    And Telstra won’t call you... which would have sorted this out a month or so ago and I wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time trying to fix what is essentially Telstra being incompetent.

    @albericie @Optus Not sure if Optus is same as Telstra in this regard- I find it super unethical business practice to have shopfronts readily accessible in 1000s convenient locations across Aust to sell & upsell products & plans, to then not be able to cancel those services in stores.

    @Telstra Thanks Tom. I had a good chat with someone in your contact centre (through 24/7 chat) and he’s sent an NBN engineer who’s coming this morning. I did power down the box as you advised yesterday but it didn’t work

    @Telstra Thanks Tom, but how long is it anticipated that this will be a problem? The area is by my office so I am unable to work. A few days of my service charges on the bill are the least of my concerns.

    @Telstra Reckons there is none but for some reason Or another it my internet works for majority of the day then for about 5 hours it’s nothing but a **** experience tryna get it to work again.

    @Telstra lets talk about Ownership. My Iphone 12 has not yet been provisioned after 12 days of waiting. Every person I speak to in Telstra says it is someone else's job to fix my problem. You cant run a business like that, someone has to take ownership.

    @nqwatcher @Telstra It took me almost a year of continuously spending hours on the phone with Telstra to have a debt removed that was never a debt in the first place. They charged for a service never provided. It was agony, never again.
