    @Telstra NBN down again. Really hard to have 2 kids learning from home & me WFH with this frustration. 4G backup isn’t enough bandwidth anymore. No, no outages listed. It just fails here a lot. Did with ADSL as well :( Most likely local shops have no voice/data either.

    @TheShovel @DerekRobinson2 Tried online. Obsolete, locked out of digital census & online vacc bookings. Increasingly, all expected to go online. Hard to get through to any gov service, or even Telstra, esp during lockdowns. Makes it easier/quicker for some, but locks OUT many of those who most need access

    telstra buying medical director, never thought i would say this but i was 100% sure medical director can't get any worse,now telstra is on to me to try to change my mind, surprise me telstra

    Purchase ipad from Telstra same day as phone. Because company can only do one per day. Now can’t get iPad because they have me as a company and personal. Something I’ve been fighting for years. Retailer now has to go the ombudsman @LorettaWillaton help!

    @Telstra And..... why not look after ur long term customers instead of making all these deals for new people. I've spent $1000s with u guys and get nothing to say thank u for being a loyal customer for many many years
