    Day 4 no internet! Thanks NBN!! Did I mention the NBN guy came and “fixed” my issues and now they won’t return because they have “reclassified the fault” 27 days to go till they must respond. My neighbour Who is with Telstra had his NBN fixed within two days! Aargh. #NBN

    @JennaPrice @RonniSalt The Telecommunications Ombudsman sorted out an ongoing problem I had with Telstra charging me for services I hadn't used. They were brilliant.

    @Camelli79450301 Sorry I should add I have never voted for LNP! I remember NBN jogged memory-when worked @ Telstra research labs yrs ago b4 they were destroyed boss was telling me about upcoming fiber & video phones!! I was admin & friends w his secretary so just chatting.

    @Telstra Maybe stop the hilarious tweets and actually help some customers. I pay almost $500 a month and yet 14 days on from receiving my modem I still don’t have internet access…. Joke

    He was taking absolutely ages between tiny responses making it take forever and then said he needed "10 minutes" to "look into it". Rubbish! Just fix my address on my order! Anyway guess what - delivery was apparently attempted today and failed, "no such address". Crap! #Telstra

    @JennaPrice Husband rang the ombudsman regarding a Telstra phone contract which they had totally misrepresented. Problem fixed within 48 hours and refund. They had promised a number of freebies which were not free.

    👀 PHISHING ALERT: Easy to fall for. Said they were from Telstra offering 40% discount due to COVID. 🚨“I will send a verification code so I know it’s you” 🚨 🚩 Never do this: it will be them hacking to get your verification code sent to your phone.
