    @BridgetJuneJudd @Telstra I found that Telstra staff were rude and unhelpful. Tried loyalty but got sick of them. Switched to Optus. I don't use internet. Bought a Google Chromecast for $60 and watch what I like from my phone apps via WiFi hotspot to my TV. Uses a bit more data but still cheaper.

    @Telstra No, someone was supposed to call us yesterday, they didn’t. We gave up. Didn’t think it was this hard and take 2 weeks to cancel @foxtel and get a Telstra tv box. We’ll just cancel everything and start again with something else. I’d like to thank Lauren, Lisa, Tina, Sue and Angie

    @Telstra I had a chat with the online team and they resolved the issue but didn't give me a tracking number for the new modem they are sending. Is there a way to follow that up?
