    I have never experienced anything like the abysmal customer service as I am now with #telstra Moved house. Ordered the internet at new address 2 weeks before we needed it. “It should work”. It didnt work. Countless calls including calls waiting so long that Telstra hung up on

    @BuzzOCE Yeah man I tried to leave Optus due to a work phone was with them which was also my personal phone, so I tried to get with telstra and they said I had to pay 1500 to get off the plan even though it stated in my bill it was month to month. I hate Optus will never go with them.

    @nick_spurway @Telstra We had the same issue with our electricity provider - forced a DD and then deducted 750 precisely 2 days after sending the email bill.

    @telstra I have just spent half an hour trying to ask your robot Codi what the phone number is to ring you re my account. And it is the most pathetic communication. It us just terrible!

    @fitba11 Telstra randomly shut off my mum's Foxtel even though it was under contract and basically just wouldn't admit they messed up. Took a month to be fixed and was a 3 click fix
