@Telstra I hope i will get help on time as customer service team takes more then 1 hours just to connect a call then still not helpfull. Poor customer Service i am facing at the moment.

@Telstra - I can’t access my email, I’ve been told by faults team that it’s under maintenance for 24 hours. I’ve had no notice of this maintenance, all faults could tell me was someone is working on my account? Why? Losing access to my emails for 24 hours (at least) is a problem!
