@9NewsQueensland we've known this for years, look at telstra, they sack their tech workforce and move to contractors who import all the "457" indians to work on (messup) our copper network. there was no skill shortage, there still isnt, but still they import clueless unqualified indians

@Telstra Asking on behalf of my mother, who currently pays her Telstra account via CentrePay (through Centrelink). She’s been told that adding a new device to her account requires a bank account, and CentrePay is not supported - are you removing support for CentrePay? Thanks.

@Telstra_news Really annoyed, was going to wait for Telstra day to sign up for new nbn service, checked your promotion for Telstra day and it specified tech products not plans. So I placed my order last night and have now missed the $100 welcome credit. Is there anyway you can honour it?

@Telstra I won’t be hiding this in a DM. I have an adsl service, slow but I accept that as it’s good enough when working, however it has a known fault you refuse to repair, it is now so unreliable I have to pay for a second mobile broadband plan as backup, it also is poor as it on 3g.

@Telstra Is your SMS network overwhelmed because of all the scam SMS? Service status not reporting any issue. Sydney. My business account has trouble sending SMS for the last week. Still working but fails on both written txt & photos, more often photos. (No changes to phone/apps)
