@Telstra @FionaLakeAus @rick_mayor Already done that. TELSTRA has no solution. The team gave advice I verified with a telecommunications engineer as being wrong. Thanks to Telstra neglect, rural/remote comms R going backwards. Our mob & w/less internet reception was better 10yrs ago.

@jpsambo2 @Telstra @stockjournal Seems that the service is fast becoming patchy. (More than it was) calls go out on 4g and data is reverting to 3g. A bloody joke a lot of the times now!

@Telstra there is a bug on your app. I cannot pay my bill using the app. It defaults to an old card I have. I can’t remove the old card and when I select the correct card it defaults to the old one. I literally can’t pay. Will you charge me a late fee because your app is broken?
