@AlboMP If you want to win the next federal election, then to get the swinging voters is to declare that Telstra will be thoroughly investigated by the ACCC. Customers are fed up with Telstas lousy customer service. 80% of TIOs complaints are from Telstra dissatisfied customers!

@Telstra Just spent 1 hour and 6 minutes talking to Jamie in India to install a new adsl modem Call was disconnected but received no callback despite being told that that this would occur This has happened so many times Telstra has the worst customer support

@Telstra Since the flood I have been trying to get my former landline diverted and charges suspended. Also additional support for my backup 4g services as it is now my only means of communication. Telstra had no interest in actually assisting, just looking good.
