    @TurnbullMalcolm @MrKRudd Now Scomo has announced that much of the fttn network will now be updated to ftth which will now cost even more. Thanks for giving us Telstra 2.0. Watching you on the abc trying to sell fttn was a joke and you were in over your head. Why was this not left to networking engineers?

    @Telstra Just tried to submit using that form, and apparently my name is invalid (“please correct the errors on the page”). I’d like to get this resolved for the person whose details in seeing, but if it’s going to be this difficult to report, I’m not going to keep wasting my time.

    Anyone else experiencing mobile network issues in QLD? Both Telstra & Sloptus signals around the Sunny Coast are strong, but downloads are stalling, calls are dropping & other weird ****.

    45 mins. No response, no technical support. Poor @telstra on Twitter can only offer a case manager in 5-10 days. No internet no home phone no way to contact Telstra. @earleyedition did you know about Telstra no longer accepting calls? (We are in a poorly serviced rural area...)

    @Telstra The issue is now with Telecommunications Ombudsman because no one wanted to help our community get the signal strength back to what it was. While some near us have 5G we hover between 3G with 1 bar dropping out during calls to absolutely nothing. It’s actually dangerous

    So 35 mins waiting for @Telstra support. Telstra refusing to provide a trouble ticket or a phone number for support. #TIO off until 4Jan. No home phone, no internet, iPhone app is broken, troubleshooting service is broken. I guess that $1.2 billion profit is not being spent on us
