On the brights side, it looks like Telstra disabled SMS 2FA verification on my account in the past few days, as a few days ago I couldn't log in to my account as Telstra were sending 2FA SMS' to the disconnected service!

@Telstra 5642 Kielpa and 5632 Karkoo. Might be more but those are 3 homes ive heard about in last few days. This is not an unusual occurence on EP. Landlines die quite regularly. Old infrastructure. But limited mobile signal so this is a safety issue & must be fixed ASAP

@XboxSupport @Telstra @Microsoft Over 30 days since my membership XGPU with Telstra expired. Telstra says they cancelled the membership. My Microsoft Account still shows Game Pass Ultimate purchased from Telstra and I am still locked out of taking up Game Pass membership. Help!!
