@latingle I never forget the pain and suffering of having to sell our home I cried for weeks 18% the hurt Never goes but fate stepped in yrs later Telstra department was sold my hubby made redundant we sold the home we had to move to a built one we now live in and it ours

@Telstra why is impossible to top up via credit card with you? I’ve tried 3 different ones and they all fail. I’d u use the same one via PayPal it works

back at the start of January I rang @Telstra and ordered a data only eSIM for a new tablet. Fast forward to today, a full month later, and I have received a package from them that contains a physical simcard for a standard mobile service. Good thing this isn't their core business

@lesstenny @Optus I used to have this problem all time over in Corinda. A Telstra technical told me years ago: it usually happens in an old building with old phone connections or phone (that needs to be replaced). or water getting into the phone junction box outside especially after it rain.

OPTUS RATS - I "had" both internet & home tel with Optus , I transferred the tel ph to Telstra to be with my mobile so the rats at OPTUS disconnected my internet , when I asked why my internet was down they told me " it's disconnected , tough **** " .

The @telstra 5g in Narrabri is so bad it says my phone is constantly offline. Getting messages 20 minutes later. Can’t access sites. Typing this at 6:30pm. Be interesting to see when it posts. Doesn’t matter where in town

@Telstra The Telstra outage page was useless (all green) as for NBN my contract is with Telstra not NBN your broadband support should be aware of underpinning service outages and provide actual support rather than suggesting factory resets
