Adam from Telstra says the problem with my NBN connection is me & hopes I burn in hell. I get the feeling he wasn't really from Telstra. Nice change from being called a 'motherf*cking old *****', as previously happened shortly after a scammer accused me of wasting HIS time.

@DanicaDeGiorgio @Telstra And on top of that I can't make a report of the issue due to issues in the telstra app. Have restarted the app multiple times..... How else do we report the issue so it can be fixed asap?

71 minutes on the phone to customer service to try to change a plan which still isn’t complete. Told to use MyTelstra which is mysteriously disabled for my account and no-one can work out why. Estimated time to change my plan in-store is one hour. @Telstra

@SamTomlin539 @LauraMeachim Given the 100’s of $millions spent with @telstra across Australia to construct the mobile network, you could be forgiven for wrongly thinking they offer regional Australia something better than 20th century technology 3rd world nations have better comms than regional Australians
