@Telstra I did speak to a sales agent. A bit frustrating as the price was higher than speaking to a store on Friday, but system did mot show FTTP on Friday. If you can do UltraFast Broadband for $150 the you have a customer else I’m jumping to AussieBroadband

@Telstra Hi. I know the troubleshooting steps by heart I have had to do them so many times. This needs to stop. I am not getting the service I pay good money for. Why should I constantly have to go to your Helpdesk. You are not fixing my service at all.

@Telstra Hi. The internet has been up and down regularly. At the moment it is down again. I keep getting calls (3today) from a technician telling me the service is ok.
