@dirtwork69 @stationmum101 @NationalFarmers My 79 year old mother supplied with satellite phone as her Telstra phone line isn’t working and hasn’t for nearly 18 months. No mobile service out on that property. Satellite phone slightly better than using smoke signals or mirrors. Hard to believe in this day and age.

So peeps: does @Telstra do customer retention like Carriers in the US? Been with them for 10 years, they are downgrading their service (or want to charge me more for what I'm already getting). I'll likely jump to where I'll get what they're offering at greatly reduced price …

@Telstra #Telstra were promised they had all issues dealt with in January. I've spent hours and hours on phone, emails, in person, taken it to my local federal MP. Now it's too late. I've submitted it to the Telco Industry Ombudsman. I've moved everything to @Optus highly recommend.

@BillyFosterPics @Telstra Might not be the right fit for you but I have been impressed with @Aussie_BB who I moved to when the NBN was connected. Local support from Victoria and an excellent network. I have no association with them other than being a customer. Just a thought.

@dansnextplease @bennoba @melaniedoak Because the #billionaires want an very exclusive club of rich people, and lots of slaves. And yes, I have dealt with EVERY single government department, plus many privatised companies (including Telstra) and yes, the service is rather ordinary.

@wpasterfield @Telstra Dear Mr Pasterfield thank you for patronising message to us here at Telstra. Our records show that your consistently late in paying your accounts, so maybe you should get your own house in order before you start bagging us. Steve Telstra Customer Service
