@WAtoday We get many scam calls on our phones and carriers like Telstra provide the services that allow this crime to happen. Drive a car that assists a robbery you go to jail. Drive a telephone service that assists a robbery and get off scott free. Money in the bank for the service.

@John_R_Bruce @Telstra And that is with a toggle with an antenna outlet with antenna mounted outside on gutter. 12 months ago I could sit in my loungeroom with just about full service and opening web pages was instant.

@Telstra What’s the point? You can’t sort it out from here and web and app are useless. I’d rather tell everyone you charge people for. A service you did not provide, despite millions in government funding for disaster planning after the bushfires.

Tue 29 March 2022 - The trouble with the Telstra fibre cable from Hope Island Resort to Southport continues. The heavy rain doesn’t help if you need to dig up underground cables for repairs. Hope that this week will bring a resolution.

@crgentle Thanks. I don't have the tools or expertise to see what traffic is being generated. I can imagine that the twitter app and web interface work differently. Campuscodi's tweet suggested it should be transient problem? Still 5hrs later here via both Telstra and Optus.
