Every month @Telstra screws my bill up, every month I have to go through their awfully painful message derive to have it resolved. This takes ages. I’ve just asked if I can charge them a fee for wasting my time. Im suggesting it be called a **** around fee which cost $110 fair?

The new @Telstra Business help technique is to just hang up on you when they can't fix your problem. This after hours if chatting with a succession of bots and unhelpful people via the app.

@yourtechlife I’ve almost pulled the trigger on Boost Mobile for a 12month mobile plan. The sales person at my local Telstra store said boost use a “different” signal to the normal Telstra signal… Is that correct?
