@JustJenKing @woolworths @Telstra Why isn't the government providing emergency food supplies to homeless flood victims who have lost everything?

@prleeds @R_Chirgwin But yeah, I like the ota updates telstra keeps providing, but the thought of them shutting of access to a car completely is a bad thing.

@JustJenKing @woolworths @Telstra When I worked at ToysRUs back in the day, they were kind of a ****** company, customer-service wise, but even they had the old manual credit card equipment. We'd just ring up the stuff, imprint the card, and drop it in our bank bag. We could eat the possible losses.

@JustJenKing @woolworths @Telstra While some businesses clearly lack heart, responsibility sits with governments, local, state & federal to manage large emergency events. Clearly they have no plan and seem to not have any intention of developing one. Before you vote ask yourself where your tax $$ have gone.

@Telstra I have sent a DM. Am in tweed heads sending work emails and making calls. The map does not show Kingscliff as being impacted by the outage. Would love a clear rather than nebulous explanation. I feel devastated for those in flood affected areas who have no comms at all.
