@s3_gunzel @wp_alltrending I have but due to the wait it'll be 2-3 weeks. Telstra have decided to not help until the ombudsman twists their arm to do something. I've also written and got a acknowledgement of the issue from my local MP that it's being passed onto the Minister for Communications.

@Telstra @telstracareers why is that it takes me almost 6 weeks to try and resolve your crap internet services (and still not fixed), yet you still expect payment??? Why is it that I’m wasting all of my time trying to get this fixed and you guys can’t be stuffed doing anything?

@LloydsBank your automated calls still don't work with the Australian Telstra network. I've lost access to my account for months now. Any update? I tried calling but it's rather expensive from Australia. Is there really no local line I can call? Or email? Pretty unimpressed.
