    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    @Telstra Have rung that link 2 days in a row. 1st day on line for 1hr and today over 1 1/2 before i gave up. No service just on hold

    @c__future6 This is how the whole thing started when I sent $500 for a VIP Telstra Tesla membership card and never got the Tesla I won! That was my fault and now you’re trying to make this my fault I would think two guys working for Elon Musk would be a little bit smarter than this.

    The insult is that Telstra is also upping my plan cost by $10 a month so they are simultaneously telling me I'm a risk, but also to go **** myself and pay it anyway.

    @gasugasu1984 I’ve used Belong premium, $95/mth, 100/17mbps. FTTN. They use Telstra service. Northern VIC. I find the speed ok for (tv) streaming, but lm not using any video computer development software. I haven’t done a speed test. Likely cheaper services available.

    @Telstra So not gonna address the claims about what techniques sales representatives and ads use to mislead customers into thinking they’re getting a premium service. When I pay $2500 a year for home internet and mobile I have a certain level of expectation and rightfully so

    Australia’s mobile market: 3 brands, 1 real network outside the cities. @Telstra inherited the infrastructure, kept the spectrum, and now dominates regional coverage. If the government won’t mandate roaming, we’ll never have genuine competition.

    Will be late to the iOS 27 beta this year because, as usual, my Telstra internet keeps crashing. 12+ times a day. Fix your **** @telstra, this is incompetent.
