    @johnbradylaw @Telstra It's up to users and Telstra to assess whether the service is fit for purpose. Maybe some folk like getting rushed, very short, possibly nonsensical text messages rather than voicemails (or actually answering their phones). My solution is to hang up and call someone else instead.

    @Melbchief "fleeting transmission" sounds as airy-fairy as "creeping assumption" Telstra Shops & Display Homes are full of "touch points" (demo phones & gadgets, cupboard doors & drawers, etc). Doubt these are wiped down after every visitor Shame on Vic Govt for instilling such fear!

    @PatrickRyen2 75,000 phone calls in 15 minutes, Telstra network crashing. As Sutton said you could put 10,000 operators on not handle demand. Not really state government incompetence I would have thought. Bit like when you try to buy tickets to a popular concert or new Xbox the system crashes
