-
@The_FNQ_Guy (@fnq_the) reportedWell another wasted hour spent messaging @Telstra back and forward. And still they don't want to assist me on the appointment they missed 2 days ago to connect my internet. Would have to be the worst problem solving company I Australia

Andrew Barratt (@Varangian0) reported@Telstra Hey Laura, I’m sure you’re a nice person so don’t take this personally. I’ve reported this enough times to know it’ll never be fixed but thanks for kicking along bad #NBN publicity. The pit is on Woolies Rd Bittern Vic if Telstra or @NBN_Australia is at all interested #AusPol

Ballarat Bryce (@BallaratBryce) reported@Muff1n_M4n @Telstra Yeah tbh was waiting for it to, but I assume they are still in damage control
-
Andrew Barratt (@Varangian0) reported@Telstra Like I said, since ADSL was a thing, if it rains our internet suffers. It’s a known problem that I’m not going to futilely invest any more of my time on.
-
Leigh Vaughan OAM 💉 (@LeighVaughanV1) reportedHey @Telstra How hard is & how long does it take to instal a landline for a bed-ridden resident in an aged care facility? Her only means of communication. Phone & connection are ready to go. Waiting on someone to come and fix it. Tuncurry NSW. It’s been over a week.

Big Blue Boom (@bigblueboom) reported@leftbrainstuff @SpaceX I routinely pull down 1200 Mbps on Telstra 5G. How fast is Starlink? I guarantee the latency is also better. The sats are ~550km away. Will always be dozens of Telstra BTS 100x closer. Also, half the monthly cost & doesn’t require a $924 immovable panel or a ~2yr waitlist.

Wyld (@Wyld) reportedWe've been looking to replace our old Pixel phones for ages, and we've decided to shift to Apple. Switching from Telstra to Vodaphone, we got 3 Apple 12s (128G) for the same monthly cost (3 year plan). Network isn't as good, but we don't get 5G here and 99% of time is on wifi.
