    @btckr @Elliott1950 Neither had I, but after being dudded by iinet after 14 years, I switched on a recommendation by a friend, they use Telstra network (are budget Telstra actually) and their plans are much better than what I was paying. sounds like an ad but just telling what I did, recently

    @Telstra Hi, Ive been without wifi for 2 days now at my house. Ive tried to turn on and off a couple of times. But still the same issue.

    @franksting I moved to Optus ages ago. The "Telstra Network Better" is far less true these days. (Region SA many places have full Optus 4G and almost no Telstra. My house has Optus 5G, but not Telstra and is in metro Adelaide).

    @franksting That sounds like poor planning to me :) (FWIW, totally agree with you about Telstra, their current strategy for mobile pricing seems to be about driving people away. We are now at 1 Telstra mobile in the house just for redundancy ).

    @Telstra They have no idea. One said 4 hours now one says 24hours. Your website states 4hours.. its been 12 hours. I need an active service as now my old phone with the esim isn't working so I'm without an active mobile
