@EmergencyBK Good luck with the new laptop. As a total technoihavebetterthingstodo person I spent 8 days trying to set up my new phone - with the wonderful support, patience and sense of humour from David from Telstra. My best advice, visit your beautiful garden every 15mins. Helps.

my internet has borked thanks for all your suggestions, Telstra has put in an interim thingy until an NBN technician can come tomorrow, because after at the diagnostics it was not actually a Telstra issue at all but the woman who helped me god bless her she was wonderful.

@Telstra Nope. But the customer doesn't know their account details, just their address. I assume it's a billing issue but probably easier to just change providers at this point.

@countessmythril I try to make things… sometimes that’s easier than others. This year has been full of troubles and mishaps (and a few acts of god -and Telstra-) that have slowed me down… but nothing keeps me down for long!
