    After continuing disasters with @telstra I said to my co-founder that we must prevent ourselves become dysfunctional like @telstra. I've now received an email from their 'international' customer support team. Who are prevented from making intl calls of course. 🤔

    @Chrisjstony Exactly... I wouldn’t go with Telstra even if they were giving away free Carrier pigeons. They would be without a doubt the worst company in Australia to deal with.

    @Chrys_Stevenson @BIGW 1st world problems I've lost $400 (2 days off work) plus $60 in prepaid credit waiting on @Telstra to install our internet to our unit we moved into TWO WEEKS ago with our 12yo son who needs internet for homework for his first yr in High School. And they still haven't turned up

    @Telstra Thanks to Matthew for responding in DM. Unfortunately he directed me to a different message service that is also not helping. Point remains that I have now provided detailed information multiple times in interactions over the last 30min. All stuff I would have just logged.
