    @Telstra for another ... two years... Of course nobody TOLD me this, it was only because I carefully read the paperwork that I event spotted it... So I spoke to their support and after 3 or so hours of waiting for them to reply, they gave me a solution and told me I could do it in store

    @Telstra I must say the response to fixing my NBN issues have been appalling. Techs being sent who couldn’t fix anything. Nearly 4 weeks of no internet, chewing through mobile data and now joy of joys the Foxtel box is having a hissy fit. #nothappyjan

    @Telstra @Telstra this is the modem my family received today. As you can see all lights are green and my phone is able to connect but then nothing actually loads. It’s like it’s connected but it’s not. My brother has tried doing your online help but to no avail. Please help.
