported

We are once again in the Telstra NBN merry go round. Watching pings fail directly connected to NTD and apparently there is no fault !!!.

  • acceler8er Michael Kouranos (@acceler8er) reported

@Telstra Phone line is down once again... @3AWNeilMitchell @andy_penn

@ClarieceBooty I know exactly what you mean. My experience with Telstra service is it’s generally the best, and that’s made me nervous. We moved completely to Optus when we got here, much cheaper, and the service was fine. A change to NBN fixed wireless pushed them out.

@Telstra You’re not getting the issue. A year ago you “gave” me 80gb/month allocation when I dont use more than 20. Now you’re “offering” 180 when I don’t want or need that. You’re offering me 2 loaves of bread a day when I agreed to one a week as that’s more than i need. Why change?

  • youngieby4 Paul & Katie Young (@youngieby4) reported

@em_pty_7 @Telstra Unfortunately our problem is not fixed. It seems phone line has now dropped out as green light is no longer on display. This is after an nbn co technician came this morning. Please let us know how this will be rectified and when

@Telstra Hey again - looks like the outage has been acknowledged at Telstra's end so it's 4G for a week again by the looks. Cheers, Matt

@GailDianne1 Me either. IF they don't want to help you, they simply don't. They sent the debt collector around and he decided he wasn't going to harass me over it because it was clear telstra was wrong. That $972 though became a common fake charge by telstra to many others...

@Telstra Also @Telstra that 320km was one way. Return trip was 640km. Very expensive with current price of fuel. Also bad for environment to require me to do that instead of having your store post it to me??? Some common sense please?!
