@Telstra how do I find out if our tp-link is compatible then? The first person I spoke to confidently said there should be no issue. The second informed me that I could ONLY use a Telstra booster (he was so rude we thought we'd been scammed, and he wasn't actually an employee.)

  • randomlilnikki Nikki (@randomlilnikki) reported

@Telstra Right, so it's probably not compatible. That's what I thought earlier today, before we called and checked for compatibility issues, and were assured there were none for the brand we had...

  • sharanjit Sharanjit Paddam (@sharanjit) reported

@Telstra So now I’ve made a formal complaint. I have not only a customer number, order number, remediation case number, but a complaint number! Maybe this will help? 58/🧵

i ******* swear @Telstra support has no idea about anything they sell or anything as they just ****** up yet again gg Telstra DONT EVEN READ WHAT THE ISSUE IS JUST GET YOU SPEND MONEY YOU DONT HAVE

  • randomlilnikki Nikki (@randomlilnikki) reported

Well, today was interesting. Thought we were being scammed. Turns out, it actually was a really rude @telstra employee, who flipped out when I politely asked to speak to a supervisor (because he rudely told me the exact opposite of what the first employee did. Wanted to verify.)

  • randomlilnikki Nikki (@randomlilnikki) reported

@Telstra also, @Telstra has super inconsistent verification processes which, along with the lack of professionalism, made us worry we were scammed. I'm relieved we weren't actually scammed, especially because the fraud department never got back to us. We cancelled a credit card...

@sharanjit @Telstra Can't see why they would refuse: you are already a customer, you've provided 3 forms of ID, so met the 100 point check thing. There is no logical reason to do anything other than send the phone and close the case file. Easier to get a housing loan than a phone it seems.

@Stevew924 @WatersMetalwks Always travel with the ram stops. So much weight on rams. Or if swapping paddock run with the wings down to spread weight. But a 1 ft deep washout in the grass. Didn’t help. Narrow road. Only have to take it to miss town because all the telstra lines are about 16rt high.
