    @Frank61pc Perhaps, and maybe FB isn't entitled to legal protections as a platform when it's clearly taking on a publishing/editorial role. Should Gmail suspend your account over an opinion? Should Telstra end your service if you say something they don't like?

    @Telstra when can we expect your call centre to be back up and running so I can talk to someone in person? I hate your absolute infuriatingly frustrating automated voice and messaging service that is unable to help me. Annoyed to the point where i'm thinking of moving to @Optus

    @Telstra Problem started on Sun 13 Dec after the floods in my area - Post Code 2484 north of Murwillumbah, NSW. I now a lot of people have been affected across the NSW Northern Rivers. Post code 2477 Alstonville where I work is affected also.

    @Telstra I assure you it is more widespread. My whole house is affected. My workplace post code 2477, my Manager's home post code 2484. Yet the outages map is all over the shop. Says only 3G at my place, no probs at my workplace, 4G outage at manager's home.

    @AusJournalist Gmail can and does kick people off for breaking terms. I'm sure Telstra does the same. The problem with analogy, though, is that there are only very limited circumstances in which those companies offer public access to what you say and write.

    @Telstra oh by the way my whole afternoon of 23rd of December and whole morning of 24th of December was spent on your customer service line, 3 of your associates dropped my call and never even called me back. #telstraruinchristmas

    @Telstra Hi Jay, We have tried to login using the app but it won’t allow us to make a Telstra ID so we end up in circles. We also tried the chat bot and asked to be transferred but no response. Any other ways to get help?
