@Telstra And trying to tell me the problem is solved because I can get service via a wifi connection to nbn isnt really good enough. Point of a mobile is that I dont have to sit in the house to use it.

@Telstra_news Telstra is useless,Telstra has 5 years ago had charges against my account that we're deemed not valid and still gave me a bad credit rating? The money grabbing disservice orientated service company no one will even talk to me about it my day wasted Telstra is worst!

@AaronDodd @PhilCygnus @Telstra Horrible 3 months with Telstra who do not appear to have a CRM - every interaction is like Groundhog Day. Wasted hours waiting on overseas call centres. Finally have NBN installed so can move to Aussie Broadband
