@JulianBurnside I used to work for Telstra and now have none of their services. I use iiNet and have done so for 15+yrs. iiNet went from a little WA telco to #2 telco in Australia on the basis of service. I was worried when TPG bought them out, but so far my fears unfounded.

@Telstra Nope. After every single request not being done correctly at first, second, third, even fourth contact, for over 10 years . Imagine 10 years of patiently re-explaining over & over & over. I am now a very happy @Aussie_BB customer.

@JulianBurnside Was with Telstra, it was high farce. And very stressful. Put in a series of complaints, including complaining about the complaint compensation not being implemented. As soon as I could, switched to Vodafone - very happy.

@Dwl19701 @JulianBurnside @Telstra Hate to defend Telstra but NBN ARE the cause of much of the current faults in the network. A government created monopoly with very little oversight, largely maintained by overseas staff. What could go wrong?
