@Omnicentrist One of my friends in Adelaide actually ran that service for Telecom Australia and Telstra for many years. Back in the 90s, he was getting approx $10K a month - but then Telstra pulled the contract and decided to run it in-house.

@Telstra I've already spent approximately 4hrs talking in the Telstra app and had my connection monitored for approx 48hrs. For some reason the agent is refusing to raise a fault with NBN but admits a problem does exist. Lots of false promises thrown in as usual.

@Telstra has to have the worst support in the world, so much for "Gold Member Support", absolutely useless. Trying to justify that receiving half the NBN speed I pay for is okay because I can still watch youtube 🙃

@Telstra my son has been trying for a week to sort this out. this is a new business that has no internet because you and nbn can't get your act together. I wish someone would tell AP how bad things are so he can stop thinking he is doing a great job for his 140k a week.

@Telstra I am looking into other options. Optus offered to upgrade my connection via NBN while your service team lied to me and bullied me.
