    @Telstra Yeah, slowly. Been uploading an hour video today for 10hrs and I'm at 30%, its actually going to take more than 24hrs for one video upload. Actually listening to the customer in the first place would have saved 2 days, maybe its time to look elsewhere after this disaster.

    @Telstra maybe you and other telcos need to address the spam/nuisance/scam callers issue - give us a way to perm block numbers that as been spoofed

    @Telstra @andy_penn and @Telstra I have just visited telstra Eastland store and met with Ian ( d991457) but as you know it was complete waste of my time. He could not fix it and has raised another case. What a piece of crap is this TelstraOne and it’s service

    @anna_prole @Jo1Murray @SarkySage I love centrepay! I pay my rent, electric, water and Telstra services using it. Never have to worry about the bills being paid because everything is in credit.

    Hi @Telstra if there is a consistent 1.5hr wait for service at your flagship store on George Street you should consider increasing the no of staff. Terrible service

    @kirisviel It’s usually game updates that eat it all for me haha. Now on Telstra 5G though which has a 1TB allowance so it’s not the worst

    @PaulFletcherMP Telstra once offered great solid career opportunities for school leavers as linesman. Phones worked well and problems solved by technician calling at your home. Good luck now!
