    @Telstra terrible reception in the Wollongong area for the past two days. My phones internet either slows down to a snails pace, or sometimes even reverts to 3G for some reason

    @andy_penn Your Shahirah Said she could help no problem, next call 5 days later said she would get tech team to look into this, now a month later nothing, if Telstra is happy to provide 5g which then disadvantages other customers you won’t have customers! 50+ Properties

    Hi Twitter. I'm hoping someone can help. My 87 yr old grandmother has just moved into a retirement unit. She has advanced vision loss so needs to keep using her regular landline phone. Needs a landline connection, but @Telstra keep fobbing her off!! Country vic.

    @andy_penn Good for you! We live in central metro, no hogh buildings or trees. Since you rolled out 5g we stuck with 3g? As 4g reception gone, sometimes 1bar 5g but 90% time we have 3g! Called Telstra, many times, promises but no help? Telstra staff 👎🏿

    Love how @Telstra both have a monopoly on Microsoft 365 services in Australia and simultaneously offer the most appallingly bad customer service imaginable. Fantastic crossover.
