@Telstra It ended up saying there were issues with the connection, which is obvious, but now Im being instructed to chat online.

  • ghowells67 Gareth Howells (@ghowells67) reported

@Telstra It’s stuck on SOS and no calls or sms for four days. Gold Member Support can’t fix it

  • TimMifsud Tim Mifsud (@TimMifsud) reported

@Telstra post-paid 4G and 3G mobile phone service is quite lacklustre around the hills of #Merimbula. Shows 3 bars of 4G, but all apps say there is no internet. Wish I could convince my mother-in-law to get #starlink satellite 📡 internet. Took 10 attempts to send this tweet.

  • vk2kmi Kimberly Olsen (@vk2kmi) reported

@Telstra You directed me to your web site which just wastes another hour of my time, taking me to a place where a message can't be left in a way provides any useful assistance. Just put some service in

  • phirrip_n Phillip Nguyrn (@phirrip_n) reported

@Telstra haven’t been able to connect to the net since midnight last night. 3250 area. Nothing on the outages page. Any help?

How to waste your life... trying to interact with @Telstra to resolve a problem!

  • TimMifsud Tim Mifsud (@TimMifsud) reported

@Telstra Thanks Jax and @Telstra. The place I stay at each time is in a little valley which struggles with Telstra. It is the hillside across the estuary from the Merimbula airport. @optus have good service here but you don’t. Unfortunately my mother in law refuses to buy fixed wi-fi.

  • jr_plusplus Julian Russell (@jr_plusplus) reported

@keithpitty @Telstra I’m also with Aussie, and your tweets slowed me down diagnosing that my outage was from a circuit breaker tripping and turning off my router rather than my actual connection being bad! Hope you’re back online.

  • mirthisse Mirthisse (@mirthisse) reported

Dealing with @telstra via their online messaging service is a NEW TYPE OF HELL - 2 hours so far on an issue that could've been sorted with a 5 minute call!

  • vk2kmi Kimberly Olsen (@vk2kmi) reported

@Telstra I'm going to stop your ability to DM me if this is not solved. I'll just make all of my complaints public- like that would even concern a corporation with such low customer satisfaction
