@Telstra Your technical staff are very rude and seem unable to understand plain English. I'm considering changing providers, outrageously awful service. #DoBetter

So two telephone calls and two trips to a store and I still don't have this issue sorted. I can't activate my account (which USED to work) because someone at @Telstra didn't do their job. FFS. Say what you like about Harvey Norman, their instore customer service is exemplary.

  • FluffyFrostbyte The Fluffy Frostbyte (@FluffyFrostbyte) reported

@Telstra I needed my service unsuspended but that’s too hard for you guys to achieve in a timely manner. Optus had replied to my partner within the hour. It took a full 8 hours for you to reply. Too bad I needed the service last night.

  • Schmallky Schmallky (@Schmallky) reported

@fortaltaco *walks out and back in* "Yes, I'd like to buy a phone." "Are you a Telstra customer?" "No." "Right this way, Sir."

  • Vanroon Grant Elliott💧💉x5 ⚓️🧅 (@Vanroon) reported

@roobiefox Nor should you have. Since privatization their performance has been abysmal. At least when going through one of their customers issues get dealt with promptly instead of Telstra blaming you and equipment for non-existent ‘on property faults’ as they constantly warned me. Gone.

  • PrimeM360 Prime Meridian (@PrimeM360) reported

@Telstra If we have an issue again how do we report it, as the alarm first went off about 10 days ago?
