    @Telstra Thank you but no. You can actually send me a DM and this is one of the many areas that Telstra fails in basic customer service, placing the impetus back on the customer to advocate for their legally enshrined human rights due to poor training and outright laziness of agents

    Hi @telstra, I just had an @NBN_Australia technician come through who could t fix my cable, and has now apparently ‘let someone know’. Given we’re working remotely at the moment, we really need to know when our service will be restored? Can you help?

    The technician was organised by @Telstra so I’m not sure what the hell is going on and when I can expect a resolution?

    @Telstra I didn’t need a replacement modem. I asked your support if it was an outage and they said no it was a modem problem so upgrade your modem (total time taken for the 9 1/2 hours) it was an outage. 4 1/2 hours with two different staff members to get it delivered to my office

    @Telstra I told TIO that I’d give you a few more days, but you guys are surely filming a “gotcha television program” with all of this crap. Surely this isn’t how you treat customers? Then again it would explain why it takes days to get a response. Too many complaints.

    @Telstra Hi Jay, I've sent the DM. The fact I need to go through this level of effort in order to exercise my right under consumer law for a service that has been faulty for 4 years is pretty disappointing.

    @Telstra Given that they had the bsb and account they didn’t need me to tell them the bank for an electronic transfer. Just more stalling tactics, and where customer service is an oxymoron.
