    @RyanWil62993886 @Telstra They do, but it is now n the hands of the TIO, so the people here can't help. They have offered many times but then they have to leave it because of higher involvement.

    @cameronwilson If you have ever been subjected to the Telstra online billing system w more than one account (unable to bundle a mobile/internet) the prospect of two factor authentication is horrible.

    @bennyb082 No. My husband has the same problem. Telstra has admitted it is a 'known problematic area' and stated that it will not upgrade the tower to deliver the speeds it advertises.

    @internode are still charging my dead mother for a dsl service on a line @NBN_Australia disconnected months ago. @Telstra managed to stop charging & automatically issue a refund for the pstn without being asked. Also managed to process death certificate online.

    @Telstra The last compensation from Telstra for months of lack of service was a mobile phone, still in its wrapping - we don't have mobile service here! Sorry, I'm sure you will do you best, and I am grateful, but the disorganisation is too great to have confidence in success.

    @Telstra It sounds like they're doing the bare minimum, which is nothing to be proud about. I'm not convinced this won't happen again to other customers and as someone who sends across around $150 per month, it's simply not good enough service.

    Earlier this year I started a formal complaint process with Telstra which a couple of months ago was escalated to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Telstra has again contacted me, basically asking me to re-state my entire complaint, multiple copies of which they have /2
