    Feeling quite shocked and confronted by @Telstra treatment of Remote Indigenous Communities. As a bush school we are entering day 9 without any service and even after an emergency (that we couldn’t call for help) we still aren’t getting any solid support.

    Just had a call from "Telstra Cyber Security" who assured me that even though I wasn't a customer they provided all the internet in Australia and I had problems where people were getting into my internet or some bullshit.

    @Telstra Hi, I need help with switching from post paid plan to a pre paid one, I have tried 2 telstra stores, 132200, online chatbot and website, none of which helped, as per one store I may have purchased $30 Sim card wrongly which I did as per other store advice, help please!!
