@telstra you sold me a modem with the promise that if the ADSL went down, it would connect to the local tower. Well the tower is working and my internet is. Can I have a refund pls for the lost time I am paying for?

I freaked out when I went to top up GB data on my wifi and on my Telstra app, it literally disappeared and I couldn’t see my wifi account info and I was like wtf ???, so after getting stressed, I then ate my dinner and came back to my wifi after dinner and now my wifi is working

Disgusted that @Telstra have cut off my nbn service 6 days before it was requested. Was specifically told it would be disconnected on the 19th, but they failed to tell me they’d cut it within 24 hours of my request. Appalling customer service, never again.

@Telstra It’s since you did the UI overhaul, I forget when that is but the entire app has been useless since then. Cant pay bills, it crashes if you pull down to refresh, etc etc. Have to do it via browser which actively blocks pasting too. It’s all gone way way backwards

Got a message from Telstra telling me my next bill payment is due soon & if i was having trouble paying i should contact them. It's due on the 27th. I've never missed a payment. They're weird. Why are they so weird? Do they know something? Am i about to die?

@Telstra Bots & having to explain everything from scratch to support over & over via the App has worn me out. Hours & hours of waiting everytime. 5 Cases, 2 no show site visits. 2 weeks of poor/no service. I want someone to actually call me. #15664077
