    @Telstra Also I have been played like anything by customer service in the last 5 days. I am pretty sure who ever checks the conversation they will get pissed tooo no doubt about it. I don’t want to put everything here. Happy to share call back number privately to discuss this further

    @Telstra fail seems to be never ending. The app stopped working, can't login online, call centre doesn't open till 9, recorded msg sends me a text link back to app, 24/7 is selfservice farce. Where's ANY service?

    @Telstra I need a full itemised service list from my company account. I call 132253, spend 10 minutes navigating IVR menus. I then spend 30 minutes on hold, until someone picks up. I get no greeting then sit listening to background coversations from a call centre & get no actual response.

    Telstra once again are proving to me why I even need to think about a multi-service provider network at home... /sigh For a communications company, their actual communications is pretty unique.
