    As predicted, I never heard back from @Telstra today. I stayed home the entire day waiting for the call I was told was an hour away. So now I've lost a days wages, and I'm facing at least the weekend with no internet. I'm angry and upset, but not surprised.

    This issue has occurred every year for the past four years. Every year I have to spend weeks jumping through hoops and chasing @Telstra to get them to do their job. It's exhausting. They really do have the worst customer service in the country.

    @RoadknightThe I reckon Telstra does customer profiling & applies a mobile internet choke to slow speeds if you're not at the required woke level.

    @DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra If you want my advice, never try to leave a provider directly. Go directly to the new provider you want and they will do all that for you. Thats exactly what I did when moving from Vodafone to Telstra, so much easier!

    I'm starting to think I have a technical voodoo on me, our @Telstra NBN is buggered and despite them sending us a new modem only 1/4 of our streaming services work, then I went through a lengthy OS upgrade, then MS teams went down, now Patreon is down. really!?

    @Telstra Thank you. But also - please tell marketing ops that emails and texts don’t have accessible solutions. I don’t believe your suggestion here works without account log in. Instead of scripted responses can you pass on the problem and take it seriously pls? Not a user error here.
