    @Telstra just been on the phone for 2 hours. I was disconnected the first time with my issues. Called back 132200 and didn't get anywhere for 20mins while one of your Australian support staff tried to connect me. I was eventually transferred to a technician but they hung up on me

    @Telstra No and turned off restarted reset but still on back up. Received a text but am out so can’t do anything. In another black spot and luckily wifi able to text only. The whole of this electorate has problems.

    @Telstra No I don't sorry, didn't get one from them. I called 1312200 and had an Australian lady try to put me through to technical support or something and she had us on "hold" for 10 minutes where we could just hear her talking. Came back after she has realised and hung up on transfer🤦

    @Telstra why is it that every time my internet goes slow all i have to do is call up threatening to leave and then suddenly my internet gets better? seems kind of sus

    @Telstra a week later and Android 12 is still not available ota for pixel owners. Ridiculous. Every other network has dropped it. Stop clowning around
