Calls come fm mobile # then they hang up... they call later w- blocked/private # Best response hang up or ask caller to prove they are Telstra rep Ask for their number, say you will call them later, then ask them to repeat the number (if they made it up, it wont match a 2nd time)

Any chance Telstra mobile service can get a bit worse? Only telecom system I could think of that gets worse rather than better. I can almost see the tower from my house yet service keeps dropping. @Telstra

@Telstra Trying to get a reply from the text help in the app. Keeps crashing. It’s now 36 hours since I sent the first message. 3-4 different agents involved. Back to sq1 every time. Contradictory messaging. Very frustrating
