@Telstra I'd tried to resolve this and in all this time I'd spoken to several useless uncaring Telstra employees I even rang Telstra Shop, Parramatta (NSW) where I purchased NBN and they asked me to send them photos of how I'd set up my cables. I did this. They never replied back after .

@ConkyOCE @Telstra Some of the lines are still overflowing yeah, should be able to do it via the app (under "Get Help" there should be an option to message from there)

@Telstra your support is awful. I've been chatting for close to two hours with the only advice to turn it off and on again. They didn't let me know when an outage was reported and just seem to have gone quiet for 30+ minutes

@telstra I am reluctant to make this public but your lack of service may well affect the health of animals, if we had control of the domain I could have had them back up in 2 hours

@Telstra In Clifton Beach we have just had no service from 23/11 for 6 days,now get notification for same,no service from 30/11 for 6 days.I use prepaid service(no bills)and now half of one month's payment is useless as there is no service all day.unhappy oldie here
