    @AdverseVariable @AlboMP We were forced from Telstra cable to NBN. Nothing but trouble since then. Disgraceful. Over the life of this government, the technology has advanced massively. Yet we have gone backwards (and for much of that time at higher cost to access the mis-named high speed service).

    @Telstra the phone reception in Mt Eliza around Baluga St has been extremely poor over the last two months. Is there a tower down. Can only get 3G. This is for everyone in the household.

    @Telstra good to see you don’t give a crap about a 17 year old customer, I moved house and has been 9 business days and still no internet even tho I was told serval times it would be plug and play. What a joke

    @Telstra I think I just need to leave the **** company that is @telstra run by a CEO that doesn’t care @andy_penn and go to another service provider. Especially seeing how the other house on our property has full internet working and they are with INet,
