@telstra I have an issue that I cannot resolve using self-service, and your call centre robots keep sending me texts then hanging up. Your online chat hasn't responded in 1wk either. What is the incantation I need to use to be connected to a person?

@Telstra In sheer desperation on Friday I unplugged everything and reconnected it all again and phone has started to work, I am currently on hold again with @telstra trying to get the message bank turned off that I have never had or used so that I can use our answering machine again.

@Telstra My mobile calls drop after 60 seconds on a regular basis when at home. So do my wife's calls. Has happened for 6 months. It's not the phones. I am unable to get through your online troubleshooting flow as it is broken.

What crap mobile service from @Telstra 55km from Australia’s second largest city. Too many drop outs for what is suppose to be a premium service. Id call is a sub standard service. Maybe a time to change to @Optus

Telstra just charged my mum who has schizophrenia $900 for an account she never activated, the bill was sent to the wrong address (their fault) and the authority they put on their account was incorrect (their typo). Gouge a pensioner on a disability, nice one #Telstra #ableism

I tried for 40 minutes to be able to speak to a human but it kept sending idiotic messenger invites and hanging up. 😡 It’s so terrible. Trying to help my mum. She is stressed! Why can’t you just ring and talk to someone!
