@Telstra If you could just fix your internet coverage in central sydney instead of selling gimmicks... that would be so much more helpful. Again... no internet... queens park... on and off for weeks.

@Telstra yeah maybe that you have misled and scammed me over 3 times this year. Just today I have now wasted over $200 on a service that should’ve costed $2 and you still have not got this fixed. I have already started the TIO complaint

  • smadge1
Stephen Reeves 🔫 (@smadge1) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@JollyWangcore I hear people raving about Aussie Broadband all the time. I’m with Telstra and I never have these issues

@Telstra NBN is down in 3165. Both the cable conversion box says online. No dial tone in the phone. Just trying to have a relaxing night, but seems that's not going to be the case now. :/

Seriously @Telstra the eSim has been out for months now and I’ve been on the phone with y’all for 40 mins now going in circles trying to ACTIVATE my eSim that they couldn’t do in the store :/ get your shit together! #ridiculous

  • fridley
James Fridley (@fridley) reported from Sydney, New South Wales

Ah #Telstra... What an absolutely "amazing" place. Backup 4g wasn't working consistently, apparently 5g network speeds "can't be guaranteed" so after buying the Nighthawk M2 (4g), told it would work with the sim card from the backup ******, of course I find out it does not 😡😠🤬

  • iBrookie
Brooke Plummer (@iBrookie) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@gav_mck @Telstra I’m wondering the same thing. Heard it all day....but don’t see anything about a national outage.....

  • JohnnyLydon

@adv_australia Not his problem. He has fibre to his home laid on according to ex Telstra techies

  • LAMcCormick
Lisa McCormick (@LAMcCormick) reported from Adelaide, South Australia

@MelbourneCity So I’m a Telstra internet customer and not a mobile customer 😡

  • LetSleepingDogz

Now well into the 5th day without Internet access at home. @Telstra doubling down on promises of a fix by tomorrow morning. Heard that 2 days ago. All contact from my end and it’s called a service. 🤪
