Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@Telstra @griffiths0_tim Excuse me Telstra you messaged the wrong person as I didn’t complain about this service

  • LukePoga Luke Poga (@LukePoga) reported

@NBN_Australia Is NBN liable for creating a 40x speed disparity between the customers it offers service to? This is a discrimination of service than the Telstra days.

  • GeorgeDimaris George Dimaris (@GeorgeDimaris) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra We have spent countless hours over the last 2 days and it’s valuable time. Surely there is someone in this organisation that can help us - everyone keeps passing the buck. Typical.

  • gpdawson Graham Dawson (@gpdawson) reported

So this spaghetti monster of an eSIM transfer process will end up taking a full week, it seems. Meanwhile the Telstra support person is trying to discuss with me how I can “get more out of my Telstra services” - wants to sell me an internet plan.

  • pebotuwa anuruddha #GoEarly #GoFast #SaveLives (@pebotuwa) reported

@Telstra I’ve been confirmed by the billing about this “ongoing outage”, Sheree. I’m really angry about Telstra letting down customers and its unreliability and disregard to provide a quality service, only to focus on profits.

My pc says that my internet is an unidentified network and that I am not connected even though my ethernet is plugged in both sides and countless pc resets and driver installs and modem restarts… Someone help Why this **** keep happening to me Btw I’m with Telstra

  • caesk100 caesarie king (@caesk100) reported

@Telstra what a waste of 3 hours! On a chat explaining multiple times what I would like to do with our account. How I need to manage our home services. Still no understanding. #gobsmacked seriously this is the service we get?

  • gpdawson Graham Dawson (@gpdawson) reported

The new eSIM QR code arrived today - one day later than they predicted. So I scanned it into new iPhone, and…. nothing. Got onto Telstra tech support again and they eventually said transfer was “in progress” for next 24-48 hrs.

  • GeorgeDimaris George Dimaris (@GeorgeDimaris) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I would like an explanation from Telstra why after over 48 hours we still have no internet. Surely there is someone there that is responsible for your customer service like Alexandra Badenoch.

  • davotweetz Andrew Davis (@davotweetz) reported

@Telstra hi - is a customer with a “foxtel from Telstra platinum package” as part of a phone/internet bundle a foxtel customer as well as a Telstra customer? Or just a Telstra customer?
