@Telstra Why, on the My Telstra app, do I mostly see only two of the four Telstra services I have? Occasionally I'll see all four, but not as often as I see only two. Is the app broken again? Same goes for the website.

  • ruphrect George Chain (@ruphrect) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet If you want great network but NO support then look at Telstra.

  • NorelleFeehan Norelle Feehan (@NorelleFeehan) reported

@Telstra hi my wifi service has been really bad (inner east Sydney) these past 3 days, use a 5g hub, if that's relevant, which has been fine till now. Had acall on Fri from 'Telstra' asking if I'd noticed poor service, but of course I was suspicious so I hung up. ?

@9NewsSyd I was fighting with Telstra for almost two years because of the NBN problem. If you saw the more than 300 calls to that company, I have the proofs and I had to cut them off because nothing they said they fixed anymore.

  • ecojag ecojag (@ecojag) reported

@albericie @acccgovau Had original 'world's best' NBN taxpayer funded proceeded, would there have been a need for retailers; Telstra/others? Surely a free service for all basic users nationally was expected, with business & higher data users paying by scale, without potential for scamming & skimming.

  • blipsub blipsub (@blipsub) reported

@abcnews I have spent hours on end this last month pointing out to telstra 1.6mbps is not 55mbps they throttle me up to 16mbps and declare the problem is fixed. It is like a daily routine now!

  • Ripened2Perfect Ripened2Perfection (@Ripened2Perfect) reported

@Telstra Thanks Ash. In the past 4plus months I have been referred to Call centres re Mobile Broadband, Billing & Payments, Technical assistance, Complaints including supervisors on multiple occasions. Nothing changed one bit. Telstra advise me that I live in a data service black spot

@MelanieTait @Apple Same crap happened to me with Telstra. Needed a new mobile phone, online site says delivered within 3 days. That was the entire reason why I purchased it from them. Three weeks later…

  • KindPz Rat After Robodebt Culprits (@KindPz) reported

@lukehgomes Morrisons phone is probably broken Still waiting on telstra

@Telstra My partner understands what it takes to try and resolve a 6 month complaint with @Telstra about a decade old fault that they think the can trick people with contract traps and would rather spend far more resources in messing people around than use a shovel. You?
