@Telstra With all due respect, how offering unlimited data to customers can lead to misuse and bad customer experience? We got the most expensive plan, run out of data and now, we are not able to accomplish our work. No solution given by Telstra. This is VERY BAD customer service.

@Telstra Hi Angie, yes that’s correct but the option to do so is not available in the app which I believe may be because I am a business customer.

@calebsfavourite @Telstra I know that feeling unfortunately. It must be even worse getting help when you are in a rural area.

I do wonder how the TV networks, and the public, will complain when they finally start clearing the 600 MHz band here. I suspect it'll have to happen by mid-2020s to replace Telstra's 850 3G network in the bush. That'll mean going from six channels in each area to 3 or 4.

@Telstra how do I stop automated text messages about upcoming direct debit payments? I’ve never failed to pay. Can’t see any option in my account settings, which suggests I might need to block your number entirely.

@AFL @Telstra Fix the tv sound.

  • minecoder jackson/theminecoder (@minecoder) reported

Wtf @Telstra. To move my esim to my new phone, I need to first go and purchase an brand new esim from a store and then reactive my current phone plan on the new esim. What’s more is I’m told this after all the stores have closed so there’s nothing I can do today.
