Visit the @Telstra shop in Victoria Gardens-All staff sitting around chatting to each other and ask to buy a prepaid sim-1 hour wait at least im told-Why? Because thats how long it will take-Go to Coles buy the same sim,activate online and done in 10 min. Amazingly poor.

someone tell me why i’m so ******* stingy with my literal 100 gigs of data. i refuse to use it to watch literally any video and if i’m in my house i will just wait until my ****** telstra wifi gets its **** together. for like 10 minutes before it goes out again 🙄.

Hey, @Telstra & @NBN_Australia. If you know there's an outage in the network, updating your respective outage web pages prevents wasting time, both mine and the support person who has to investigate. If the *internal* outage page can show the issue, put it on the public one too.

@Telstra Issue 51275084. NBN was supposed to be turning up from 8am this morning but complaint now shows as resolved on my Telstra app. Issue has not been resolved.
