    @Telstra I am having an issue returning my phone which I bought on a lease plan. Store people refusing to take the phone back until I upgrade it to a new phone plan. I can't get in touch with anyone on phone or chat. What sort of scam are you running? What can I do?

    @Telstra I enter my current login details and then just get a blank screen. I’ve been asking for help for over a year now. I just keep getting fobbed off. Now I can’t even use the web version of my account to change my email address.

    @Telstra it has taken me 2 days of backwards and forwards messaging through your "help" portal to get an answer to my question. You're call centre answers with a message prompting one to follow the link you sms removing any option to contact you via phone. Really?

    How stable is your internet? Every other day I have to tether my computer to my phone (telstra 4G) for internet, despite my computer being hardwired to my router-NBN. Reset router, reset NBN box, restart computer. No permanent solution. Roll on 5G coverage FFS

    Dear @Telstra why is it that we are on the 'Do not call' list and yet multiple times a day we are being called from the Telstra technical department about a service we do not have. This is bordering on harassment.

    @Telstra I asked about an appointment. There's at least a 4 week wait at Southland store. If that doesn't signal a problem... I give up!!
