@jriewolod @Telstra @Telstra did the same to my gran.$40 mobile contract for 10 years. The plan was so old it included 100 minutes . The worst part she paid her bill in monthly ina Tesla store in Belconnen they never helped her out. Only refund 12 months. Robbing the old

@jriewolod @Telstra same thing happened to my inlaws they were charged for internet service they didn't have, took alot to get the service stopped, ended up going to ombudsman.

@Telstra To be fair, they’ve been through two bereavement teams and more and that is the problem. Explained/cried/pleaded to multiple team members & in shop! Still problems! This just should not happen. They are changing providers to keep sanity. Thanks for offer tho 🙏🏻

@jriewolod @Telstra You judge a company by the way in which they handle problems. It looks like Telstra don’t pass the test. But certainly worth pursuing.
