So! Here’s my day on a plate. Have a piece to file by 2pm. Internet has been down all night. Contact Telstra… 3 hours later, internet still not back on but we have a shiny new NBN contract, for more than we paid before for the same service on the same cable infrastructure. 1/3

@katieqs @Telstra a mate of mine got dumped onto a telstra branded satellite phone by telstra because they could not meet their service obligation, guess what, its does not work either. lives 20 km west of central coast.

@Telstra No. Still very slow... unable to stream videos or participate in video meetings. I can't call the faults line ... too busy to dedicate that time waiting on the phone.... but just wanted to make sure techs know that Orana Road Ocean shores NBN is still very slow and unusable

@Telstra Unfortunately not. The data carriage is sporadic. Voice works fine. They have tried ringing to lodge faults but as they are all small businesses such as hair salons etc the length of call is too long and they hang up which is why they asked me for help.

@droverdriver61 When I finally left Telstra I moved on to an ALDI plan and have had no problems plus they roll unused data over!
