@Telstra @FortressMelb @sclomency So it turns out after wasting 2hrs of my time Telstra have just told me that the “upgraded” plan that they sold to me as more data that they know I’ll never use was really just an upgrade to the cost, as the simple plan I was on “is no longer available”.

@telstra how can I follow up on a complaint? Received one email from my complaints person 2 weeks ago, but nothing to my replies since.

Well @Telstra through direct messaging are not going to help my brother, it seems I need to talk to him about being authorised on his account. I pointed out I don’t live close to him and again reinforced that his phone is cut off I cannot speak to him @MRowlandMP

@Telstra They are waiting on an NBN remediation team. Seriously how hard is it to get a resolution after 20 days???

  • StuSmith2454 Stuart Smith (@StuSmith2454) reported

Hey @Telstra, you've dropped the ball on landline and internet connectivity for my aged in-laws in regional NSW. Without phone/internet for a week and it's nigh on impossible to get information from you on when service will be restored. You have do better by older Australians.

  • sallyriordan1 sallyriordan (@sallyriordan1) reported

@Telstra No they are not. I have had no updates from them at all since last week. That is not a resolution. What can you do about it Jessica?

  • JohnThomasPhoto John Thomas (@JohnThomasPhoto) reported

@VernVerass Verner, it's worse than that. The NBN was just an attempt to renationalise that part of Telstra that should never have been sold in the first place - Alston bears utlimate responsibility for our rubbish broadband in Australia.

@Telstra iPhone is a poor phone. Has been since iPhone 5.

  • tripleoxymoron Benjamin Ady (@tripleoxymoron) reported

@Telstra you guys are the absolute worst. I've been on hold to get help with my home internet connection for 1hour 25 minutes. It just suddenly dropped out today. I can't wait for @elonmusk's starlink to become available in australia. I'm gonna dump you so hard.
