@Telstra ur in store staff is plain rude and unprofessional. I was told that changing my prepaid no. to a postpaid no. is a complicated process & they cannot do it! I went to @VodafoneAU next door and they were happy to port the no. in less than 15 mins @andy_penn

@RandaltsRandal @lotus2955 @Telstra Yep they just ripped of 10 grand off my “mother in-law” on the weekend who is visually impaired and was expecting Telstra to help with an issue. Only it wasn’t Telstra. Good timing? Happy Easter! - didn’t even leave enough for food. Heartless bastards

@Telstra I Had Recently Found A Telstra T3020 Smart Touch And Had Reset It. Now Ive Been Trying To Use The Andriod Market To Download Apps But Every Time I Open It It Says "A server error has occured. Retry, or cancel and return to the previos screen" what could i do to fixthis?

@smiffy I wasn’t aware the NBN has customers. I thought they were just the wholesaler. I only use mobile technology. 5G/4G with Telstra. Very reliable. Optus in parts of Geelong is as bad as dialup
