@1800Berk The only T mobile I know of is Telstra and yeah we have Virgin in Aus but I don't think there's any stores actually left in my state I know both the nearest ones and the Vodafone one shut down since start of the pandemic

Is @Telstra bigpond all but completely dead for anyone else in #cairns? They say no outage but it’s been unusable all day, won’t even load speed test and I’m currently tethering my non Telstra phone trying to contact their non-responsive helpdesk.

@Ausgrid I just rearranged my day based on what you just told me being ok by 4pm. The Telstra and the old electricity commission of nsw called and said that any organisation that doesn't have a customer service focus and is driven by engineers will go the way of the dodo. @theleadernews

@ausretrogamer @Telstra @NBN_Australia What type of connection? FTTP, FTTC, FTTN? Can you fix it yourself? I just moved into a new place and had to completely replace the NBN lead in cable because some moron ran it across the yard not in the ground and it got weather damaged.

@Telstra my point is, under no circumstances should a customer be getting 20 of those SMSs at a rate of one every day and I doubt very much that I'm the only lucky one getting them!
