    @sharanjit @Telstra This has been a painful thread to read and track. Best of luck with it. FWIW, I had the exact opposite problem with @Optus last year. They shipped me phones that I didn't order, insisting they cancelled the couriers, but the couriers made deliveries nonetheless.

    @Telstra disappointed with the slow service. 45min to wait for someone to answer my call or forcing me to download ur app to get help is pretty crappy

    @Telstra you’re service or lack of still there and useless support. No internet and no solutions and won’t send a physical technician to fix. Wow!

    @WestnetAU Well that could be a tad difficult When you’re threatening to cut off the emails we are paying you for….. which weren’t used to send invoices. Also - we prefer paper and WE are the customer. How about Australian Telco’s start putting customers 1st. @Telstra #auspol

    @Telstra would like to ask why is mobile coverage so **** on North Stradbroke Island? It is in a Brisbane post code after all. Also applied repeatedly for adsl or Nbn for my business there in 2020, still don’t have it. We’re supposed to be first world !! #Telstra

    You don't need some RBA or Fed ******** getting in the way. All they are doing is trying to protect their own monopoly. The same as AT&T or Telstra did when the internet and voip started. Learn to adult or stay ******** out of the market.

    @Telstra Did that. Disconnected from the network then re-connected, turned his device and modem off and on
