    I am almost every month hit with a $15 'Late Fee' from @Telstra for being 1 to 4 days late...and get this...my bundle is billed IN ADVANCE...So I'm being charged $15 for being late in paying for a service I WON'T USE FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS.

    Hey @Telstra all the lights are on but no one home (ie no connection) Modem reset X2.. Troubleshooting says service restricted & directs to payment number.. but account is up date?

    @Telstra why can we speak to a customer service person I have tried 3 times to get a resolution and nothing has been done I can only use the messaging service and no one can help me or they ask me to wait and then never reply

    @kayosports_help @Hootas16 Problem is I only have big screen via Telstra t box they ain’t a ch 501 feed on that so stuck with it crashing back to Home Screen every 10 mins then it won’t pick up live play gave up watching in the end
