@SanatanaMishra Correct, best option is Telstra 5G if you are near a tower. **** is insane. All the money went into private mobile internet (and even the mobile NBN options are dogshit terrible).

@Telstra what a shambles of customer service! They can't even connect my Internet. Failed to turn up yesterday, cancelled today's appointment now sent another for 3 days time assuming they will turn up. The worst experience thus far. Beware folks..

@Telstra No, but the previous response said the offers available to those who change to plans above $95, or new customers. My plan is $99. A new customer can get an $80 plan +12 months free Disney. Why should I change my plan? Why don’t I qualify?

@Telstra Sorry I am not referring to congestion. There is no network..if connect call drop and broken voice is very common. Let your technical team check the RF KPIs urgently and believe me it can be solved quickly

Anyone considering @iiNet just be careful. They sell ex Telstra customers on their ‘better customer service’. It’s no better, it’s reactive, slow and unsympathetic, so just tread carefully before making any moves
