@juliettemcaleer @Telstra coverage is patchy for mobiles here😣 I often see in community pages all the different providers go down. Our mobile data at home is nearly non existent. We just have Telstra prepaid unfortunately. They actually give the better mobile rural coverage. Others may have diff feedback

@sportznut67 7plus have had the same restrictions since the start of this tv deal - its limited to a strict number of devices. Its not a general streaming thing. There was an issue with Telstra Live Pass & Mobile stuff which was resolved the day before - but mobile isnt included here.

@Telstra It’s more a latency issue. If @LostBoyNZ does a speed test his ping comes back at ~40ms to the same Telstra speed test server. I’m assuming it is a peering advertisement issue for my static IP with @2degreesmobile

@Telstra I don't have a ref no, spoke to Telstra live chat online, they took me through a few steps and couldn't fix my phone so they took my details and mailing a sim card to my address. Shouldn't have to do that, don't think live chat knew what they were doing. DM me so you can help fix
