    @Telstra Tried that. Happy to try again, but it's definitely a problem with your towers. Confirmed on a second, completely independent, SIM card and different phone (Telstra).

    @Telstra The online support says it looks ok and modem message may just be a bug in reporting as service looks all ok.. This has occurred last month and a problem with cable to house was found. now similar but worse issue has re occured

    @Telstra Waited over 3 weeks for internet connection to our home, to only find out that the Telstra agents that we had dealt with did not notify us of our failed credit check due to the account name having a pre-existing connection (that we had already notified telstra to cancel) 1/?

    @Telstra After all of those mistakes, we’re told we could get $20 off our Telstra bill for 6 months for all the hassle we were put through, only then for them to call back and say sorry that offer had already expired. Mind you we didn’t ask for this but how do you mess up that bad lol
