@garydlum It'll be impossible and will cause me a major problem, but it's telstra, I'm sure it'll take all week to sort out as you can't pick up the modem they have to send it to you.

@HankMeyerNAPP It shouldn’t. If you’ve tried to resolve a problem without success then register a complaint with TIO. Your matter will get escalated and there’s a deadline set to resolve. It’s a very simple process to start. I’ve used it several times when frustrated with Telstra. Keep notes.

@garydlum Well first they told me my WiFi modem wasn't covered by one telstra person. Brought a new one $250, doesn't work, second chap said I was still covered grrrrr. Modem blew up, but line may be gone too 🤨

@Telstra would be nice to actually speak with someone over the phone. Signed up for internet over two weeks ago and still waiting for it to activated. Poor customer service and poor turnaround time.

@Telstra My local Telstra store has shown me my area is in a black spot . The issue happens inside, outside, near the home and to anyone with a Telstra phone in the area. Sometimes no coverage, weak 3G or 4G sometimes. Your faults department knows but no one will improve the service. 😡

@NewtonMark @irisherself I don't have wifi issues in the house and only setup the powerlines for TV to make sure 4k into apple 4k box gets max speed. Got them for free off Telstra. Just got another new modem off them as well, good bit of gear actually. Wifi range 30m+
