@kayosports @Telstra good lord, I have twice spent 30mins trying to activate the Telstra deal for Kayo sports $5/month. but being an existing customer makes it impossible. as soon as i login on kayo it sends me to the app with no change to billing. please sort this out Kayo

@Glenina57 @Telstra @StGeorgeBank To be honest, they were **** when the phones were answered in Australia and they were rubbish even before they became Telstra. They have a policy of customer antagonism and they are always on the offensive.

@Glenina57 @Telstra @StGeorgeBank About time these call centers were brought back to Australia, Telstra plan to buy out franchise stores to improve customer service. Offshore call centres will never give topcs. All telcos must repatriate these services. Buy Australia's and now support our jobs.

@Telstra I need to speak to a real live human. Your chat app is useless. Took 10 hours to get a response, after 2 hours issue is unsolved, and now I get an automated message starting the whole process again. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable #telstrafail
