@Telstra Staff not completing tasks, staff expecting the customer to follow things up for them. Staff not able to contact a store because they don't have a phone. General incompetence from everyone involved in my phone upgrade.

@Telstra I have spoken to your techs. They have told me there was nothing they could do. They told me it was a high traffic time and I would have put up with it. What they said is not good enough, nor is the continuing of these problems

@Telstra I already asked in Aug 2020 to CANCEL my platinum service and notice it is STILL on my bill Can someone please CONTACT ME???? I can't get someone on the phone, chat or here? Someone please get in touch and take the Platinum Service off my bill!!!

@Telstra I’ve been trying to get some help all morning and been locked out of the Telstra app. Did not swear although I should have. It’s torture dealing with you. Nothing but cancellations and failure since October.

@CaterinaJohnst3 I'm tossing up whether to get an old iPhone 4G or latest 5G iphone.... Telstra have 5G Network and Vodofone are working on it
