    @Telstra Hi, your phone support keeps auto-kicking me off to the self-serve chat thing because it thinks our NBN is still awaiting delivery when it actually arrived a week ago & was set up by me yesterday. It's significantly worse than the cable service we had before. Help?

    @Telstra NBN outage service ridiculously slow. Immediate response from a service technician will be within 48 hours. Ausnet have responses within 10 minutes. Why pay more for supposed superior service?!
