@Telstra Why can’t you sort out my home phone line issue? It has been 7 days now, and if you saw my dialogue with your techs you will be disappointed. Level 3 support don’t commit to returning calls, pass it on to the next... My account loyalty dates back to 1989. What’s next 🤔.

  • chriswalsh008 Chris Walsh (@chriswalsh008) reported

@telstra turns off wireless NBN to a whole town for 4 days during floods to complete ‘planned upgrades’… many people in postcode 3328 have no other internet access and poor phone coverage. Woeful.

  • d_tr1cks Damien John (@d_tr1cks) reported

@Telstra your app isn’t working and can’t pay the bill for the last 4 days. Please help

  • SimonToad Andrew Cheevers (@SimonToad) reported

@bethydavies @AnnieBrownie4 I'm glad you finally got through. I help my mum with these sorts of calls, usually to Telstra. I'm not sure how people cope. I reckon a fair few don't and suffer the consequences.

  • Bammmbalammm Nathan Hayden (@Bammmbalammm) reported

@Telstra your internet speeds and drop outs in Gympie Queensland are a joke, hundreds of people are passed off at you, ARE ÝOU EVER GOING TO FIX THE INTERNET SERVICE ITS BEEN 3 YEARS!!!!

  • JakeNoble89 Jake Noble (@JakeNoble89) reported

@Telstra Still on chat, I got transferred to someone else in the middle of the chat when I asked if anyone is even able to help me or if I have to go to a store or wait till next week to get a new esim. Now being asked to go through the same questions and steps as before.

  • ozjimbob Dr Grant Williamson (@ozjimbob) reported

@pelagikat Well Telstra network is better than the one I'm on, so it's worth a go!

  • JakeNoble89 Jake Noble (@JakeNoble89) reported

@Telstra I was, but stopped now. I can't keep going on circles for longer. It seems I'm going to have to go to a store tomorrow to fix the esim issue cause somehow the functionality of a esim can't be managed digitally for some reason.

  • heatherdwnunder Heather Ali (@heatherdwnunder) reported

@Telstra There are issues. My direct debit failed, paying it manually via CC failed. Used PayPal but no receipt or payment confirmation though money deducted from account . Now says bill overdue. Not impressed.

@9NewsAUS This is getting out of hand, OPTUS TELSTRA WOOLWORTHS etc. we spend a lot of money in those establishments and we do expect our privacy. I think they should lower their prices until they've pulled their finger out and manage to resolve this major problem.
