    @Telstra here in Maningrida NT, mobile data download rates of 1.3 Mbps…at best. Often down to 0.3 Mbps. Makes mobile work a bit difficult. And mHealth options?

    Disappointed with @Telstra customer service. Told to make an appointment to buy a phone despite it being in stock. Another store couldn't serve me until the next day. Went to @Optus and though they didn't have stock, they were more than willing to help. Ended up buying on @Amazon

    @Higgo74 @Telstra I went in their store for help only to be told we can’t help you unless you have an appointment and I needed to go online or into the app and make a booking
