@AlboMP You should see how crap internet and Telstra is 100km from Perth!!

  • DoodyDarren Darren (@DoodyDarren) reported

@bollgare @BurkeHellibee @AlboMP You likely have access to the NBN. It may just be the poor connection types like fixed wireless or satellite. I wouldn't blame you for not wanting either. Starlink may be available to you. As for mobile, talk to Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, etc. Nothing to do with the NBN.

  • asteroidproject Damian Marley 🚀 (@asteroidproject) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Did you know: If you’re with @Telstra and you have multiple mobile phones in your household, with contracts signed on different dates, you get direct debited for each service on different days? It’s confusing, inconvenient and dumb, and Telstra don’t care.

  • xXxMiSsYxXx1 xXxMiSsYmOnNxXx (@xXxMiSsYxXx1) reported from Morisset East, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I'm am appalled by the was your Telco has been unable to rectify anything at all I've been going around in circles for 3 days now with your team The real issue begun early September yet here we still are today with no results 0 home wi-fi 0 phone

  • rosewal Rosemary Walton (@rosewal) reported

@Telstra Thank you I was advised over the phone that I will need to go into a store to fix my issue. I will make it my priority on Saturday

  • the_sadcat sadcat (@the_sadcat) reported

@Telstra can yous fix your app already! Can’t pay my bill

  • DoodyDarren Darren (@DoodyDarren) reported

@bollgare @BurkeHellibee @AlboMP You do realise the government built our telecommunications system, right? Back in the days of the PMG, before it was split into Telecom and Australia Post. One of the worst things Howard ever did was sell Telstra, or at least, sell the copper network with them.

  • Kathleenmary211 Kathleenmary21 (@Kathleenmary211) reported

@Telstra issue seems ongoing with log-in using two step authentication with the pin. Never had issues before I set it up. When I contacted mytelstra the lady et others problem at your end.

  • craig3352 Craig (@craig3352) reported

@SophiaMcGrane Maybe they can put a rocket up Telstra’s arse too…no point having high speed NBN if Telstra wind back bandwidth / limit services…my 5G mobile needs to be sitting on top of the Telstra tower to get average service these days. 😾

@the_g_rant @SBSNews There is an economic reality that pays for the game, salaries, and people's contracts. If someone speaks out in a manner that damages that economic reality they should be treated like a Telstra executive who bad mouths Telstra in public life and on social media.
