@Telstra Nope. Not at all. Telstra has admitted that the signal from the LaTrobe Uni tower and reception therefrom is 'problematic' and leads to poor speeds. It has refused point-blank to upgrade the tower or cease and desist from false advertising of speeds in this area.

@Telstra - worst possible in store customer service model that anyone could imagine. So glad I just saw an offer from @Optus

@Telstra New phone. 1 person trying to serve a random queue in random order, and at least 2 others standing around chatting and occasionally coming up asking what you want, before saying they can’t help so wait in the queue

@Telstra My Nana is 96 - the same age as the Queen. She’s been made to get an NBN line in her nursing home but now twice someone hasn’t shown up to finish the work. This is so disrespectful and not service for an elderly woman.

@brisbanetimes Because if anyone knows how to deliver clunky unreliable service is a former Telstra boss

@Telstra Last time you folks authenticated me through PM, you sent me two self service links, then asked me to chat. Why does that need authentication or privacy?

@Telstra Nope, your customer support is worse than your systems. I attempted to do so various times and they are absolutely useless, sending canned responses. I couldn't even lodge a complaint because even your complaint system was down.

@joelrkkx @Telstra Oh absolutely. Whenever I get these, I always rate the customer service as 10/10 unless the agent was a douche on purpose. But I fill in any free text fields with something like “great agent working for ****** company”.

@Telstra Except for when you pre order the phone and you expect to receive it on launch day but you don’t and you don’t even get notified that your order is on back order until you contact them yourself. How can you change $20-$40 more then competitors and have this crap service.
