You send private messages offering all the help in the world only to redirect me right back to where I started from and got no help. The truth is Telstra does not want to know about any of these problems and neither does NBN.

service fails. I don't know how long I will be able to stay online, it depends on how windy it becomes. Such are the **** services provided by Telstra and NBN

@rhysam @Telstra Change to Optus call centres are no better but the fibre NBN seems to work. Buy your own wifi router and plug it directly into the port on the fibre modem. Problem solved

@DFactualists @Telstra Telstra reckons I applied for nbn and put a appointment for a nbn connection tech to set up the nbn. I never applied for nbn I only got a phone esim and own the phone out right. The complaint has taken more then 7 days about it

@Telstra is absolutely pathetic with fixing my internet, I've had problems since January, I've had 2 new @NBN_Australia boxes & a new Telstra Modem & I'm still having issues. I'm absolutely fed up with their incompetence & delays in fixing my issues #Telstra get it fixed NOW!🤬🤬

Thanks a bunch @Telstra I have been trying to remove the NBN service from the house I sold for a month. I’ve been billed for a service I asked repeatedly to be closed. Finally I got Mr Helpful on the phone and he removed it. And every other service, including my email account, after being explicitly asked not to. I have the screen shots. Now … the crack team who can may possibly restore it are sleepy bo bos because they only work until 5pm. Pathetic.
