@Telstra Ok thanks Nicky. I unplugged and replugged my NBN Connection Box from the wall and it got me back online but it must be temporary fixes while there's an outage. Thanks.

@pyro_ct Telstra was a bit disingenuous about its concerns there arent enough domestic carbon credits. The issue was likely price that made them go for international credits. This is the article. Itss about Telstra going it alone with a small tree planting project rather than ACCUs.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia your service in burleigh waters is so crap. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, constant drop outs. No drop outs all weekend and again today, drop outs. Such a bad service and makes it really hard to work. 😡

@Telstra ...told that we can ask for that once the outage is over. Asked them (via telstra support messaging; had to drive to the next town to use it) how we would know when they thought the outage was over, as we didn't get notification in the first place?? No answer.
