    @telstra what is going on with your service in Bonnyrigg area today. I rely on my phone for work and it has been out all day!!!!!!!! Again, useless. May as well go back to Vodafone. Never happened when I was with them.

    @Telstra Why don’t you have call centres for people to contact by voice?? You’re stupid 24/7 text app is rubbish, aggravating and enough to make me change to OPTUS as they have a normal customer service experience.

    Mildly hilarious. Poor husband is trying to connect to his IT help desk, which after two hours of waiting, resembles a Telstra "help" line.

    @HazRobert As with privatized Telstra corporatised Auspost is 3 units with what it does -85% time- separated from the 15% that makes 70% profit ie parcels AND the actual managers never bothering with transactional matters in EITHER UNLESS govt forces them to
