.@Telstra suck. 30 years as a customer and can’t speak to a human. Tried a dozen times and wanting to shift 5 connections. I would like our phones and internet to work in the Melb inner city but too hard apparently.

@Picketer @Telstra Had a similar problem a few years back. Went for the nuclear option. Every day they didn’t respond I lodged a new complaint with the ombudsman and then posted about it on their Facebook page. Eventually they paid me $2,000 compo and fixed the problem. Slow learners

@Wil_Anderson Telstra indeed. I switched to Aussie Broadband whose customer service is the exact opposite of Telstra or Optus with some other pluses. Recommend highly.

@Picketer @Telstra Their automated service is shocking. 5 times it dropped out. Their online interface for ‘help’ is just a nightmare jungle that leads to no resolution.

@Adam_Creighton For a supposed economist you are an idiot. Many big companies such as Telstra have literally had an "all roles flexible" approach for years. That means working from home. Do you think they would do that if it didn't make economic sense? What a buffoon you are.

@Picketer @Telstra I share your pain — had the same problem with NBN connection

@BJafari @simonahac telstra use to be best. Was optus but poor. Then Telstra went to crap but stayed becos no choice. Then found out Telstra sold swathe of towers to Optus so went back to Optus. Live on the road, very good coverage. Now hear telstra buying Optus.

@Telstra our nbn continues to drop out every 3-5 minutes but when we call we get told that they will log a ticket and monitor it but nothing changes!!! Why are we paying for a premium service when we are getting NO service?!?

@Telstra ...your service is appalling... actually your service is non existent!!

@Telstra your customer support is horrible. Have not been able to speak with a person for over 1 week now, your automated system is hopeless at responding and cannot speak to a store as I am forwarded to your automated system. Happily switching.
