    @Telstra can you please advise if there is any ongoing issue with the NBN in Kings Park Vic 3021 area. It’s been over 3 weeks now and it keeps dropping in and out. I’ve replaced a cord and it’s still happening. Thanks

    @Telstra Another week passed, still no resolution. You turned all of these services off. Still no land line, no internet - NBN or 4G back up. My family member is dying and people can’t get in touch to say good bye. The insurmountable stress you are causing is disgusting. SHAME ON YOU!

    After 8 years with Optus i’ve decided to dump them. Their service in the areas I need it has become so rubbish. Sadly I think it means I need to switch to Telstra, which doesn’t feel me with happiness.

    @Telstra I have received two calls this week from the Indian scammers who stole your customer's details. They pose as Telstra, say there is an internet problem and give you directions to give them remote access to your computer. They have my details, you need to fix this #scam

    @Telstra Been there and done that before in a private DM on this channel and still no resolution. You’re here to manage Telstra’s public image not resolve my case. Pointing out that there are humans behind these issues that impact deeply. Family member is now end of life now. Too late.

    @Telstra Boost activation and UX is unquestionably broken, I've tried across every imaginable client, Android, browsers, etc, etc. Cannot activate on pc, must use app, which directs to site, not app - then error, what year is it again? And u pretend all is well. Zero interest in DMs.

    @Telstra @VolatileDoor6 Hi @Telstra Vodafone is giving exceptional plans and Telstra is gettng more expensive day by day. Vodafone now has a 51 dollar unlimited plan with overseas calling. All my friends living in different cities and areas are extremely happy with their network. Why are we paying more

    @Telstra Hi Kaitlyn, I haven't yet. I think downloading the Torrent rather than the ISO file for Kali Linux may help with the hash checksum issue. I'll let you know how it goes. I'll leave calling the team as a last resort as it's probably not them I suspect. I'll let you know...
