@Telstra I find it concerning that Telstra seems to have got rid of Aussie call centers. Had a complaint and they sent it offshore to the Phillippines.

@abcnews Telstra cust service is dreadful, impossible to talk to anyone, if you're lucky they're very hard to understand. Message app only works 50% of the time, takes 2 hrs of back & forth messages for a simple task. After 42 yrs I left Telstra went to @AussieBroadband phenomenal service

@Telstra why is it so hard to to talk to someone on the phone??? The stupid automated voice crap I've had to go through 3 times just to be told "follow the link to our website" before being cut off has me in tears! I've paid my bill twice. I need a refund. Who do I talk to???

@poornhonest I agree with you & keep the wrecked NBN , they wrecked Telstra so keep what's left , hands off selling or destroying Medicare, also how many Public Hospitals are in trouble MSM won't report , I know of a few

@Telstra Yes, I have been having broader connectivity issues. That is why I was trying to use Telstra’s troubleshooting facility, which requires you to create an ID. That process failed to send the verification email, so I couldn’t troubleshoot. Then both support numbers hung up on me.
