    @Telstra why does the nbn web site say there is an outage at my address, but telstra outages says their is no problem. I have had no internet for 2 days. Telstra chat have no idea but will monitor it over next 12-24 hours. That doesn’t help.

    @NBN_Australia NBN my service has been down since last Wednesday in metro Sydney. You advised Telstra it would be fixed by Monday 7/6 at 6.58am latest. It is still not working. Please advise?
