    @DrJazzyBebop Oh no....if its YOUR fault they will send everything they have to track you down. If THEY caused it or are responsible to fix it....well....suddenly it doesnt seem so urgent. Same issue with Telstra on existing pre-nbn HFC. They will move me to NBN over my cold rotting corpse.

    @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB @GladysB Confirmed neighbours in #Cremorne are experiencing same issue. @Telstra can we go back to your cable service as @NBN_Australia cable has issues with outages, dropouts, flapping, speed issues. Makds it hard to run a business. @GladysB

    @Telstra Given the amount of stress Telstra’s repeated errors have caused me, it is not so much ‘resolved’ as in temporary abeyance. It will take several months to convince me that Telstra now has it permanently fixed.

    @Studio10au @RReidsHollywood Try telling that to youngsters who work in Telstra or Apple stores. They talk a 100 words a minute in a language we are unfamiliar with about gadgets we haven’t heard of. When we politely ask for clarification they roll their eyes & say is there anything else I can help you with!

    @Telstra I asked the person I spoke to yesterday am to raise a complaint Haven't yet been contacted by case manager I had one a few weeks ago - got one call but zero follow thru

    @Telstra Only outage was on the 20th at Rockingham 6168. I couldn't call as phone is now connected to nbn. So if nbn is out everything is out. As for calling im at work so its kinda hard

    @danteruker @Kynes3 @deniseshrivell That only applies to premises with a service supplied via an NBN fixed line technology, so you'll get to keep your existing Telstra services. Though Telstra having been pushing for the Universal Service Guarantee to be changed so they can replace them with mobile technologies.
