Hey @Telstra this is totally unacceptable. We have had no internet or Foxtel since last Thursday. Technician came today, did nothing & said it’s a street outage & doesn’t know when it will be back. I work & study from home & need the internet. Do better! #unacceptable #Reported

@Telstra thanks for the 5G upgrade at Lennox Head. But local businesses now without EFTPOS since May 31?? Incredibly poor response. @GreensTamara @1justineelliot #telstra

(This service, for a relative of mine, was ordered as a non-nbn based service, 100% @Telstra end to end, because at this particular address they were the only broadband provider capable of delivering a service at the time).

@michaelneale Hey are you still have problems with Telstra 4G dropping back to 3G over at your place? That maintenance window was meant to end yesterday and is no longer listed.

@Telstra Thanks Laura, the problem is for your engineers to fix. Not for me to be frustrated with. The error message displayed makes for yet another poor app experience.

@simonahac @Telstra Australia is a backwater nation re internet. That is just ridiculous. I'm on my around Oz road trip and Vodaphone have been woeful the whole way. Their claim "we have works in that area" is just BS and getting old. I contacted the Ombudsman on it. Many more telco problems here.
