@Telstra @PeterWi05879624 I still have landline for medical reasons, as the mobile service here is crap. Signal booster would be great but can't afford the $1K plus site investigation costs. I think I am one of few landline customers left on local exchange, most gone mobile.

@sunline2002 @EmRusciano @Telstra Right! It’s insane! I can’t count how many I’ve had over the past 20 days as I’ve started deleting them, thinking it could help (it doesn’t), but it’s been up to 4 every single day and it’s driving me nuts! They have GOT to fix this soon, it’s such an invasion.

Also I’ve just cancelled our internet plan since the 5g wifi that’s been planted in my arm is already giving me a great signal, amazing how Telstra would undermine their own business model by embedding wifi in everyone for free!! So generous!

@Telstra I have never experienced such bad service. My 80 yo mum can't use her internet. I can only access Telstra service via chat. The app kicks me off. I've been going 30 mins and the 'expert' is still stuck on my billing address vs. the service address. Terrible.
