@Telstra Hey, I think something's wrong with my Telstra ID. If I look at My Telstra on my phone, I can see my details, but when I login on the web, it tell me I have no active services? It hasn't worked since I switched and I kept forgetting to ask about it lol

@Telstra The problem is my phone service is a legacy non-Upfront plan (“Mobile Plan Small”) but something on my account is preventing me from migrating to Upfront. I’ve tried online and in-store but unfortunately no luck. (My data service is already Upfront.)

@AFL @TheBlackCat1859 @Telstra This only became a good game because Geelong went on to win the GF. If they lost the GF, I would never want to see these highlights again. By the way, absolute ripper game. Never heard Marvel like that inside a footy game before

What has happened to service in the first world? Half an hour on hold with Rex- can’t help me, someone who might be able to help can call in several days. Local Telstra shop- automated message: do it yourself on line! If I go in it will be a week to make an appointment. ???

on second thoughts... i feel bad about this post pero one suggestion para di naman magiging worst is HOW ABOUT A ******* HYBRID MODEM INCASE NA BAKA MA-LOS ULIT YUNG FIBER CONNECTION NAMIN! it's not that hard, tignan nyo yung telstra with that hybrid modem thingy!

@Telstra No, I’ve told you the number plate and you’re supposed to take ownership of the issue instead you have done what you always done and given me touchy feely thoughts and thrown the issue back to me. Bloody typical and exactly why I’m no longer with Telstra any longer.
