@georgesbasin @joshburnsmp @Smile__Petal 1. Does not mean they are related 2. They wont understand. Fake Telstra, NBN Amazon ring people everyday and others open their male. Would be an issue with any communication If they were mentally ill they were smart enough to pick up welfare plus a job.
Even worse is that we have been using @Telstra for 3 years, and they can't even offer us a deal, forcing us to pay MORE for the same Internet! The same trash internet which is so slow that I can't even stream! Do not go with @Telstra if you are Australian!
@Telstra your telstratv signup is entirely cooked. the email verification link sent to my gmail account never completed the rest of the verification process. i tried 3 times. the link sent to my hotmail worked, but now i can't log in to my new account.
You guys want to know how bad Australian Internet is? We are FORCED to upgrade to NBN with @Telstra and pay $110 for the same internet speed we have now (we were paying $100). But guess what, if you are a NEW CUSTOMER you only have to pay $90. Great treatment of loyal customers!
@Optus Sorry, You need to become a leader in the industry like Telstra for me to say Yes.. Improve your coverage, speed, innovation, customer service etc.
4) I call Wollongong Telstra Store & ask if I could change my order to a physical SIM & activate it in-store. They told me YES & made me an appointment at Shellharbour Store. I arrive, they couldn't find my order, after over 1+ hours I was told "we can't help, sorry"
2) I get told to login into the 'My Telstra' app, while I could successfully login via website, app was a no go 'Error displaying your account'. Remained unsuccessful despite speaking to support – which was a challenge to get anyone other then a virtual bot.
@CXpert @Telstra @andy_penn I agree entirely. I wasted time yesterday trying to get support from Telstra and then a further 2 hours today. It could have been done in 10 minutes if on a phone call.
