@gwendoj206 @kayosports @SuperNetball I’m trying to stream the vixens v giants game via Kayo on Telstra box and only get repeated errors although the replay of swifts v fever did work.

Is it easy to make changes to your Telstra account? No. Do Telstra ensure you are not billed for any services you no longer have? Also no. Are Telstra competent in providing simple and satisfactory service? **** no. Telstra make simple things very complicated. #telstra sucks 🤬

@SimianPseudonym @Telstra Can you check your acct to see if it's gone out? We know it'll be a glitch in Telstra's billing system but might speed resolution if you have proof.

@erfbeeass @sallymcmanus If you web-search "telstra ombudsman" without quotes, at least on google, you get a link to the contact for the their HQ. That said, they can be poor at communicating, but once you have attempted to make contact, you can then go to TIO. @telstra #TIO

@Telstra - This is the worst company in AUSTRALIA to deal with. We have no mobile reception in our home & yet this company still charge for a service they cannot provide. They want me to pay over $500 for a booster. I have the TIO involved. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@roobiefox Not the bug.. it is the feature! lots of time and effort goes into ensuring that you as a Telstra customer never actually receive any level of customer service.. It is your money they want, not your engagement.

@KoparaFallsKid @PeterLuxmore @PaulFletcherMP Tip. Look up Belong. If your phone is unlocked....they use the Telstra network (they are owned by Telstra). There are plans from $15 and up depending on data usage and international calls for $5 extra if you need them. You can request a SIM card free of charge. Works for DSP too
