Spent an hour chatting to @telstra “support” who pretended to be looking at my issue, finally received this message “I apologies for the Inconvenience but we are facing a system issue where we are not getting any details of yours at all. Thank you”. Wtf?

And the Telstra NBN saga continues. Day 7 new modem same problem. No proper phone service and download speed less than 1mbps. Run around continues. No care no responsibility . Same response every day It's like groundhog day. That's what you get when you pay a premium for service.

@Telstra can you please look at recognizing the electronic Govt issued licence used in SA. Had to go back home to get hard copy to upgrade my phone / plan despite having been long term customer and having electronic photo licence.

@Telstra You absolute vampires. No other steaming service is 25$ a month. How did those greedy little pigs come up with that number while they were sitting around in their penguin suits? I still get 3G from @Telstra so don’t ever speak about value again.
