    200 minutes into the chat and I’m being transferred to a sixth @Telstra rep. (Only #2 of supplemental Qs answered - despite whole conversation being about my ADSL service, they had been going to send a NBN modem!)

    @AdeleOffley @Telstra Mines been cutting out last 3 weeks! Very frustrating trying to operate a business. Some times it’s been perfect timing for those calls you’d rather personally hang up on.. but @Telstra bet me to it. Yet no one can help!

    Appalling customer service from Optus. Apparently maintenance was being conducted in Melb Eastern suburbs during March but no communication to customers. Major disruptions to our household when we are working from home. Will be returning to Telstra.

    @AdeleOffley @Telstra Yes! Having calls drop in places that I've never had calls drop before multiple times. Can hold a call today & get zilch tomorrow. The lack of consistency makes it even more frustrating.

    @Telstra @maddy_wain Hey Phil, my wifi has recently been giving me trouble. The router is emoting a strange spiced odour (smells similar to Sugon). Any suggestions?

    @Elpinksto @Julie56T I’m getting a radio. ABC emergency channel is needed more than ever. The bloody internet, mobile network in Aust is useless and dangerous by its uselessness in these crises. 000 forget it - operated out of India courtesy of Telstra. Privatisation has proved dangerous. #thedrum
