While it's nothing to telstra it works out to over $20k from us that we spent elsewhere due to their terrible treatment of loyal customers where they lie about a known issue. Hell it was in the news about the false data usage that people were getting...

    @Telstra Thanks for getting back to me appreciate it. Frustrating that recently when I was deciding to stay or leave Telstra because of disappointing customer service the free live pass for the AFL was the reason I stayed.

    @Telstra how is it we have allllllll this brand new technology etc yet we still have the same black spots and drop outs if not more? Between mobile and home connections the drop outs and the black spots are ridiculous Australia's best network pfft cut the bullshit.
