@Telstra Oh so , so many things. I have many customers and any one of them that uses Telstra for anything means they are pulling their hair out in total dispair. Your problems are way too big to list and you cannot be unawair of that surely.

@Telstra @fictillius Would think the international airport would be a hotspot for good coverage. Would hardly want people buying a Telstra sim and realising 5 minutes later the service is crap. Doesn’t seem good for business.

@Telstra is there an outage for NBN home internet in the Gladesville/Hunters Hill area? Seems like it maybe something to do with the DNS servers?

@Telstra No Sean, I said tedious was the service not the support. @Telstra support is not effective. Is it unreasonable to expect a technician to be able to go to a premises to fault find and repair such a significant service failure? That’d be real support.

@VodafoneAU Thanks foe the response as previously mentioned Telstra seems to be securing stock and fulfilling orders. Been a customer for almost 16yrs but looking at options. As previously advised I can cancel the plan given extended delays. How would I go about doing that

@Telstra I don’t care I rarely go here, but might be in Telstras best interests to sort out poor coverage in such a critical location for business reputation.

@Telstra LIke the other big boys your suport model is one where the customer cannot possibly speak to anyone except an undertrained or underequipped front line person who will pass you to the wrong dept or cut you off so you have to go over the whole thing again.

@andy_penn why doesn’t @Telstra remain an Australian company employing Australians that live here that understand and can sort out issues. I’ll wait for an answer.
