    @Higgo74 @Telstra I went in their store for help only to be told we can’t help you unless you have an appointment and I needed to go online or into the app and make a booking

    @sfw1956 @MrKRudd @10NewsFirst How do you suppose private business would be able to roll out a fibre network when the incumbent telco owns all the pits and pipes across the country and does everything to stiffle competition. Remember optus HFC and how telstra steamrolled them with their HFC.

    Hi @Telstra my bigpond email is getting utterly smashed with spam. Normally this rubbish would go to the junk folder but they going straight to my inbox. Is there an issue with the spam filters?

    @Telstra Thanks Febey. It was odd; really blatantly obvious stuff. Including Telstra Support telling me my MacAffee license had expired. Liked how they spelled McAfee 3 different ways.

    @Collingwoodmag @Telstra Because when I walked into a store yesterday, no one offered help after me standing there for 15 minutes, was told to make an appointment instead. So I did. I just want a new phone.

    @Doctorofspin ... or my Telstra mail server was letting them through - close to 200 - fair dinkum a 5 year old would have picked up all that pathetic **** spam - written in pigeon English in crayon font - must want to migrate people off servers so they can dump them - no money in it 🤔

    @Telstra could you fix your filters for your email server. I’m getting a tone of spam which I never get. Everything from bit coin, fed ex deliveries, Anti virus expiry to porn. Never had an issue but my inbox has been flooded since 11pm last night. It’s beyond frustrating.
