@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Have so many issues re Telstra's inappropriately named "Helpline". One task, that should have been done easily, 3 weeks ago. 2 hours on phone yesterday... nothing has been done. 😭

@thegrumpypoof @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Aussie broadbands been fine for me internet wise. Telstra same as Optus they have their stupid rules and they won't deviate at all regardless of any commonsense or convenience for customer.🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

@1974keg @3AW693 I’m with Aldi (uses Telstra network) I haven’t been able to access data off wifi for a week. Apparently there’s an issue in Melbourne CBD and Telstra’s website just says restoration time is tbc over a week and still tbc!

For once in my life, I am glad I have stuck with telstra & have never had an account with optus for anything. Also, as former sysadmin who worked at tech security companies, I most sincerely hope Optus is thoroughly hammered into the ground AND others learn from watching it.
