    @Telstra FYI I’ve spoken with a cust service rep on the phone and it was an issue last week which they thought had been resolved. This needs to be fixed ASAP, given the time of year. A cynical person might think it was a deliberate move to block cheap access to digital sport…

    @Telstra Why change from the postpaid though? Or let me choose the date I get billed? After switching this month without realising there isn't even an option to make advanced payments has me looking at other service providers.

    I haven't even moved a full five kilometers from my house and now I have one bar of 4g signal and can only receive one internet provider. What in heck? Let's hope Telstra are fans of nerd therapy then.

    @Angus_Atkinson1 I got told on Saturday at wagin woolarama by telstra and I quote" we are a public listed company with shareholders to answer to. So we are no longer government with that goes any obligation to offer service where we can't get a return on investment. "
