@mountainw0lf @dodona777 You are correct .. the government make access to any government service as difficult as possible so you will give up and go away .. thereby saving them having to do anything and blaming you for the problem .. Telstra plays the same game ..

@Telstra after 60 minutes on hold I’ve given up, tomorrow’s another day hopefully this problem can be resolved. I’m not holding my breath though.

@TrevyG82 @Telstra Amazing that you got a response on here. I've tried maybe 10 times to speak to human at Telstra in the last 6 months. Can only get on chat to people who can't help. They owe me money, it's disgraceful.

Also, #Telstra’s service is so incredibly ****. If not for the infrastructure monopoly I don’t know why anyone would use them. You call, they send you to the app & hang up. You use the app, it goes around in circles & sends you to FAQ pages. It’s so hard to speak to anyone.

@Telstra I don't understand. I try to change my password and I am redirected to an Telstra Email login I have never been able to log into Telstra Email - Telstra telling me it is not provided anymore just continued for those that had it before( legacy). Where is the change page?

@ronInBendigo Wow that's really slow. I never trusted government to do anything right and knew they would **** up the NBN. I run a 4G modem with Telstra 200gb data sim. always fast enough and reliable, 70mbps down.
