    @Telstra Hi Greg, thanks for your response. How will my friends know how soon it will be fixed? Tuesday to Thursday is hardly good enough service particularly for emergency services.

    @DrMel_T @Telstra It must be to finance the upkeep of a friend's landline he tried to close down repeatedly, without success. He gave up. For years now, he's been enjoying a free landline, courtesy of Telstra. Go figure.

    @alphabeattweet Atm Telstra are hopeless call drops no nbn slow nbn since 2015 I no longer conduct any business via email as it cannot be relied upon . I’ve had optus vodaphone aussie bb & now Telstra it’s like the bottom of the barrel !

    @KanukaUpNorth Update from Telstra - there is a transmission fault at Sailors Creek on Cape York. Started Tuesday. We couldn't get a chopper on Tuesday. Tried to source as far away as Cairns. Tech on site all day on Wednesday. Couldn't get stability with services restoring and

    @Telstra I didn't, no. I'm just complaining on Twitter because I don't have the patience to hold with Faults, and it'll do no good anyway: Networks no doubt has metrics to surface these issues and is well aware of them but, it's probably not seen as a cost benefit to improve coverage.
