@Telstra I already asked in Aug 2020 to CANCEL my platinum service and notice it is STILL on my bill Can someone please CONTACT ME???? I can't get someone on the phone, chat or here? Someone please get in touch and take the Platinum Service off my bill!!!

@m_mann1 It's not me Merilee, it's a local cafe. NBN is with Aussia Broadband & old landline service is with Telstra. The two are incompatible, or there's a refusal to co-operate or share or something.

@btckr OK. It seems they have not ordered their phone service through Aussie Broadband (it's expensive). Their old Telstra phone service will eventually be cut off and they will be forced to buy phone service through AB or change provider for a better bundle.

@Telstra I shouldn't have had to call them in the first place. If one of my staff doesn't complete a job I don't expect the customer to call that person personally and wipe my hands of the problem.

@GregLBean @kcarruthers My biggest frustration dealing with companies today, is the amount that have replaced a person you talk to, to an app or AI choose your option "help". They rarely help and it's frustrating to explain typing rather than speaking. @Telstra

@Telstra I have been trying to call your customer service team to make a query. Instead of being placed on hold, my calls continue to be cut off and followed up with an SMS to a link online. Can I please speak with a team member?
