    Is it just me or has Telstra changed its phone system? Every time I dial a mobile number with a +61 in front I get a msg that ‘my service is not enabled to call this number’. This started happening during the past week. So strange - it’s happened to 2 others that I know @Telstra

    @Telstra calls from Telstra are extremely frustrating at the best of times. Just got a call via NZ! A person with strong Indian accent wanted to fix my internet speed by getting me to download Anydesk app, so they could access my device remotely. WTF! As if! Never gonna happen

    @Foxtel I've been passed around so many departments just to find out when IQ5 will be available to new and Foxtel from Telstra customers. Your press release is outdated stating last year, and your support staff have no idea.

    @LucyPriceAus @Telstra I had my business through them, then they scammed me. So I shut down everything from Telstra and moved to Optus and Internode. Much better and cheaper.

    @Telstra I haven't been able to recharge my prepaid sim for the last three months, as much as I like your tech support putting free recharges on, it's takes hours of my time every month! Can we actually fix the issue? I've been chatting with tech support since 9am still not fixed

    @Telstra Hi Nat. No calls in or out still. Lots of reports of users with sane issues in Barwon Heads and ocean grove. Aldi have told me they are aware and it is an issue with a cell tower. Not great.
