    @Telstra applied for new velocity connection on 17th of June no connection till today 6th of August called the contact centre 7 times new story every time. Is anyone here to help. There is no other company in our estate has to be Telstra velocity is this capitalism 2021.

    @Telstra could you please provide a link to the doc that states Telstra does not guarantee service or connection to networks from indoors. 2 technicians have told me this in 3 days as the resolution to service issues. Customer Care online don't reply. I want to see it in writing

    @telstra I got a txt from credit card scammers recently including this NSW number 0280062132. For fun I rang & got thru to a call centre in India. Please explain - if my call was diverted to the scammers by YOUR network - why you’re unable to block known numbers like this.
