Flying to Melb tomorrow to do a run around the state in a hire car to see my sister (after 2 years) and rellies and friends. Good timing: a lightning strike fried my compu and router last Sunday. Reduced to mobile phone use until next Tues-Wed. Poor response from Telstra

  • georgekara89 George Karakatsanis (@georgekara89) reported

@Telstra Yeah today has been better. It cut off once so far. No other issues. I think there has been work done in my area cause i asked a community page and they had the same issue as me.

  • ameliah Amelia Hall Boehm (@ameliah) reported

@Telstra an SOS please. The town of Innamincka, SA has had their service go down. The helpline is not comprehending; it’s a weird thing to try to explain. How can we escalate this on the ground?

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@VodafoneAU It seems #VodafoneAU is a dismal failure, just as inept as #Telstra and #Optus in meeting a business customer's simple information needs to sign them up. This is pathetic. Just why, @VodafoneAU, do we have to put up with such poor service from you in Australia?

  • terngirl Dr Maggie J Watson (@terngirl) reported

@Telstra No not reached data limit. Those speeds were from 1st day. Impacted my work, @D0CT0R_Dave’s work, children’s school & no one could fix it or say why it was occurring. They would close the complaint & then I would reopen it & every time someone was surprised it had been closed.

@Telstra Telstra is nothing but ****!!!!!!!

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau I thought I'd experienced my worst service from #Telstra, but even when its reps communicate, they can't even do that literately or investigate the history of a customer's complaint. DON'T EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra

  • PrintDiva2 PrintDiva (@PrintDiva2) reported

@Telstra They don’t have solutions. Have made 3 calls so far today. They state as it is nbn issue they can’t help ie not Telstra.

  • GJBSnodgrass Geoff of Hackett (@GJBSnodgrass) reported

@Telstra @Telstra have informed me that they do have an in-home support service to set up a modem with a $240 fee, but have offered a $50 discount. Did I mention my 82 yo Mum who lives alone has been left without her landline & wifi by Telstra for 2 weeks?

  • ProstheticAIM That Tesla Guy 🇦🇺 (@ProstheticAIM) reported

When a company cant troubleshoot issues past Level 1 support “Turn you phone off and on” and there is no accountability or followup anymore … looking at you @Telstra over 6 YEARS and the issue is still not fixed
