@Telstra is the best way to fix my slow, unreliable NBN issue to cancel and go with @Optus ? Considering the time I’ve spent this arvo and got no where it’s looking like the solution. #telstra #nbn

@Telstra what is the best way to contact your customer service? I have already tweeted and no response, regarding being charged twice for a recharge

@Mismash5 @Telstra You can see exactly how they approach it in this thread! It's quite sad. Their main issue seemed to be making sure it wasn't considered a data leak. Well that's just your definition man. I'm seeing more data than I should be seeing - that's for sure.

@Jml86_ Never understood why ppl went for Optus than Telstra...its a little cheaper, Yes, but Telstra had better coverage. Drove from Sydney to Port Augusta 11 years ago, broke down halfway down the drive and I was the only one using Telstra and with any network.

@Telstra Rish my question is that how come a customer that ordered after me was given the first priorty over my order? Your generic answer doesn't answer my query. I should have been given the first priorty. Yet I get an email my order isn't in!

@hughriminton @10NewsFirst #optusbreach Optus are the worst Telco company. Worse than Telstra.

@conf82 @Telstra Thanks Con. Work has been heckers so haven’t had a chance to look into it until now. You’d think @Ticketek_AU would update their website with this critical info but unless my eyes are broken (highly possible, lol), I couldn’t see it.

20 years ago I went to Bali I sadly remember this occasion for Bali bombing and Optus charging $500 for using a minuscule amount of wifi. The worst part was it wasn’t refunded and my children phones attracted the same cost.Needless to say I’ve been with Telstra since

@Mismash5 @Telstra Yep. This is one of the thoughts I had. Like sure, having linked accounts might be a good thing but sometimes it's really really bad. This just happened - all of a sudden the app had all these accounts pop up. I haven't talked to these people in years.

@ImAussieMate I have a neighbour(s)that tells me he is constantly on the phone to Telstra/NBN at least 6 times p/mth for his copper wire broadband to be fixed. His plan 50Mbps down, he gets at best 8Mbps if he’s lucky! I’ve had 3 outs in 5 years HFC 1985 designed cable.
