@Telstra Nothing to do with WiFi or mobile data but sending text messages and making phone calls to other mobile phones. Was never an issue until a fortnight or so ago.

@Telstra Can’t figure out how to do it via the Telstra app. All I see is FAQ articles. Will be leaving the mall soon anyway so it won’t be my issue anymore. But wanted to let you know it’s not isolated.

Man. I hate Telstra. Been telling them about a fault for SIX MONTHS and now a week before Christmas they act like they found the fault as if I had never told them and expect me to take days off work during my peak period to wait for an NBN technician. Zero consideration for me.
