@Telstra I can login to the website and app, it shows my account details but when I try to download a bill, change direct debit or click on any other option it says “Invalid Account ID”.

@Telstra one of the most horrible customer service experience. My issue has been ongoing for the last two months and received false assurances only. Your Brown's plain, Brisbane store and chat customer service agents should not make promises they can't keep.

@Telstra what does a human have to do to reach the complaint department? Already spent 4 hours on the phone, sent from agent to agent that ended up with the lovely agent hanging up on me. How can I reach them? Magic lamp?

@Telstra inreresting that after three months of trying to get a resolution Telstra has dropped contact after promising a complaints officer, now they do not respond. The Telecommunications Ombudsman now has given @Telstra 21 days to engage so now 10 days with no followup. Shame

@Telstra does the complaint department have a phone number that is not a 1 800 xxx and works in mobile phones? I can’t call them from all the way here, I live in 2021
