    Hey @Telstra there is a problem with sending & receiving calls in Newborough Vic 3825, has been like this for a couple of days with disruptions last week with calls dropping out.

    Honestly, just stuff this. You know what I don't need after Dad having a stroke, Mum having emergency surgery, and 8hrs of my life spent resolving this issue already? More of @Telstra's incompetence.

    Despite my expectations from previous experience with @Telstra already being deepest-hole-ever-dug low they exceeded them today. Every January while I’m with Mum we call to make sure I’m down as authority to operate because we know Telstra wipes them (why?? ppl don’t get younger)

    2. I didn't need your gratuitous advice re: my phone number displayed on Twitter, I needed your help! You saw fit not to help at all. A while ago, after a discussion with your then Chair, Telstra service improved e.g. ref numbers were applied to support cases etc.

    @Telstra What the hell is going on with your internet in sydney, from about 8.30pm tonight it has been so painfully slow i can't even watch a youtube video above 144p resolution. am meant to get 100mbs, just did a speed test gave a result of 4 mbps

    @Telstra Just having a few issues with my account. Keep getting told to wait 24 hours or I’ll get a call back, even though I get a call I’m then told to wait again.. would love for someone more senior to get in touch with me to organise this and get it sorted.
