  @Telstra Personal i tried to do as you suggested got a txt msg saying my requests was not able to delivered on called your help centre they sent me a link filled in information now have to wait 5 days. TPG did it straight away all the way back to when I opened an account with them

  @acccgovau Telstra changed ALL prepaid plans stopping top ups 4 Data/Texts UR now FORCED in2 plans u DONT want @ dbl the $$ & third of data-4GB top-up was $20 now 4GB doesn't exist-Many with cost of living probs went prepaid 2 have a📱 They're screwing ALL poor/sick & rural ppl

  .@Telstra Can you please explain why scheduled maintenance for 4G network in a suburb can affect my 5G connectivity 🛜? Messages cannot be sent nor received, emails do not load and nothing work on my phone despite my phone showing 5G connectivity 😡. LH
