@ALDIMobileAU Mobile phone not working. Other people, in my area, also have same problem.Tried to ring you and supposed to go through huge parade of questions- others in my house (on #Telstra), did not have this problem. Week later- #StillNothingDone

@RoadknightThe And THAT is #Telstra all over! We ditched them because of their lies over 25 years ago and WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@LiddyDrane Have done. A case manager has been appointed. We're basically at a stalemate: Telstra has acknowledged the problem - sorry, the isssue - but has said they're not going to upgrade to fix it.

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@RyanWil62993886 @Telstra They do, but it is now n the hands of the TIO, so the people here can't help. They have offered many times but then they have to leave it because of higher involvement.

  • RyanWil62993886 Ryan Williams (@RyanWil62993886) reported

@RoadknightThe If you get to a supervisor, ask for a techo to visit, Telstra has altered their complaints & service Mob, under no circumstance del with the first person who comes on.

  • RevPooStain Rev Poo Stain (@RevPooStain) reported

@padders001 @RoadknightThe I just got the Starlink. It's awesome. I shut all Telstra down. Such a nice day it was.

  • the_LoungeFly Arioch (@the_LoungeFly) reported

@Telstra Hey Ash, thanks for replying… I just thought that a call from one device to another in the AU network would be discernible to one that originated from another country. Phone call packets contain the foreign country of origin, yet with a local number aliased aren’t filtered ?

  • BrownSquirrel BrownSquirrel (@BrownSquirrel) reported

@Telstra Three calls in a row just now from different numbers purporting to be from telstra (Asian male) stating I have been hacked and how to fix it by clicking the link he wants to give me

  • ShakesFirst Wayne's New Account. 💉💉💉💉 (@ShakesFirst) reported

@stephen17859135 I got rid of mine years back because of all the spam calls I was getting. The amount of times I was called by "Telstra" about my account when I'm not, and never will be again, a customer of theirs. And I never used it to make calls anyway.

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

    3. ...they 'refused to upgrade the tower to deliver speeds of 2 to 50mbps advertised'. Telstra seeks to wear down those who complain with re-tracing its steps, asking for information it already has, performing investigations it already has. It's corporate bullying. /4
