I miss being so active on here. If only belong/telstra wouldn’t be such a **** up, i’d have internet. been waiting since AUGUST. better get free wifi for a couple of months because i’m over using up data.

  • Type217 Dean Hanilton (@Type217) reported from Central Coast, State of New South Wales

Almost 2 hours got get Telstra Big Pond wombles to reset the NBN password. And I know what I’m talking about ... good luck if youre not network savvy. No I don’t want to use your shitty router, I want to use my good one

  • joshjokic Joshua Jokic (@joshjokic) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra worst service ever today made to wait over 3hrs for a simple contract renewal and offered nothing, we actually even offered sales assistant a coffee 2hrs in.

  • cathleen5 💧Cathleen McVey Eades (@cathleen5) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@actualfredsmith @deemadigan It is Telstra's fault. Telstra forced me off stable Broadband on to the NBN with it's unreliable service. I hate the NBN.

  • mikjcal Mick (@mikjcal) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@colin_aus @BeauGiles @Aussie_BB Yeah, that’s the issue I’ve always had with Telstra. Service ok, but the support is so painful and makes you bang yourself head against a wall. What I like about ABB is they are extremely transparent with issues and even publish all their network capacity graphs online.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Galston, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I can't log in, as I don't know the password on the Kayo account, and the address Telstra used doesn't have email attached. I can't cancel it in the my.telstra portal either.

  • AngelBubbles34 💕 Angelica 💕 (@AngelBubbles34) reported from Townsville, State of Queensland

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

  • AngelBubbles34 💕 Angelica 💕 (@AngelBubbles34) reported from Townsville, State of Queensland

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

  • AngelBubbles34 💕 Angelica 💕 (@AngelBubbles34) reported from Townsville, State of Queensland

@Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

  • Type217 Dean Hanilton (@Type217) reported from Central Coast, State of New South Wales

Telstra: we don’t support that modem, you can only use a Telstra modem. Seems I am not sending this from my new non Telstra slowdem.
