@Telstra As a leader, Andy needs to rent some places in the affected areas and see if he can still do his job or just have basic contact with people.this will at least let him know how he is failing these people who pay the same for **** service as other areas where the service is good

@Telstra OMG have been trying to move my home internet service for the last 24 hours with Telstra, what used to be an easy process via a web form is now done via a chat service. Constant drop off, no answers, chats telling me they having IT issues. It is an absolute socking Exp.

Dear @Telstra so much investment done $$ on 24x7 chat and customer service. Yet as a customer I need to pay $135 for a tech visit for the first 30 mins and then $40 for every 15 mins just to investigate a fault! I don't know but you guys just reached a new height of absurdity!

@Telstra if it takes 5 days to reconnect my business lines that you illegally disconnected without even a phone call or a message how long will it take to improve service in those areas if these people aren't hounding you every day like I had to.

Telstra will tell you there are no issues.. but 4G and 5G have been seriously underperforming for weeks.
