    @smh @zoesam93 Their service is already TERRIBLE. Someone managed to change my email address. No contact with Telstra was possible - just texts of platitudes.

    🗼 At this very moment sitting outside on the deck in Tinana, Qld, the Optus 4G network is significantly faster than the Telstra 5G network. Telstra giving me 153/16 and Optus 179/50 Which isn't to say that 5G is bad, but having to rely on mobile data in the first place is BS.

    Telstra, TPG and iiNet mobile phones networks are DOWN as a huge outage has left millions of Australians with no phone or internet - users in Sydney and Melbourne are affected.

    @andy_penn @Telstra had no internet or phone for almost 2 weeks. Been through all the trouble shooting multiple times, had experts call me. No results. Replace modem, no results. Going it circles over and over again. Going to the ombudsman, this is a joke

    @Telstra Yeah I have, they said they'd get back to me and I haven't heard anything. At this point I'm pretty much done with this situation, all they will say is to reset my modem and then the issue won't be fixed and I'll be back in the same spot I am now.
