@Telstra wow, I have never been so insulted by customer service in my life. This little broad “muted “ herself and diddnt realize I spoke her language lol. 4.3 mil in corporate phones yearly and I wanna change providers for my 1792 employees!! Where should I send the recording?

  • alexmakin Alex Makin (@alexmakin) reported

@Telstra This level of service is so poor I'd even consider switching to @VodafoneAU to get away from it.

  • genuine_m_ The Genuine Article 🌸 (@genuine_m_) reported

@alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU Outsourcing and offshoring means transferring between different companies / organisations. They don't have or are not allowed to access the same systems hence needing to reidentify yourself. Each time new SLA / support clock too.

  • CathyGobbart Cathy Gobbart(Woods) (@CathyGobbart) reported

@danking265 @Telstra Good on you Dan, even in Como/South Perth the signal is shocking and that is with towers close by🤬

  • CaptHughBeard Adj. Prof. Capt Hugh Beard (@CaptHughBeard) reported

@Telstra You just signed me up to a "new $55 Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan Small 40GB" without asking. Since then I have received three repeat invoices for my payment and annoying text messages every time I miss a call. Please fix your repeat invoice problem and stop the txts.

  • ZachCallanan24 Zachary Callanan (@ZachCallanan24) reported

And the other option is to send code to my old phone number which is inactive and the backup email is connected to my old phone. @Telstra said that you could help.

  • Stxrloo Stxrloo (@Stxrloo) reported

How ******** can I not even play fifa on an Ethernet cable for ***** sake @Telstra i have told you to terminate my contract im not paying for this rubbish anymore I've wasted enough money on this **** stop trying to dodge it you have lost a customer

  • alexmakin Alex Makin (@alexmakin) reported

@genuine_m_ @Telstra @VodafoneAU Yeah, I understand the process, and some outsourced/offshore support can provide a reasonable experience. It's Telstra's choice to obfuscate its support processes.

  • alexmakin Alex Makin (@alexmakin) reported

@Telstra Perhaps then your support should have asked if it was residential or business support as its first question?
