    Scam call just now claiming to be Telstra asking if my internet was running slow. I could hear multiple voices speaking Hindi with lots of laughter in the background. Started asking for personal details, I hung up. Scammers never give up do they.

    @janine_hendry @hughriminton We left Optus in 2006 - trying to get someone anyone in Optus to cancel our account was like a comedy skit - good luck Janine & PS during the black summer fires Telstra was the only carrier still working

    @hughriminton sure cancel Optus and go back to no services at all. For years Telstra told me they cover 96% of the population yet I had to drive 15 minutes at 100kph to make phone calls or work the internet. In 12 yrs nothing has improved with the competition.

    @hillbillygirl72 We switched to Tangerine from Telstra and same experience - so easy, less issues, huge amount cheaper.
