    @Telstra If I could talk with someone over the phone, regarding a phone,I might be interested. But, to navigate through apps and plan's and to click here and click there.scroll down and up. When Telstra wants me to buy a phone worth over$1500 ,I want customer service

    @bymysidebritsau Just be careful with the switch - MVNOs like Aldi only use "parts of the Telstra network" which could mean you get less coverage than actual Telstra especially in regional areas.
